Description

【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, as a surface treatment method such as electrodeposition coating on an automobile body, a method of immersing the vehicle body in a tank filled with a treatment liquid is widely used.
In this case, it is necessary to open a large number of drainage holes 101 mainly in the floor panel 100 of the vehicle body, as shown in FIG. However, if the drainage hole 101 is left open, problems such as water leakage or noise occur. Therefore, it is necessary to close the hole 101 in another work process after the immersion process is completed. For this reason, the part which plugs up a hole and the operation | work which attaches it are needed.
[0003]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 10, after completion of the immersion treatment, the drainage holes 101 are closed by covering the numerous drainage holes 101 provided in the floor panel 100 with grommet 102.
For this reason, the operation | work which block | closes the many drain holes 101 one by one with the grommet 102 is needed, many grommets 102 and work time are needed, and it had an economical problem and the problem of workability | operativity.
[0004]
Conventionally, in order to abolish the part that closes the hole, a proposal has been made to devise an opening method to the floor panel (see Patent Document 1).
According to this Patent Document 1, as shown in FIGS. 11A and 11B, semi-circular slits 104 and 105 are formed in the panel 103, the central portions of the slits 104 and 105 are separated from each other, and both end portions are mutually connected. Form close to. The panel 103 is formed with a substantially disk-shaped small piece 106 composed of two semi-circular tongue pieces 106 a and 106 b by both slits 104 and 105.
Further, the small piece 106 is connected to the main body of the panel 103 via two adjacent portions formed with both end portions being close to each other.
Then, as shown in FIG. 12A, one tongue piece 106b of the small piece 106 is tilted by being pushed up by a jig 107 to form a drainage hole 108.
As shown in FIG. 12 (b), the drain hole 108 is closed by pushing up the other tongue piece 106 a of the small piece 106 using the return jig 109 after the dip coating or water polishing process.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional method, a part for closing the hole is not necessary, but a step for closing the hole is separately required. Moreover, it is difficult to handle slit-like holes in the floor panel with conventional production equipment, and it is necessary to change the equipment.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and to provide a vehicle body structure for finally closing a through hole formed in a panel and used in a manufacturing process.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a vehicle body structure for a vehicle in which a through-hole of a panel used during a vehicle body manufacturing process is closed after use. That is, the lid portion for closing the through hole is integrally formed.
Further, the lid portion provided on the extension member includes a convex surface portion that covers the through hole, and an edge portion that is provided on a peripheral edge of the convex surface portion and contacts the panel surface.
Furthermore, when the reinforcing member is assembled to the panel, the cover of the extension member provided on the panel is formed so as to be separated from the panel surface, and is formed so as to be in close contact with the panel surface by covering the sheet material. There is in being.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a vehicle body structure for a vehicle in which a through-hole of a panel used during a vehicle body manufacturing process is closed after use, by cutting and raising a part of the panel surface to form the through-hole. The raised portion is used to block the through-hole, and an extension portion extending to the lower surface side of the cut and raised portion is integrally formed with a member provided on the lower surface side of the panel.
Further, the central portion of the cut and raised portion is formed in a convex shape on the upper side.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
1 to 4 show the best mode for carrying out the vehicle body structure of the vehicle of the present invention.
In FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a floor panel constituting a vehicle body. The floor panel 1 is provided with reinforcing members 2 that reinforce various portions of the floor panel 1. In the floor panel 1, a drainage hole 3 for immersion treatment is formed as a through hole in the vicinity of the joint where the reinforcing member 2 is joined. The immersion treatment drain holes 3 are formed at various locations on the panel surface of the floor panel 1 as necessary.
[0011]
On the other hand, the reinforcing member 2 is formed in a bead or convex shape 2a, has a flange portion 2b around it, and is joined to the floor panel 1 via the flange portion 2b by spot welding or the like.
The flange portion 2b of the reinforcing member 2 is provided with an extension portion 2c extending toward the immersion treatment drainage hole 3, and at the tip of the extension portion 2c, the immersion treatment drainage liquid is provided. A lid portion 4 for closing the hole 3 is provided. The lid portion 4 is provided with a convex surface portion 4a that protrudes upward, and a flange portion 4b that is in close contact with the panel surface of the floor panel 1 around the convex surface portion 4a.
[0012]
In the manufacturing state, the reinforcing member 2 is formed so that the extending portion 2c connected to the lid portion 4 is warped. When the reinforcing member 2 is joined to the floor panel 1, the lid portion 4 is the floor. It is located away from the panel 1.
The reinforcing member 2 is covered with a melt sheet (damping material) 5 as a sheet material, and the melt sheet 5 is adhered to the floor panel 1 so that the lid portion 4 is in close contact with the floor panel 1.
[0013]
Next, the procedure for assembling the vehicle body structure will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 (a), 5 (b) and 5 (c).
First, the reinforcing member 2 and the like are joined and attached to the floor panel 1. An immersion drainage hole 3 is formed in the floor panel 1 in the vicinity of these reinforcing members 2 (see FIG. 1). The reinforcing member 2 is provided with a lid portion 4 that closes the immersion treatment drain hole 3, and the lid portion 4 is bent away from the floor panel 1 by bending the extending portion 2 c connected to the reinforcing member 2. (See FIG. 3).
Then, after immersing the vehicle body, the vehicle body is taken out from the treatment tank, and as shown in FIG. 5 (a), the discharge of the treatment liquid collected inside from the immersion treatment drain hole 3 of the floor panel 1 is indicated by an arrow. Do as follows. After the drainage of the treatment liquid, when closing the immersion drainage hole 3 of the floor panel 1, as shown in FIG. Since the cover part 4 is formed in the convex shape, it adheres closely to the floor panel 1 with the weight of the melt sheet 5 (refer FIG.5 (c)).
Then, the melt sheet 5 is melted by baking and drying during the painting process, and is adhered to the floor panel 1 so that the drainage holes 3 for immersion treatment can be completely closed.
[0014]
Thus, since the drainage hole 3 for immersion treatment can be closed simultaneously with the operation | work which attaches the melt sheet 5, an operation man-hour can be reduced. Since the cover part 4 is provided integrally with the reinforcing member 2, two parts can be integrated and the number of parts can be reduced.
[0015]
Conventionally, in many cases, parts such as grommets for closing the drain hole 3 for immersion treatment have been determined in shape and size as general-purpose products, including the case where existing parts are used. The shape of the treatment drain hole 3 must be matched to the shape of a grommet or the like, but this is not necessary in the present invention. The drainage hole 3 for immersion treatment is assumed to be a circular hole, but by changing the shape of the parts on the floor panel 1, it is easy to process not only a circle but also a rectangle and the most effective for draining liquid Can be designed freely. Further, since the size of the portion to be closed is larger than that of the hole, the circular hole may not be the same shape as the hole, such as closing the circular hole with a rectangular part.
[0016]
Next, FIGS. 6 to 8 are other embodiments for carrying out the present invention in which the same parts as those in FIG. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description of the same parts will be omitted.
In this case, the drainage hole 3 for immersion treatment as a through hole formed in the floor panel 1 is a circular kerf leaving the part 1a so that the part 1a is connected to the floor panel 1 in the floor panel 1. 1b is inserted, a circular small piece is formed inside, and the cut-and-raised portion 6 made of this small piece is cut and raised. The circular kerf 1b is formed by cutting with a laser or the like, or slit processing.
The cut-and-raised portion 6 is formed at a position where the structural member 7 is on the lower surface side of the floor panel 1. An extended portion 7 a is integrally formed on the structural member 7 so that the tip end portion of the cut and raised portion 6 can be supported. The shape of the cut-and-raised portion 6 is reinforced by forming a convex shape 6a on the upper side.
[0017]
According to the embodiment for carrying out the present invention, in the immersion treatment, the cut-raised portion 6 is raised to form the immersion treatment drainage hole 3. Then, after the floor panel 1 is immersed, the floor panel 1 is pulled up from the processing tank and the immersion treatment drainage liquid is discharged from the immersion treatment drainage hole 3. After completely draining the effluent for immersion treatment, as shown in FIG. 8, the melt sheet 8 is placed over the cut and raised section 6 as shown by the arrow, and the cut and raised section 6 is pressed and immersed by the weight of the melt sheet 8. The processing drainage hole 3 can be closed. Then, the melt sheet 8 is melted by baking and drying during the painting process, and is adhered to the floor panel 1 so that the drainage holes 3 for immersion treatment can be completely closed.
[0018]
According to this embodiment, the cut-and-raised part 6 formed in the floor panel 1 is cut and raised to form the immersion treatment drainage hole 3, so that waste material is generated due to the hole processing of the floor panel 1. Absent. Since the shape of the cut-and-raised portion 6 is formed in the convex shape 6a on the upper side, sufficient strength can be obtained. The structural member 7 may be any member as long as it is a member on the lower surface side of the floor panel 1.
[0019]
In addition, this invention is not limited only to the form for implementing the said invention, For example, as long as the cover part 6 can be hold | suppressed with a weight in the mel sheets 5 and 8, other sheets Can also be used. In the embodiment for carrying out the above embodiment, the present invention is applied to the drainage hole 3 for immersion treatment formed in the floor panel 1, but it can also be applied to holes such as jigs formed in panels other than the floor panel. Needless to say, the present invention can be appropriately modified and implemented without departing from the scope of the present invention.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the process for closing the through hole can be omitted, the work efficiency can be improved. Further, since a part for closing the through hole is unnecessary, the number of parts is reduced and it is economical. Since there is no restriction on the shape of the part that closes the through hole, the degree of freedom of the hole shape is increased. Since the peripheral edge portion of the lid portion is in close contact with the panel surface, the hole can be reliably closed. Since the through hole can be closed only by covering the sheet material, the number of work steps can be reduced.
Moreover, according to this invention, the waste material by hole processing does not arise by plugging a through-hole using a cut and raised part. Rigidity can be ensured by forming the central portion of the cut-and-raised portion in a convex shape on the upper side.
