Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tubular bag having an outer peripheral surface and an inner peripheral surface that are continuous surfaces, and a method of using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in the case of a product that is taken out of a packaging case and sold and displayed, it is often returned to the packaging case at the time of purchase and returned to the purchaser.
This type of product may be impaired in quality, such as dust, dirt, hand oil, etc., adhering to the product in the display state, or causing damage or damage to the product due to unexpected situations such as dropping. In order to avoid such a situation, in recent years, it has been practiced to store the air-tight airtight transparent packaging bag.
As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, this type of packaging bag body AA is obtained by folding a flat-shaped binding bag 100 in which the entire periphery is heat-sealed and in a sealed state into two at a square central portion. The periphery is heat-sealed while leaving the opening 100A at one end, and air can be introduced into the binding bag 100 by the air valve 110. The introduced air is held by the air valve 110, and the inside of the binding bag is passed through the air valve 110. By inserting a straw or the like into the binding bag, the inside of the binding bag is communicated with the outside air so that the air in the bag can be removed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
As a usage of the packaging bag body AA, after inserting the product C from the opening 100A of the binding bag 100 into which air is not introduced, for example, air is blown from the air inlet 110a of the air valve 110 through the mouth to perform binding. The bag 100 is inflated, the product C is wrapped in the binding bag 100, and the fabric surface 100a of the binding bag 100 is brought into pressure contact with the surface of the product C, and an air layer 100b is formed around the product to form the product C. By preventing direct contact, it prevents dust, dirt, hand oil, etc. from adhering, and protects the product with a cushion layer, such as the air layer 100b, so as to actively avoid a situation in which the quality of the product is reduced. Is what you can do.

[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-86565 (pages 2-3, FIG. 3, FIG. 8)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, although this type of packaging bag AA is useful for preserving the quality of the product, it is often necessary to perform a packaging process in a short time when the product is delivered to the purchaser. It has been practiced that the body AA is broken by hand and air is instantaneously extracted to take out the product C from the bag.
For this reason, this type of packaging bag AA has a strong tendency to be disposable, and has an air valve 110 as an accessory part and a multi-welding process, and is relatively expensive, but shows a tendency to be less reusable. And the usability was poor.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and a main problem thereof is to provide a tubular bag having reusability and being easy to use.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The characteristic configuration of the tubular bag according to claim 1 of the present invention is that the tubular body is folded inside the tubular body at one end opening of the tubular body made of a sheet-shaped soft material, and the other open end is arranged. The opening edges at the other end are joined in an airtight state over the entire periphery of the opening to form a cylindrical bag body having an outer peripheral surface and an inner peripheral surface that are continuous surfaces. Is provided with at least air introduction means and air escape prevention means.
[0007]
According to the above-mentioned characteristic configuration, by introducing air from the air introducing means into the tubular bag body and appropriately inflating the tubular bag body, the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface are continuous, and a cylindrical air layer is formed inside. Can be formed.
Then, with the inflated tubular bag body, an outer peripheral surface around the entrance corresponding to the insertion side shifts to an inner peripheral surface as an article such as a product is inserted from one of the cylindrical entrances formed at both ends. The movement of the bag surface occurs, and the article can be easily inserted into the inside of the cylinder. At the storage position, the article is in a holding state in which the article is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder by the sealed air layer in the cylinder. From this holding state, the bag at the end of the cylindrical bag is pressed at one end, and the outer peripheral surface around the inlet on the pressing side moves on the inner peripheral surface to move the bag surface. Can easily be taken out from the entrance of the cylindrical bag opposite to the pressing side.
Here, when the target object is fixed, the outer peripheral surface around the pressing-side entrance is shifted to the inner peripheral surface by pressing the entrance at one end of the cylindrical bag body against the fixed object. By moving the surface, the object to be inserted can be inserted into the cylinder.
[0008]
Therefore, as compared with a bag product in which the inflated bag had to be broken to release the air and the product had to be taken out from the bag as in the conventional case, the inflated tubular bag was It can be easily taken in and out, and the tubular bag can be used repeatedly, so that it is easy to use.
In addition, the air layer in the cylindrical bag body is compressed by the inserted article, and the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder is brought into close contact with the inserted article, and the cushion can be formed on the entire bag. It can be used as a packaging material with excellent maintainability.
Furthermore, in an unused state where the air in the cylindrical bag is evacuated, the flat cylindrical bag can be made not bulky, so that the handleability is good.
[0009]
A characteristic configuration of the cylindrical bag according to the second aspect of the present invention is that the cylindrical bag is formed to have a tube outer diameter and a tube length capable of packaging the entire target article.
[0010]
According to the above-mentioned characteristic configuration, it is possible to pack the target article entirely in the tubular bag body. Moreover, in this packed state, the target article is brought into a state in which the entire surface thereof is pressed by the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical bag, and the symmetrical packaged article can be stored in a sealed state in the cylindrical bag.
[0011]
Therefore, by adopting such a tubular bag for sale and display of goods, transportation of goods, storage of goods, etc., the articles to be packaged are wrapped in an airtight state, and a cushion called a compressed air layer is formed around the goods. It is possible to prevent dust and dirt from adhering to the packaged articles, and to actively avoid damage to the packaged articles even if a situation such as dropping occurs. can do.
In addition, since packing and unpacking can be easily performed, workability in sales display of goods, transportation of goods, storage of goods, and the like can be improved.
[0012]
A characteristic configuration of the cylindrical bag according to claim 3 of the present invention is that the cylindrical bag is formed to have a tube outer diameter and a tube length capable of packing a part of the target article.
[0013]
According to the above characteristic configuration, the tubular bag can be attached to a part of the target article. Moreover, in this mounted state, the target article is brought into pressure contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tubular bag body, and the packaged symmetrical article can be held in a restricted state by the tubular bag.
[0014]
Therefore, by using such a tubular bag as a binding device for a plurality of bar-shaped products, a device for preventing interference between long products, and the like, it is possible to improve inventory management and transportability.
[0015]
A characteristic configuration of the cylindrical bag according to claim 4 of the present invention is that the cylindrical bag is formed to have a tube outer diameter and a tube length that can be attached to a hemostatic corresponding portion of an arm or a leg. .
[0016]
According to the above-mentioned feature configuration, it is always in a flat tubular bag, and when the need for hemostasis arises, the tubular bag is introduced by blowing from the mouth, or by introducing a jet gas such as a gas cylinder. Inflating the body, fitting the tubular bag body from the tip of the hand or finger, and attaching the tubular bag to the arm or leg corresponding to hemostasis by moving the bag surface where the outer peripheral surface shifts to the inner peripheral surface. Can be.
Alternatively, a flat cylindrical bag that has been fitted in an outer fitting state in advance on a hemostatic portion of an arm or a leg is introduced by blowing from a mouth or by introducing a jet gas such as a gas cylinder. The inflatable tubular bag can be attached by inflating the bladder at the place corresponding to hemostasis
[0017]
Therefore, since it can be quickly attached to a hemostatic part, it can be used as an emergency hemostatic device.
[0018]
A characteristic configuration of the cylindrical bag according to claim 5 of the present invention is that the cylindrical bag is formed to have a tube outer diameter and a tube length that can be attached to an arm portion or a leg portion. .
[0019]
According to the above-mentioned characteristic configuration, the flat tubular bag is inflated, and a hand or a toe is inserted into one end of the inflated tubular bag, and the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body is grasped by hand while inserting an arm. The bag side can be easily attached to the arm part or the leg part by lifting the base side or the leg base side and moving the bag surface, and conversely, the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical bag body The tubular bag can be easily removed from the arm or leg by grasping, pulling it down to the hand or toe and moving the bag surface.
[0020]
Therefore, a band for improving swelling of the lower leg, a band for improving swelling of the arm, or the like, which can be easily attached and detached, can be formed.
[0021]
The characteristic structure of the cylindrical bag according to claim 6 of the present invention is that the cylindrical bag is formed to have a cylindrical outer diameter and a cylindrical length capable of accommodating the whole container-containing beverage product.
[0022]
According to the above-mentioned characteristic configuration, the flat tubular bag is inflated as necessary, and at the entrance of one end of the inflated tubular bag body, while moving the bag surface with the insertion of the container-containing beverage product, the container The inner surface of the bag is pressed against the entire surface of the filled beverage product, so that the container-filled beverage product can be attached to the cylindrical bag in an airtight manner. Conversely, the bag surface is moved toward any of the entrances. In addition, the beverage product in a container can be easily removed from the cylindrical bag.
[0023]
Therefore, in the state where the packaged beverage product is mounted on the tubular bag, the packaged beverage product is entirely covered with the air layer of the tubular bag, and the cold storage of the cooled packaged beverage product can be performed. In addition, since the warmness of the warmed beverage product in a container can be easily maintained by a simple structure, a highly convenient simple thermal insulation container can be formed.
In addition, since a flat, non-bulky cylindrical bag can be formed into a simple heat-insulating container as required, it is excellent in handling and transportability, and can be appropriately used for repeated use or disposable. This makes it possible to form a product having selectivity of use.
[0024]
The characteristic structure of the method of using the tubular bag according to claim 7 of the present invention is that, within the one-end opening of the tubular body made of a sheet-shaped soft material, the tubular body is folded back into the barrel and the other end is disposed, The opening edges of the one end and the other end are joined in an airtight state over the entire periphery of the opening to form a cylindrical bag body in which the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface are continuous surfaces. A tubular bag having at least an air introducing means and an air retaining means in a bag-like body is inflated by the air introducing means and the air retaining means, and an appropriate portion of the inflated tubular bag is bent to form a cylinder. The present invention is characterized in that the bag is used in a bag state in which the inner peripheral surface is extended from the outer peripheral surface of the bag-like bag and the folded state is maintained.
[0025]
According to the above-mentioned characteristic configuration, the inflated tubular bag can be bent in a different bending direction, for example, by bending at least one portion of the tubular bag, such as a backrest or a mat in a preferred bent form. It is possible to easily form a cushion for a packing box in a required form by bending a cushion or bending at least one portion.
Also, while pushing in and inserting a bent display product or packaged product into the entrance of one end of the inflated tubular bag, the outer surface of the tubular body is grasped by hand and the bag surface is moved in accordance with the bent form. On the contrary, the attached bent display product or packed product can be grasped by hand on the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body and the bag surface can be moved from the entrance of one of the tubular bags. An object in a bent form can be stored and removed so that it can be easily removed.
[0026]
Therefore, it can be used for various uses such as packaging and packing of cushions, cushion materials, and bent objects.
[0027]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a cylindrical bag A, which is an example of an embodiment to which the present invention is applied, will be described with reference to the drawings.
The tubular bag A of the present embodiment is obtained by applying the present invention to a display bag that is temporarily housed and held until a commodity C, which is a target article that is taken out of the packaging case and sold and displayed, is purchased. It is.
[0028]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 4 (a), 4 (b) and 4 (c), this cylindrical bag A is formed by folding the cylindrical body 1 into one end opening 1A of the cylindrical body 1 and folding the cylindrical body 1 into the other. An end opening 1B is arranged, and the edges of the openings 1A and 1B at one end and the other end are joined in an airtight state over the entire circumference of the openings 1A and 1B, so that the outer peripheral surface 1C and the inner peripheral surface 1D are connected to a continuous surface. A tubular bag A1 is formed, and the tubular bag A1 is provided with an air valve B having an air introducing means B1 and an air release preventing means B2.
[0029]
Further, in the tubular bag A of this embodiment, as shown in the drawing, the tubular bag body A1 is formed with a tubular outer diameter and a tubular length that can wrap the entire target product C. Here, the cylinder length is the outer diameter of the cylindrical body 1 and is larger than the maximum width of the target product. The length of the tube is approximately half the length of the tube 1 so that a tube corresponding to the size of the target product C can be manufactured.
[0030]
The tubular body 1 is formed of a transparent sheet-like soft material made of PP, PE, olefin resin or the like.
[0031]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4 (b), the air valve B includes a rectangular flat cylindrical air introduction passage Bc having both ends opened, and one end opening 1A of the cylindrical bag body A1 and other parts. One end Ba is extended to the outside with the joining portion 1E of the end opening 1B as a boundary, and the other end Bb excluding the one end Ba is provided on the inner side in a state of being accommodated. By injecting air into the air introduction passage Bc and introducing the air into the cylindrical bag A1, the air introducing means B1 capable of inflating the cylindrical bag A1 is constituted. Due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tubular bag A1, the flat cylindrical air introduction passage Bc portion in the tubular bag A1 is closed in a tight contact state to produce a valve function, and the air is introduced into the tubular bag A1. It constitutes an air escape preventing means B2 that can prevent the outflow of air. Further, in this embodiment, one end side of the air valve B extending to the outside from the tubular bag body A1 is formed in a state where the tubular body is divided at the facing portion, and one end opening 1A of the tubular bag body A1 and the other end. The entrance of the air introduction passage Bc is formed at the joint 1E of the end opening 1B.
[0032]
Next, a method for manufacturing the cylindrical bag A will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 4A, a tubular body 1 having a set cylinder outer diameter is formed by an extruder or the like, and cut into a set tube length.
[0033]
Then, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the other end opening is folded back inside the one end opening 1A of the cylindrical body 1 and the junction 1E between the one end opening 1A and the other end opening 1B is bounded. And the edges of the openings 1A, 1B at one end and the other end are joined in an air-tight manner through the fusion means over the entire circumference of the openings 1A, 1B. An outer peripheral surface 1C and an inner peripheral surface 1D form a cylindrical bag A1 having a continuous surface. Here, the air valve B has a joint portion 1E between the one end opening 1A and the other end opening 1B of the cylindrical bag body A1 at a valve portion corresponding to a boundary position. An unfused material Bd is applied, and the edges of the openings 1A and 1B at one end and the other end of the cylindrical body 1 and the opening edges at one end and the other end of the cylindrical body 1 and the air valve B are fused. However, the inner peripheral surface of the flat cylindrical portion constituting the air valve B is not fused, and the inlet Bca of the air introduction passage Bc is formed.
[0034]
With this configuration, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, air is introduced into the tubular bag A1 from the air valve B to appropriately inflate the tubular bag A1, thereby providing an outer peripheral surface. 1C and the inner peripheral surface 1D are continuous, and the cylindrical bag A which forms the cylindrical air layer 1F inside can be formed.
[0035]
In the inflated cylindrical bag A, the outer peripheral surface 1C around the entrance corresponding to the insertion side shifts to the inner peripheral surface 1D as the target product C is inserted from one of the cylindrical entrances formed at both ends. When the bag C moves, the product C can be easily inserted into the inside of the cylinder, and in the storage position, the product C can be brought into a holding state in which the entire product C is surrounded by the inner peripheral surface 1D. From this state, the entrance of one end of the cylindrical bag body A1 is pressed so that the outer peripheral surface 1C around the entrance on the pressing side becomes the inner peripheral surface 1D, thereby causing the bag surface to move. C can be easily taken out from the entrance on the anti-pressing side.
[0036]
The air layer 1F of the tubular bag A is compressed by the inserted product C, so that the inner peripheral surface 1C can be brought into close contact with the inserted product C, and a cushioning property is formed on the entire bag. Thus, the product C in the bag can be protected against an unexpected situation such as a fall or a collision.
[0037]
Furthermore, in the unused state in which the air in the cylindrical bag A is not introduced, a flat bag state without bulk can be obtained.
[0038]
Further, by inserting a straw into the inflated tubular bag A through the air valve B, the internal air of the tubular bag body A1 is discharged to the outside through the straw, and the original flat bag state can be returned.
[0039]
In this embodiment, the example using the air valve B having the air introducing means B1 and the air retaining means B2 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. There is provided an air introducing means comprising an air introducing hole by removing the stopper and adopting a plug which is detachable from the air introducing hole, and an air retaining means comprising a plug inserted into the air introducing hole. It may be one using an air in / out structure.
[0040]

Here, the hemostatic portion of the arm 20 corresponds to the base of the rear arm and the wrist, and the hemostatic portion of the leg 21 corresponds to the base of the upper thigh.
[0047]
In order to ensure hemostasis, a tube having a short tube length of several cm or less is not preferable, and a tube having a tube length longer than that is preferable.
[0048]
Further, in this embodiment, a thick sheet-shaped soft material is used for the cylindrical bag body A1 so as not to be easily broken. However, in order to obtain more reliability, a mesh is used. Alternatively, a sheet-shaped soft material in which a reinforcing sheet or the like is laminated may be used.
[0049]
With such a configuration, the state is always in the state of the flat cylindrical bag A, and when the need for hemostasis arises, the air valve B is introduced by blowing from the mouth, or a gas cylinder or the like. The tubular bag A is inflated by the introduction of the jetting gas, and is attached from a fingertip or a fingertip, and the tubular bag A can be attached to a blood-corresponding portion of the arm 20 or the leg 21. In addition to this, it is also possible to inflate the flat cylindrical bag A attached to the hemostatic corresponding portion and attach the cylindrical bag A to the hemostatic corresponding portion.
[0050]
[Fourth embodiment]
In the fourth embodiment, points different from the tubular bag A of the first embodiment will be described, and the same components will be denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted.
The tubular bag A of this embodiment is one in which the present invention is applied to a swelling improvement band for improving swelling of hands or feet.
[0051]
That is, the tubular bag A of this embodiment is formed so that the tubular bag body A1 can be attached to the arm 20 portion or the leg 21 portion, and has a tube outer diameter and a tube length.
[0052]
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 9A, the outer diameter of the cylinder corresponding to the forearm 20A, which is the arm 20, and the swelling improvement band for the forearm formed in the cylinder length are shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 9B, the outer diameter of the cylinder corresponding to the forearm 20A and the rear arm 20B as the arm 20 and the swelling improvement band for the front and rear arms formed in the length of the cylinder. The outer diameter of the tube corresponding to the calf portion 21A, which is a portion, and the swelling improvement band for the calf formed in the length of the tube, as shown in FIG. A swelling improvement band for legs formed to have an outer diameter and a cylinder length is provided.
[0053]
With such a configuration, the flat tubular bag A is inflated, and the outer peripheral surface 1C of the tubular bag body A1 is grasped by hand while inserting a toe or a toe into the entrance at one end, and the arm base side. Or, by pulling up to the base of the leg and moving the bag surface, the tubular bag A can be easily attached to the arm 20 portion or the leg 21 portion, and conversely, the attached tubular bag body. The tubular bag A can be easily removed from the arm or the leg by grasping the outer peripheral surface 1C of A1, pulling it down to the finger or toe side, and moving the bag surface.
[0054]
Therefore, it can be used for a disposable swelling improvement band or an improvement band for economy syndrome, etc., which is always provided in a passenger magazine rack in an airplane and caused by stagnation of blood flow in the lower leg.
[0055]
[Fifth Embodiment]
In the fifth embodiment, points different from the tubular bag of the first embodiment will be described, and the same components will be denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted.
The tubular bag A of this embodiment is one in which the present invention is applied to a simple warming device that keeps the temperature of a cooled or warmed beverage product C2 in a container such as a plastic bottle or a canned beverage product.
[0056]
That is, as shown in FIGS. 10 (a) and (b), the cylindrical bag A of this embodiment has a cylindrical outer diameter in which the cylindrical bag body A1 can accommodate the entire container-containing beverage product C2, and , The length of the tube.
[0057]
With this configuration, as shown in FIG. 10A, the flat cylindrical bag A is inflated, and the bag surface is moved at the one end of the inlet bag along with the insertion of the beverage product C2 in a container. The inner peripheral surface 1D is pressed against the entire surface of the beverage product C2 in a container, and the beverage product C2 in a container can be airtightly mounted on the cylindrical bag A as shown in FIG. [0059]
[Sixth embodiment]
Next, a method of using the tubular bag A will be described.
The method of using the tubular bag A is as follows: the tubular body 1 is folded back into the tubular body 1 at one end opening 1A of the tubular tubular body 1 made of a sheet-like soft material, and the other end opening 1B is arranged. The edges of the openings 1A and 1B at the ends are joined in an airtight state over the entire circumference of the opening to form a cylindrical bag body A1 in which the outer peripheral surface 1C and the inner peripheral surface 1D are continuous. A tubular bag A having at least an air introducing means B1 and an air valve B having an air release preventing means B2 is used for the tubular bag A1, and the tubular bag A is inflated via the air valve B, and the inflated tubular bag is inflated. This is a method in which an appropriate portion of A is bent and the inner peripheral surface 1D is extended from the outer peripheral surface 1C of the cylindrical bag A1 to be used in a bag state in which the folded state is maintained.
[0060]
With such a configuration, the inflated tubular bag A can be bent and used as necessary or in accordance with the settings. By such bending, for example, as shown in FIG. 11, a simple cushion such as a backrest or a mat can be formed.

[0062]
Further, as shown in FIG. 13, the outer peripheral surface of the tubular bag body A1 is inserted by hand while inserting a bent product C3 such as a head portion of a golf shaft into the inlet of one end of the inflated tubular bag A by hand. 1C, the bag surface can be moved and mounted in accordance with the bent form, and the bent product C3 can be stored in the tubular bag A in a sealed state. By grasping the outer peripheral surface 1C and moving the bag surface, the bent product C3 can be easily removed from one of the entrances of the cylindrical bag A.
[0063]
[Other embodiments]
1) In each of the above embodiments, an example in which the tubular bag body A1 uses a transparent sheet-like soft material has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and is not used for sales exhibitions, such as packaging, When used for packing, swelling improvement, heat retention, cushions, cushioning materials, packing materials, etc., the tubular bag A1 does not have to be transparent, so opaque synthetic resin, rubber-based material, silicon-based material is used as the sheet-like soft material A material may be used.
In this case, a cylindrical bag having bag characteristics corresponding to the material used can be formed.
