本発明は種々の薬効、特に抗癌作用、抗C型肝炎作用等が広く知られているアガリクスの子実体抽出液を高濃度で作用させ、且つ飲み易くして提供するアガリクス飲料に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、アガリクスは種々の癌、C型肝炎、アレルギー(アトピー、花粉症)、糖尿病、高血圧症等に有効であることが実証されてきた。しかしながら、現実に、アガリクスの乾燥品を家庭で煮出して抽出しても、有効成分を充分に抽出できず、手間ばかり要する欠点があり、市販のエキス剤や顆粒等を購入している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
アガリクスに含有される有効成分は多岐にわたり、乾燥させて顆粒、錠剤、カプセル等にすると薬効が激減するので液剤として提供することが好ましい。しかしながら、市販の液剤は乾燥子実体10gを使用して100ml以上のアガリクス抽出液を製造している。より大量に服用して癌等の難病に有効に作用させるために、濃厚な子実体抽出液の提供を試みた。特殊濃縮法を用い30gの乾燥子実体から100mlのエキスを製造したが、このエキスは「良薬は口に苦し」の諺を心得た上でも、表現の仕様もなく不味いものであった。

飲もうとすると、カツオ節を腐敗させたような、或いはクサヤのような悪臭が鼻につき、健康人であっても飲むと吐き気を催すものである。結局、100mlの抽出液を製造するには10gの乾燥子実体が上限であって、これ以上大量の子実体を用いて濃厚な抽出液にしても消費者が現実に飲用することが困難である事実を見出した。そこで、より濃厚なアガリクス抽出液を消費者が違和感なく飲用できる技術が求められていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を解決するものであって、その構成は、乾燥子実体30gを75℃以下で抽出し、75℃以下で80〜120mlに濃縮した水溶液である、アガリクス子実体の抽出液濃縮物と、固形分濃度が15〜25重量%であるステビア全草の抽出液濃縮液の発酵物との配合液100重量部に対し、濃縮高麗人参の抽出液1〜10mlを添加してなるアガリクス飲料であり、アガリクス子実体の抽出液濃縮物と、ステビア全草の抽出液濃縮液の発酵物との配合比が、容量で20:80〜80:20であることを特徴とする。

すなわち、本発明は、濃厚なアガリクス抽出液に、ステビア抽出液を配合し、更に少量の高麗人参エキスを添加することにより、アガリクスの到底飲めない不味い味を隠し、アガリクスとステビアと高麗人参の相乗効果により種々の薬効を増強するものである。アガリクスのくせ味とステビアのくせ味とが相殺され、なお残る不快な甘味は少量の高麗人参エキスに由来する強い苦味により、非常に飲み易い味にすることに成功した。更に、アガリクスとステビアと高麗人参の3成分の薬効は相乗作用によりそれぞれ向上した。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明に使用するアガリクスは、学名をAgaricus blazei Murill、和名をカワラハラタケという茸であり、ブラジル産、中国産、韓国産、日本のハウス栽培物等いずれも使用できる。しかし、原産国であるブラジル産が好ましく、更に原産地であるピエダーテ地方の露地栽培物が最も好ましい。茸であるため栄養成分を吸い上げる土地や、温度、湿度、降雨量、日照等の気候風土、自然条件が異なれば有効成分の含有量も相違し、ピエダーテ地方の露地栽培物は色も白く、大きく肉厚で一見して他の地方産のものと区別される。

アガリクスは乾燥物として取引される。アガリクスにはβ−グルカン等の多糖類が多く、75℃以上で抽出すると有効成分が破壊されるおそれがある。乾燥アガリクスを75℃以下の湯で抽出し、抽出液を加圧分離し、更に残渣に水を加えて75℃以下での抽出を繰返す。得られた抽出液を減圧下に75℃以下で濃縮し、アガリクス30gから80〜120mlの濃厚抽出液を得る。
アガリクス抽出液には抗癌作用、抗C型肝炎作用、抗アレルギー(抗アトピー、抗花粉症)作用、抗糖尿病、抗高血圧症作用等が認められている。

ステビアは南米原産のキク科植物、ステビア・レバウディアナ・ベルトニ(Stevia rebaudiana bertoni)及びその類縁植物である。有効成分は茎、葉に多く、特に蕾を持つ前の全草を刈り取って使用する。一般には乾燥物を粉砕して煮沸抽出する。抽出液を圧搾分離し、絞り滓に更に水を加えて煮沸抽出を繰返す。有効成分を含む抽出液を濃縮して固形分濃度15〜25重量%の濃縮液を得る。この濃縮液は放置すると発酵する。発酵は最初は激しく行われるが、次第に緩やかになり、半年或いは1年で非常に緩やかになる。一般には半年ないし1年経過後の発酵液を使用する。
ステビア抽出液の発酵物は、C型肝炎、糖尿病、皮膚炎、アレルギー症に有効であり、食中毒菌の増殖を選択的に抑制する効果を有する。

アガリクスの濃厚な抽出液と、ステビア発酵液との配合比は容量で20:80〜80:20であり、好ましくは40:60〜60:40である。アガリクス抽出液とステビア抽出液との和に占めるアガリクス抽出液の割合が、20%未満であるとアガリクス子実体の効果が充分でなく、80%以上では不味くて連続して飲用する気力を失う。

アガリクス子実体の抽出液濃縮物と、ステビア全草の抽出液濃縮液の発酵物との配合液100重量部に対し、高麗人参の抽出液濃縮物を1〜10部、好ましくは2〜7部を添加する。高麗人参は韓国産が好ましいが、国産品でも中国産でも使用できる。高麗人参抽出液は1gを105℃で5時間乾燥した場合の乾燥減量が30〜40%の高濃度品を使用する。高麗人参には滋養強壮効果がある。

ブラジル、ピエダーテ産の乾燥アガリクス300gに水2リットルを加え、70℃以下で1昼夜かけて有効成分を抽出し、高圧を加えて抽出液を分離した。残渣に更に水2リットルを加えて70℃以下で1昼夜抽出し、高圧を加えて抽出液を分離した。抽出液を合わせ、減圧下、70℃で水分を蒸発させて全量1リットルとした。

ステビアは蕾を持つ直前に刈り取り、茎と葉を別けて乾燥粉砕した。この粉砕物1kgに水6リットルを加え、沸騰させながら1時間抽出した。これを西川式絞り機により抽出液と絞り滓に分離し、4リットルの抽出液を得た。
上記絞り滓を4リットルの熱湯により、沸騰下に1時間抽出し、絞り機により抽出液と絞り滓に分離し、3リットルの抽出液を得た。
両抽出液を合わせ、約4時間煮詰めて濃縮した抽出液全量1リットルを得た。この濃縮液を1年保管して発酵させた。この発酵液の固形分濃度は21%であった。
