しかしながら、従来のへら等の工具は平面状に形成してある為曲面になっている円柱にはってある、広告や宣伝物をはがす時、面ではなく線で接する為はがし落とすのに手間がかかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、刃の一部分に直接又は着脱自在に取っ手付固定部を取り付けた広告ハガシ具であって、固定部の略中央に取っ手を取り付けたり弾力性のある刃の両端に固定部を介して取っ手を取り付けたり、あるいは刃の後端に取っ手付固定部を取り付けた広告ハガシ具を提供する事により上記課題を解決したものである。

次に本発明の実施の形態を実施例となる図面を参照しながら説明する。

図１（Ａ・Ｂ）は、本発明第一の実施例となる片手用広告ハガシ具の平面図で、図２（Ａ・Ｂ）はその正面図である。図３は本発明の第二の実施例となる両手用広告ハガシ具の平面図で、図４はその正面図である。図５は本発明の実施例に用いる刃の断面図である。図６（Ａ・Ｂ）は、本発明第三の実施例となる曲面状の刃を使用する片手用広告ハガシ具の正面図で、図７はその平面図で、図８はその側面図である。図９は本発明の実施例となる広告ハガシ具の使用例である。

本発明の広告ハガシ具は図１〜図５に示される様に刃４に直接又は着脱自在に取っ手付固定部３を取り付けたものである。

本発明に用いる刃４とは、図１〜図５に示す様に鋼材又は金属類やその他の弾力性のある素材で構成されている。又図６に示す刃５は平面状又は曲面状の形状となっている。この場合の刃５には弾力性のないものも含まれる。

そしてその刃４，５は取っ手付固定部３に取り付けられるが、その取っ手付固定部３は図２や図４に示される様に片手用であったり、両手用であっても良い。又取っ手は図１や図３が示す様に固定部の略中央に設けてもよいし又は刃４の左右両端に設けてもよい。そして取っ手付固定部３に対して刃４の取り付け方向は上向きでも下向きでもよい。又取っ手付固定部３は弾力性があってもよい。

刃４は蝶ねじ等で取っ手付き固定部３に取り付ける。あるいは状況に応じて色々な取り付け方が出来る。

そして、刃４は弾力性のある素材であれば、鋼材だけに限らず金属類やその他の素材が考えられる。そして刃４は弾力性がある為に円柱の曲面に密接する事が出来、円柱にはってある広告や宣伝物を効率よくはぎ落とせる。

図１（Ａ）は取っ手付固定部３の左右に蝶番２が設けてあり、刃４がどの位曲っても幅を調整しバランスが保てる様になっている。図１（Ｂ）の取っ手付固定部３は弾力性のある素材で構成してもよく、その場合刃４がどの位曲っても弾力性により幅を調整しバランスが保てる様になっている。

図６（Ａ）は刃５が曲面状に形成され円柱の曲面に密接し円柱にはってある広告や宣伝物をはぎ落とせる。そして円柱に対し刃５を押し当てる角度を調整する事で色々な大きさの円柱に対応出来る。あるいは刃５を弾力性のあるものにしてもよい。その場合、刃５は図７に示す様に曲面状にしてもよいし平面状に形成してもよい。又図６（Ｂ）は平面状に形成され刃５の先端が湾曲状に形成されている。これにより円柱の曲面にはってある広告や宣伝物に密接し、容易にはぎ落とす事が出来る。この場合円柱の曲面に対し刃５を円柱に押し当てる角度を調整する事でどの大きさの円柱にも対応出来る。

又、取っ手付固定部３により図７や図８に示す様に刃５の曲面の度合を調整出来る。

又、刃５は鋼材だけではなく、金属類やその他の素材が適している。

そして本発明の広告ハガシ具を用いて広告をはがすには、図９に示される様に広告ハガシ具に取りつけてある弾力性のある刃４によって円柱６にはってある曲面状の広告や宣伝物を円柱６の曲面に密接してはがし落とす事が出来る。
【発明の効果】
以上の様に請求項１．２．３．４．５によれば弾力性のある刃や曲面状に形成した刃を使う事で円柱の曲面にはってある広告や宣伝物を従来のへら等の工具の様に円柱の曲面に対して線で接するのではなく面で接する様にはがし落とす事で作業効率が上がった。
