Description

【0001】
図中A…

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automobile seat, a headrest, and an armrest trim cover, and more particularly to a trim cover that is sewn into a bag shape and integrally foamed with a foam.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional trim cover of various kinds is made by adhering a urethane-based soft foam (slab foam material) to the back side of a breathable skin material such as nonwoven fabric or woven fabric, and impermeable to this slab foam. A film is laminated (Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-35314 [0004]
When a trim cover laminated with a laminate material such as the above air-impermeable film is sewn into a bag shape, a foaming liquid is injected into the interior and the pad is integrally foamed with the trim cover, depending on the foaming pressure of the foaming liquid, The trim cover can be brought into close contact with the inner surface of the mold, and a headrest or the like having a predetermined outer shape is formed.
[0005]
The above trim cover is formed from three layers of a skin material, a slab foam material, and a laminate material.
[0006]
[Problem to be Solved by the Invention]
The above trim cover needs to be processed to prevent leakage of the foaming liquid because the perforated seams opened by the foaming pressure at the time of pad molding are opened by a non-breathable material such as laminate material and the foaming liquid leaks from the perforation. there were. Further, there is a possibility that air accumulation may occur in the pad on the non-breathable member side.
[0007]
On the other hand, since the two-layer trim cover made of the skin material and the slab foam material has air permeability, there is no problem with the above-mentioned three-layer trim cover, but the foaming pressure at the time of forming the pad passes through the trim cover. Since it falls out into the mold, a headrest or the like cannot be formed into a predetermined outer shape, and wrinkles and tarmi occur on the trim cover. In addition, there was a problem that the foam liquid penetrated into the slab foam material and the feel of the trim cover was deteriorated.
[0008]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to eliminate the problem of the trim cover including the three layers and the two layers.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a trim cover for automobile seats, headrests, etc., in which a foam pad is integrally formed by molding in a bag shape, and the trim cover is a skin material. If consists of a slab foam material having integrally on the rear surface side of the skin material, said slab foam in a foam consisting of open cells, its breathability is 0.2cc / cm 2 / sec from 1 cc / cm 2 / sec.
[0010]
With the above configuration, the foaming liquid for pad molding permeates a part of the slab foam by the foaming pressure, but the trim cover is in close contact with the inner surface of the mold without penetrating to the skin material side.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a trim cover according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows a trim cover when a pad is foamed.
[0012]
In the figure, 1 is a skin material constituting the trim cover A, 2 is the slab foam material, 20 is an impregnation layer in which the slab foam material 2 is impregnated with foaming liquid, and B is a foam pad integrally foam-molded with the trim cover A. Are shown respectively.
[0013]
FIG. 3 shows a state where the headrest is molded by integrally foaming the pad B with the trim cover A in the headrest molding molds 40 and 41. In the drawing, A 1 .
[0014]
The skin material 1 described above is a breathable member such as a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric, or leather that is used as a surface material for conventional automobile seats, headrests, and armrests.
[0015]
Slab foam material 2, a foam body made of soft urethane foam having a thickness of 3 Millie 8 millimeters of open cells, its breathability is formed in the range of 0.2 cc / cm 2 / sec of 1 cc / cm 2 / sec Has been.
[0016]
The above trim covers A, A... Are formed in a bag shape by contacting with a sewing machine, and are accommodated in molds 40, 41 made of split molds, as shown in FIG. 42 and the trim cover a to provided the injection hole by injecting a foaming solution for pad shaping through the nozzle from the a 2 pad B trim cover a, and foam molding the a ... integrally.
[0017]
It is desirable that the outer diameter of the bag body of the trim cover A ... sewed in the bag shape is substantially the same as the inner diameter of the molds 40 and 41.
[0018]
In this state, when the foaming pressure of the foaming liquid that is injected into the trim cover A ... that is sewn into a bag shape is about 0.1 kg, the foaming liquid has a thickness of the slab foam material 2 of 5 kg. In the case of millimeters, the impregnated layer 20 is formed about 2 millimeters as shown in FIG.
[0019]
The headrest provided in the automobile seat is molded by integrally foaming together with the trim cover A... In which the pad B is sewn in the headrest frame C state in the molds 40 and 41.
[0020]
The trim covers A, A... Of the headrest are pressed against the inner surfaces of the molds 40 and 41 by the foaming pressure, so that no wrinkles or tarmi are generated.
[0021]
Further, since the foaming liquid permeates into the slab foam material 2, no space is generated on the slab foam material 2 side of the pad B as in the conventional product using a non-breathable member for the trim cover.
[0022]
In addition, since the foaming liquid does not penetrate to the skin material 1 side of the slab foam material 2, the feel of the trim cover A constituting the outer surface of the headrest is not impaired.
[0023]
According to the experimental results, the foaming liquid penetrates to the skin material 1 side of the slab foam material 2 according to the air permeability of the slab foam material 2, and the skin material 1 is not in a tension state. Wrinkles and tarmi occur.
[0024]
Further, when the air permeability of the slab foam material 2 is 0.1 cc / cm 2 / sec or less, foaming pressure is applied to the trim covers A ..., and the foaming liquid leaks to the outside from the joints A 1 , A 1 ... It is necessary to perform foaming liquid leakage prevention processing on the joints A 1 , A 1 .
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, in the trim cover in which the pad is integrally foam-molded inside, the pad-forming foam liquid penetrates into the pad side of the slab foam material by the foaming pressure and the pad is molded.
[0026]
Therefore, the foaming liquid does not leak outside from the joint of the trim cover sewn in a bag shape. Moreover, the skin material side of the trim cover is pressed against the inner surface of the mold with foaming pressure.
[0027]
Therefore, a feeling of tension is obtained on the trim cover after the pad foam molding, and no wrinkles or sagging occurs.
In addition, there is no space on the trim cover side of the pad that impairs product quality.
Furthermore, since the foaming liquid for pad formation does not penetrate to the skin material side of the slab foam material constituting the trim cover, the feel of the trim cover is not impaired.
