本発明は、ビール粕類を含む汚濁水を、嫌気的培養の装置で温度と水中ポンプ等による方法で連続的に攪拌を実施した結果、嫌気的培養装置からガス類と自己発生する熱エネルギー、そして純水状態に処理できた。
ビール粕を含む汚濁水量に対して、ヒーターによる設定した温度が伝わらなく時間を必要としたが、継続的、或いはヒーターのカロリーを上げる事で、熱効率が良くなり、ガス類と自己熱エネルギーを、継続的に得ることが出来、また汚濁水が純水状態に処理された。一時的ヒーターの役割は初期段階の立ち上がり状態時に必要であるが、設定温度を施した温度計によると、設定温度以上に上昇し、モーターの連続攪拌のみで、一時的ヒーターの役割も不要で、省エネ化した方法で処理され、問題を解決した。
