(b)該化合物が該Gタンパク質共役型受容体を阻害または刺激する能力を測定する工程;

1. An isolated polynucleotide comprising a nucleic acid encoding a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR), wherein the G protein-coupled receptor is SEQ ID NO: 2; SEQ ID NO: 4; SEQ ID NO: 6. The isolated polynucleotide of claim 1, wherein said nucleic acid is SEQ ID NO: 1; SEQ ID NO: 3; SEQ ID NO: 5; SEQ ID NO: 7; SEQ ID NO: 9; SEQ ID NO: 11; SEQ ID NO: 13; SEQ ID NO: 17; SEQ ID NO: 19; SEQ ID NO: 21; SEQ ID NO: 23; SEQ ID NO: 25; SEQ ID NO: 27; SEQ ID NO: 29; SEQ ID NO: 31; And a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 39.

(A) contacting the candidate compound with a recombinant host cell comprising the G protein-coupled receptor according to claim 9 or a membrane thereof; and
(B) measuring the ability of the compound to inhibit or stimulate the G protein-coupled receptor;
