【Example】
(Example 1)
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0023]
FIG. 1 shows the overall structure of the vacuum cleaner, which has a suction device 6 attached to an extension tube 5 for sucking dust. The extension tube 5 has a hose with a hand-operated portion 2 and a hose connection portion 3. 4 is connected to the cleaner main body 1 (hereinafter referred to as the main body 1). The main body 1 includes one front wheel caster 7 pivotally supported and a pair of rear wheels 8.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 2, the main body 1 includes a control circuit 41 for controlling driving operation by operating the electric blower 12 and the hand operation unit 2 on the rear side, and a power supply for supplying power from a home power supply above the control circuit 41. A cord reel 11 for winding the cord 10 is provided.
[0025]
A transparent dust collecting portion 18 is mounted on the front side of the main body 1 so that the inside can be seen. Here, when the electric blower 12 is operated, the suction force is generated, and the air and dust sucked through the hose 4 pass through the ventilation passage 26 of the dust collection unit 18 from the suction port 25 and include the primary filter 30. In the dust collecting section 18, coarse dust is centrifugally separated by a swirling airflow around the primary filter 30, and fine dust passing through the primary filter 30 is captured by a dust collecting filter 51 as dust collecting means at the rear. Only the air passes through the intake unit 35 behind the dust filter 51 and passes to the electric blower 12. The air that has passed through the electric blower 12 is exhausted from an exhaust port (not shown) provided at the rear or side of the main body 1. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, dust collects in the dust collecting portion 18, and when the dust is discarded, the user holds the grip portion 27 of the dust collecting portion 18 and first removes the dust collecting portion 18 from the main body 1. As shown in FIG. 4, the lid 21 of the dust collecting section 18 is opened to discharge dust.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 5, the dust collecting filter 51 has a pleat 52 formed by folding a nonwoven fabric, a filter paper, or the like into a valley in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction in which the dust collecting portion 18 is taken out of the main body 1. Dust removing means 53 which interferes with a mountain on the downstream side of the intake of the pleats 52 is provided on the front wall 54 of the main body 1 as shown in FIG.
[0027]
Next, the operation and operation of the above configuration will be described.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 7, when the dust collecting unit 18 is to be taken out from the main body 1 in order to discard the dust collected in the dust collecting unit 18, the pleats 52 of the dust collecting filter 51 interfere with the dust removing means 53 and the pleats 52 are removed. Vibrates to remove attached fine dust. Thereafter, when the lid 21 of the dust collecting unit 18 is opened to discharge dust, fine dust sieved from the dust filter 51 can be discarded. When fine dust accumulates on the surface of the dust collecting filter 51, the airflow resistance of the intake air flow to the electric blower 12 increases, and the dust collecting performance of the vacuum cleaner is reduced. Dust performance can be prevented from lowering. When the dust collecting section 18 is attached to the main body 1, the pleats 52 of the dust collecting filter 51 interfere with the dust removing means 53 to vibrate the pleats 52, so that the attached fine dust can be eliminated.
[0029]
When the dust collector 18 is discarded, the dust collector 18 is mounted on the main body 1 again, and the electric blower 12 is put into an operating state. Since the fine dust adhering to the dust collecting filter 51 has been removed, the suction performance of the electric blower 12 is effective. And the dust collection performance can be restored.
[0030]
(Example 2)
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. It should be noted that a guide 56 and a dust removing means 53 slidably provided along the guide 56 are provided on the lid 21 side of the dust collecting portion 18 as compared with the first embodiment. The knob 57 of the dust removing means 53 is engaged with a holding section (not shown) provided on the main body side.
[0031]
According to the operation of the above configuration, dust can be removed by hitting the dust collecting filter 51 with the dust removing means 53 by taking out the dust collecting portion 18 from the main body 1. Further, even after the dust collecting portion 18 is taken out from the main body 1, the dust of the dust collecting filter 51 can be removed by further manually grasping the knob of the dust removing means 53 with a fingertip and sliding the finger.
[0032]
(Example 3)
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The same components as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0033]
A timing belt-like belt 59 is provided rotatably between two upper and lower shaft supports 58 formed integrally with the frame 70 of the dust collection filter 51. The belt 59 is provided with a plurality of dust removing means 53. The front wall 54 of the main body 1 is provided with a holding portion 60 having a tooth shape to be engaged with the belt 59.
[0034]
With the operation of the above configuration, the dust collecting section 18 can be removed from the main body 1, and the dust can be removed by hitting the dust collecting filter 51 with the dust removing means 53 by the mounting operation.
[0035]
(Example 4)
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The same components as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0036]
The pleats 52 of the filter portion of the dust collecting filter 51 are formed substantially parallel to the direction in which the dust collecting portion 18 is taken out of the main body 1. Further, a vibration receiving portion 61 made of a hard material is provided on a mountain portion of the pleat 52 on the front wall side of the main body 1. The front wall 54 of the main body 1 is provided with dust removing means 53 that is inclined so as to contact the vibration receiving part 61 when the dust collecting part 18 is to be attached to or detached from the main body 1.
[0037]
The operation of the above configuration is such that the dust collecting unit 18 is removed from the main body 1 and the dust removing unit 53 moves the vibration receiving unit 61 of the dust collecting filter 51 in the left-right direction as shown in FIGS. When the vibration receiving portion 61 gets over the dust removing means 53, vibration is caused by the restoring force of the pleats 52 and dust can be removed. Further, as shown in FIG. 15, by disposing the vibration receiving portion 61 vertically, the force required for taking out and mounting by contact with the dust removing means 53 can be dispersed and reduced. This is because the position of the vibration receiver 61 is the same in the vertical direction, and the same effect can be obtained by shifting the dust removing means 53 in the vertical direction. Further, the same applies when the dust collecting filter 51 is inclined as shown in FIG. 16 and the dust removing means 53 is provided substantially in parallel to the direction in which the dust collecting section 18 is taken out.
[0038]
(Example 5)
Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The same components as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0039]
