本発明は、ビデオカメラ機能を有する物件に依る、自車両の前進走行する前方の状態を録画のうえ、自車両の運行を管理する装置技術に関する一般大衆向けに考案された車載ビデオカメラである。

【従来の技術】
従来の録画装置では、種々文献があるものの専門的な用途としての物件が多く、そのため一般大衆には馴染みが薄いことから、一般世間では全く普及されておらず、眼に触れることがないのが実態である。また、本件に最も近い文献特開２０００−２９５６０７（公開日：平成１２年１０月２０日、審査請求：未請求）にある車載ビデオカメラでは、車への取り付け等に専門知識が必要で、且つカメラ部分とデッキ部分が分割されている等一般消費者が手軽に設置・操作することが困難である。他方、一般大衆の馴染みとする録画装置としては、手で持つことにより録画・操作することを基本とするホームビデオカメラがあるが、１人で車両の運転と同時に録画操作することが困難である。また、本件に不必要な機能が多々内蔵されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、前項で述べたように従来の録画機能を有する物件として、本件一般大衆向け車載用ビデオカメラに最も適当と判断される市販のホームビデオカメラでは、車両に固定のうえ録画するように構造上設計されていないため、車載用として転用を考えた場合、従来のホームビデオカメラを、我々使用者個人が夫々創意工夫を以て独自に車両にカメラを固定させて録画・操作する方法しかなく大衆向けとは言えない。また、不必要な機能が多々あり、高額となっているうえ、車載用としては操作・運用面で利便性にも欠けている。
そこで、本発明は、市販のホームビデオカメラ機能・形状を利用した車載用カメラを車両に固定装着を図り、操作面で運転者の手を頻繁に借りることなく、車両の前進走行する際の前方を容易に録画する一般大衆向け車載ビデオカメラとすることを課題とする。

【発明が解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、請求項１記載の車両前方録画装置は、一般大衆が手軽に取り込み易い従来の小型軽量であるホームビデオカメラの機能・形状を利用のうえ、機能面で録画・再生機能のみとする等の簡素化を図り、車載用として利便性を持った前方録画装置としたうえで、台座を作成のうえ前面が見通せる車内フロントパネル上或いはその近辺に両面粘着テープ・ビス止め・クリップ止め・その他の固定手段に依り車両に固定させ、車両前方録画を図る。

【発明の実施の形態】
現在、実際に２ヵ年に亘り市販のビデオカメラを自車内フロントパネル上略々中央部に両面テープで固定させ、自車の前進走行前方の録画を実施しているが、本来車載用に設計されていないため、録画機能の操作も含め、極めて利便性（録画の停止状態は必要無く電源を入れるだけで録画を始める・テープの自動巻き戻し・現行ビデオカメラより更に画面を広角とする等）に欠けている。
本件は、以上の実施体験に基づき、考案されたものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、以上に説明したような構成により、次のような効果を奏する。
請求項１に記載されている発明は、車両前進走行中に於ける前方録画であるため、事故を起こした際の真相究明に多大に寄与することが出来る。
また、運転者或いは運転者以外の者も、録画再生のうえ運転操作を検証出来るため、無謀運転の抑止となり、挽いては事故防止の促進となる他、同時に交通違反に対する抑止効果も期待出来る等々、事故撲滅へ向けた取組みの一助となる。
