この発明はコーヒー入り醗酵乳(ヨーグルト)に関するものである。
従来、コーヒーと醗酵乳液(液状のヨーグルト)はそれぞれ全く独立したものとして別々に飲まれている。その目的は、醗酵乳の方はデザートとして飲まれることが多く、コーヒーの方は味そのものを楽しむ目的のほか、いわゆる「眠気覚まし」を目的として飲まれる場合も多い。
そのため、従来昼食後などにデザートととして醗酵乳を楽しんだほかに、「眠気覚まし」を目的としてコーヒーを飲もうと考えた場合、それぞれを約200ミリリットルほど飲む事になり(合計で約400ミリリットルほどを飲む事になり)、お腹が苦しくなる思いをしていた。
本発明は、このような欠点を取り除きながら両方を飲んだ効果を得る事を目的になされたもので、醗酵乳液175ミリリットルに対し、コーヒー液25ミリリットルの割合で双方を混ぜ合わせてコーヒー入り醗酵乳を作ったものである。このときコーヒー液の25ミリリットル内には、普通コーヒーカップでコーヒーを1杯飲む時と同じ程度のコーヒー成分をあらかじめ溶かし込んでおくものである。(例えばインスタントコーヒーの場合、小さじ1.5杯分程度のコーヒー粉を溶かし込んでおくものである。)
本品を飲めば、従来のどちらか一方分の量(200ミリリットル程度)で、デザートとしての醗酵乳を楽しむ事が出来るほかに、コーヒーカップでコーヒーを1杯飲んだのと同じ程度のコーヒー成分を体内に取り込む事が出来るため、いわゆる「眠気覚まし」用のコーヒーを1杯飲んだのと同じ効果を得ることが出来るものである。
つまり、従来それぞれを別々に飲んでいた場合の約半分の量を飲めば、二つの目的が同時に達せられる事になる為、お腹も苦しくならず問題を解決したものである。
本品は、従来からの醗酵乳のおいしさはそのままに保ちながら、そこにほのかなコーヒーのほろにがさが加わり、これがとてもよくマッチングしているもので、「上品でちよっと大人の味」といった感じのする新しい味の飲み物が完成したものである。
それから又、本品を飲む事は従来の半分の時間で醗酵乳とコーヒーの両方を飲んだ効果を同時に得る事が出来る為、食事時間を短縮する効果もあり、朝の時間やお昼時間にも忙しいサラリーマンやOL等の需要を助ける飲み物にもなるものである。
本品は、好みによりコーヒー液内に溶かし込むコーヒー成分の量を増減調整し、より濃いコーヒー又は逆にうすいコーヒーを調整して作ることが可能なものである。
そして又、本品は醗酵乳液とコーヒー液の割合を請求項2のまま保ち、それぞれを同数倍にして混ぜ合わせれば、1度に大量のコーヒー入り醗酵乳を作る事も可能であり、それを小分けにして飲むことも出来るものである。
それから又、本品をゼリー状に固めれば、スプーン等を使って食べるデザートとして用いることも出来るものである。
