本発明はマンション等の中高層建築物の排水用配管に使用する排水ヘッダー用サポートバンドに関する。

この種床置きの排水ヘッダーとして,管本体の側面に排水集合管方向に向けて複数の横枝管を傾斜突出することによって複雑形状をなすように構成されたものが知られており,この場合,横枝管に各住戸乃至関係個所からの排水管を接続し,管本体長手方向の一方端部を排水集合管に接続するとともに他方の端部を他の排水ヘッダーを接続し又はこれを閉塞して上記排水集合管の近傍のコンクリートスラブ上に床置き配置し,各住戸乃至関係個所の排水を,該排水ヘッダーを介して排水集合管に集中して屋外に排出するように使用するものとされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この場合横枝管が排水集合管方向に傾斜突出していることによって,排水を阻害することがなく,その流れを良好に維持して,排水集合管への排水をスムーズ且つ確実になし得るものとすることができるものとされるが,該排水ヘッダーはそれ自体が床置き用のものとして構成されているので,一般に床面に固定されることなくコンクリートスラブ上に床置き状態に配置されることも多く,この場合,その固定がなされないために,コンクリートスラブの表面凹凸により排水ヘッダーが床面から浮いた状態で排水管,他の排水ヘッダー,排水集合管に接続されることになり,長期に使用された場合に建物の振動等に起因して接続個所の緩みやこれによる漏水を生じる可能性残ることを否定できない。一方既存の配管バンド,例えばレベルバンドを用いてその床面に固定することが想定されるが,一般にレベルバンドはバンド基板に一対のボルトを起立設置し,該ボルトに比較的幅広の上下バンド部材を高さ調整した後にボルトを挿通した両端の締着片をボルト螺装の上下ナットによって締着し配管をその長手方向単一箇所で固定するものであるところ,排水ヘッダーの横枝管は比較的近接して配置されており,バンドで固定すべき横枝管間の寸法が狭くバンド部材が入らないためにバンド部材の幅を切断加工することが必要となること,一般に排水集合管が建物の壁際に設置されるために排水ヘッダーも壁際に,例えば15乃至20cm程度に近接した位置となるのが通常であるので,上下ナットの締着に使用するスパナの操作が困難となることも多く作業が煩雑となること,排水ヘッダーの床面への固定位置が単一個所となるためにぐらつきが生じ易く固定の安定性が得られないことといった問題点に遭遇することになる。

本発明はかかる事情に鑑みてなされたもので,その解決課題とするところは,可及的に簡単な構造にして簡易且つ確実に排水ヘッダーを床面固定し得るようにした排水ヘッダー用サポートバンドを提供するにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題に添って本発明は,コンクリートスラブに載置固定するバンド基板に上記排水ヘッダーの管本体を固定するように設置した円形バンドを備える一方,バンド基板をコンクリートスラブの傾斜や凹凸を吸収して水平として排水ヘッダーを支持し得るように,該バンド基板に高さ調整用ボルトを設置したものとし,排水ヘッダーの管本体を安定して固定し確保し得るように,円形バンドを同一方向に開口した複数とし,該円形バンドで管本体をその横枝管を挟んだ複数箇所で受入固定したものとし,壁際に近接した位置における良好な作業性を確保し得るように,上記バンド基板のコンクリートスラブの固定作業,その高さ調整用ボルト操作,円形バンドの受入支持及びその固定作業を上から下に向けた作業によるものとする目的で,バンド基板にその固定用の下向き固定金具を挿通する金具孔を配置し,高さ調整用ボルトをバンド基板に下向きに螺装し,円形バンドを上下に2分割してその一端をヒンジ連結してこれを上下方向に開閉自在として開放状態で排水ヘッダーの載置を可能し,また2分割した他端に相互に重合し下位側にナットを備えた上下の締着突片を配置して該締着突片を該ナットに対するボルト操作によって締着固定するものとし,これらによって簡易な構造により壁際に近接配置されるのが通常である排水ヘッダーを簡易且つ確実に床面固定するとともに固定の安定性と作業性を確保し得るようにしたものであって,即ち請求項1に記載の発明を,管本体の側面に排水集合管方向に向けて複数の横枝管を傾斜突出した床置きの排水ヘッダー用サポートバンドであって,面内にコンクリートスラブ固定用の下向き固定金具を挿通する金具孔を透設したバンド基板と,該バンド基板に下向きに螺装することによってコンクリートスラブに対してバンド基板を水平支持自在とした多数本の高さ調整用ボルトと,円周下端の接点を上記バンド基板に固定して管本体長手方向の同一方向に開口し管本体をその横枝管を挟んだ複数箇所において受入支持自在とした複数の円形バンドとを備え且つ該円形バンドをそれぞれ上下に2分割してその分割端部一端をヒンジ連結することによって上下方向開閉自在とするとともに分割端部他端に相互に重合自在にして下位側にナットを具備した一対の締着突片を突設することによって該一対の締着突片を下向きのボルトによって締着固定自在としてなることを特徴とする排水ヘッダー用サポートバンドとしたものである。

請求項2に記載の発明は,上記に加えて,上記複数の円形バンドを排水ヘッダーの管本体における管径の略1/2円とすることによって,円形バンドに対する管本体の載置と管本体に対する押え部分の配置を,圧入のための加圧等を必要とすることなく,上から下に向けた自然の作業によって確実になし得るものとするように,これを,上記複数の円形バンドにおける2分割を,円周方向水平位置又は傾斜位置で略1/2円とするように行なってなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排水ヘッダー用サポートバンドとしたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面の例に従って本発明を更に具体的に説明すれば,1はサポートバンドであり,該サポートバンド1は,管本体21の側面に排水集合管30方向に向けて複数の横枝管22を傾斜突出した床置きの排水ヘッダー20用のものとしてあり,面内にコンクリートスラブ40固定用の下向き固定金具8を挿通する金具孔3を透設したバンド基板2と,該バンド基板2に下向きに螺装することによってコンクリートスラブ40に対してバンド基板2を水平支持自在とした多数本の高さ調整用ボルト9と,円周下端の接点を上記バンド基板2に固定して管本体21長手方向の同一方向に開口し管本体21をその横枝管22を挟んだ複数箇所において受入支持自在とした複数の円形バンド12とを備えたものとしてある。

本例の排水ヘッダー20は,例えば鋳鉄製の鋳造成形品とし,円筒形の管本体21と,該管本体21の側面に平面状態で右及び左の同一方向に同一傾斜角度で傾斜突出した2本又は3本の横枝管22と,管本体21の横枝管22付根部分の上面に低突出した開閉自在の蓋24付の掃除口23とを備えたものとし,管本体21はその排水集合管30側の一端を同一外形の集合管挿入端部とし,他端に他の排水ヘッダー20の接続又は閉塞板接続を互換的に可能とするように管本体21円周方向両側の水平位置に締着ボルト26を有する継手25を備えた床置き用のものとしてあり,本例にあって該排水ヘッダー20は上記管本体21の下面に下向きの床支持脚27を備えたものとし,該床支持脚27はこれを横枝管22が2本の場合にその排水集合管30側に位置する横枝管22の付根付近,3本の場合に中央に位置する横枝管22の付根付近の1箇所と掃除口23及び上記継手25の下面付近の2箇所の合計3箇所に管本体21から垂下して突出したものとしてある。

本例にあってバンド基板2は,例えば2mm程度の肉厚にして15×20cm程度の比較的大きな面積を持つ平板状の鋼板に所定の加工を施して形成したものとしてあり,その固定に例えばアンカーボルトとコンクリート釘による固定金具8を選択的に使用し得るように,該バンド基板2の面内の適宜位置にアンカーボルト用に径大複数,特に2箇所の,コンクリート釘用に径小複数,特に3箇所の金具孔3を透設し且つバンド基板2のコーナー近傍の適宜位置に本例にあって4箇所とした上記高さ調整用ボルト9の螺装用ナット10を,例えば該バンド基板2上面に六角ナットを固定することによって設置してある。また上記床支持脚27を有する排水ヘッダー20を用いた本例にあって該バンド基板2は更にその面内に透設した上記床支持脚27を挿通自在の透孔5を備えてあり,本例にあって該透孔5はこれを長孔とすることによってバンド基板2の固定状態で排水ヘッダー20の長手方向移動を許容し得るようにしてある。図中6はバンド基板2に設置した補強リブ,7はバンド基板2の一端縁部に隆起するように設置した横枝管22支持用の防振材,特に防振ゴムである。

高さ調整用ボルト9は,上記バンド基板2に設置した,本例にあって4箇所のナット10にそれぞれ下向きに螺装することによってバンド基板2からその下方に突出して先端をコンクリートスラブ40に突き当て対接することによってボルト9の位置毎に突出量を変化して,コンクリートスラブ40に傾斜や凹凸が存在するときにこれを吸収し,バンド基板2を水平支持して排水ヘッダー20の固定をバンド基板2の水平状態でなし得るようにしてある。図中11は本例にあってボルト9の緩み止め用に必要に応じて使用するようにした緩み止めナットである。

円形バンド12はその円周下端のバンド基板2との接点を直接又は受部材を介して間接にバンド基板2に固定することによって,本例にあって一対をバンド基板2に管本体21長手方向に離隔して平行となるように配置してあり,本例のバンド基板21への固定は上記接点を直接にバンド基板21上面に溶着することによって各円形バンド12が,例えば垂直に起立するようにしてあり,これによって該一対の円形バンド12はその開口を管本体21長手方向の同一方向に向けて該管本体21を受入支持自在としてあり,このとき本例にあっては円形バンド12の幅を,例えば1.5cm程度とするように細幅とし,またその固定間隔を,例えば12cm程度として排水ヘッダー20の任意の横枝管22を挟んで管本体21を円形バンド12の数に応じてその長手方向2箇所で受入支持自在としてある。

円形バンド12は,これをそれぞれ上下に2分割してその分割端部一端をヒンジ16連結することによって上下方向開閉自在とするとともに分割端部他端に相互に重合自在にして下位側にナット18を具備した一対の締着突片17を突設することによって該一対の締着突片17を下向きのボルト19によって締着固定自在としたものとしてあり,本例にあって該複数の円形バンド12における2分割は,これを,円周方向水平位置又は傾斜位置で略1/2円とするように行なってあり,また複数の円形バンド12がその内周に防振材15,本例にあっては防振ゴムを備えたものとしてある。

即ち本例の円形バンド12は管本体21の外径に合うものを用いるものとしてあり,本例にあって円形バンド12は上記内周の防振材15,特に防振ゴムの厚さを管本体21の外径に加えた,例えば8cm程度の管本体21の外径に対して9cm程度の内径を有する鋼製のものとしてあり,本例にあって該円形バンド12は円周方向傾斜位置で略1/2円に2分割することによって上下に略等分した半円形一対の上位バンド部材13及び下位バンド部材14を備えて,各円形バンド12の分割端部一端に巻込み曲成して配置した軸受とこれに挿入した軸によって構成したヒンジ16によって上位バンド部材13を下位バンド部材14に対して上下方向開閉自在とする一方,各円形バンド12の分割端部他端に該分割端部を外側水平方向に折曲して相互に上下に重合するように突出形成し,面内に透孔を透設具備した上下に一対の締着突片17を配置したものとしてあり,このとき本例にあって下位バンド部材14に配置することによって重合状態で下位に位置する締着突片17の下面に六角ナットを固定することによって該下位の締着突片17にナット18を配置したものとしてあり,これによって上位側の締着突片17側から下向きボルト19を重合した締着突片17の透孔を介してナット18に螺装することによって上下に一対の締着突片17を締着固定するようにしてある。

本例の円形バンド12における上位バンド部材13及び下位バンド部材14の2分割を傾斜位置としたのは,本例にあって上記排水ヘッダー20の継手25が水平位置両側に締着ボルト26を備えることから,排水ヘッダー20をその長手方向に複数連とするように接続したときに,円形バンド12のヒンジ16や締着突片17,特に締着突片17(乃至その付属物のナット18等)が締着ボルト26から離れるようにして,該締着ボルト26が円形バンド12による排水ヘッダー20の受入支持の障害となるのを防止して,後述のように排水ヘッダー20を単体使用するときと長手方向に接続使用するときの双方にサポートバンド1を共用可能とするためであり,該傾斜位置は締着ボルト26との相対的関係から,例えば水平位置から15乃至20度程度以上の角度をなすようにこれを定めればよいが,本例にあってはこれを30乃至35度程度の角度をなすものとしてある。

サポートバンド1を用いた排水ヘッダー20の床面固定は,高さ調整用ボルト9によってバンド基板2の水平出しを行なってその金具孔3を介した固定金具8によって該バンド基板2をコンクリートスラブ40に固定し,開放した複数の円形バンド12に排水ヘッダー20の管本体21をその横枝管22を挟んだ複数箇所で受入支持し,円形バンド12を閉鎖してその重合した締着突片17を下向きのボルト19によって締着固定すればよく,本例のサポートバンド1にあっては,上位バンド部材13を回動開放した離隔一対の円形バンド12の下位バンド部材14間に横枝管22が位置するように手持ちして排水ヘッダー20の管本体21をこれら下位バンド部材14に対して落とし込むように載置し,その後に各上位バンド部材13を回動閉鎖して管本体21を覆うように被嵌し,これによって重合する上下位バンド部材13,14の一対の締着突片17を下向きボルト19によって締着固定すればよく,このとき例えば予め排水ヘッダー20を床面固定するサポートバンド1と排水集合管30等との位置関係を調整することによって,排水ヘッダー20の排水集合管30等との接続は該床面固定の後に行なうようにすることができる。

本例のサポートバンド1は,横枝管22のピッチが同一である限り横枝管22の突出本数に拘らず共通に使用して排水ヘッダー20を床面固定することができるとともに排水ヘッダー20を複数連とするように長手方向に接続する場合にも,上記円形バンド12の2分割を傾斜位置としたことによって継手25近傍の管本体21を受入支持するについて障害が生じることもない。

これを図示したところによって説明すれば,例えば横枝管22が上記2本の場合には,例えば図4,図5のように排水集合管30側に位置する横枝管22を一対の円形バンド12間に挟むように該円形バンド12によって2本の横枝管22間の管本体21と排水集合管30側の管本体21との2箇所でこれを受入支持するようにし,3本の場合には,同様に排水集合管30側の横枝管22を挟むように管本体21を2箇所で受入支持するか,または例えば図6,図7のように中央の横枝管22を挟んでその両側で隣接する横枝管22間2箇所で管本体21を受入支持するようにすることができる。3本を超える本数の横枝管22の場合にも任意の横枝管22間か,排水集合管30側の横枝管22を挟むように同様に管本体21を2箇所で受入支持すればよい。

また例えば図8及び図9に示すように2本の横枝管22を有する排水ヘッダー20と3本の横枝管22を有する排水ヘッダー20を複数連に接続,本例にあっては2連の接続の場合,図上左の2本の横枝管22を有する排水ヘッダー20における排水集合管30側に位置する管本体21が図上右の3本の3本の横枝管22を有する排水ヘッダー20の継手25内に挿入されることによって継手25の近傍に位置することになるが,円形バンド12の2分割を傾斜位置としたことによって上記管本体21の円周方向両側水平位置における締着ボルト26を避けて管本体21の受入支持と締着固定を行い,円形バンド12による排水集合管30側の受入支持を障害なく行なうことが可能となる。

本例のサポートバンド1にあっては,円形バンド12を一対としたことによって上記ピッチが同一である限り横枝管22の本数に拘らず排水ヘッダー20を管本体21長手方向2箇所において受入支持して安定した床面固定を行なうことができること,バンド基板2の固定金具8による固定や高さ調整用ボルト9による水平出しのための高さ調整を横方向の作業を伴うことなく下方向の作業によって行なうことができ,円形バンド12の開閉やその排水ヘッダー20の受入支持,円形バンドの下向きのボルト19による締着固定も同様に横方向の作業を伴うことなくサポートバンド1上における下方向の作業によって行なうことができ,従って排水ヘッダー20が壁際に近接して位置する場合にも簡易且つ確実にこれを固定することができること,排水ヘッダー20専用のサポートバンド1とすることによって排水ヘッダー20の横枝管22を除いた管本体21の寸法に合わせた円形バンド12幅とすることが可能となり現場作業が容易化するとともに排水ヘッダー20を長期に亘り安定して床面固定することができること,サポートバンド1の構造が簡易でそのコンクリートスラブ40への固定やサポートバンド1による排水ヘッダー20の床面固定に特殊工具を使用することなくドリル,ハンマー,スパナ,ドライバー等の作業者が一般に使用する現場工具でなし得るから煩雑な作業がなく作業の容易性を確保することができること等の作用効果を奏するものとし得る。

図示した例は以上のとおりとしたが,排水ヘッダーを単体使用するとき或いは上記継手の締着ボルト位置による障害がないとき等に,円形バンドの2分割を,円周方向水平位置で略1/2円とするように行なうこと,金具孔を上記複数の固定金具用とすることなく単一の固定金具用のものとすること,多数の高さ調整ボルトをその最低数として3本とすること,ボルトをネジ頭付きのものとすること等も可能であり,本発明の実施に当って,排水ヘッダー,サポートバンド,そのバンド基板,高さ調整用ボルト,円形バンド,締着突片,下向きのボルト,必要に応じて用いる防振材等の各具体的形状,構造,材質,これらの関係,これらに対する付加,床面固定の具体的方法等は,上記発明の要旨に反しない限り様々の形態とすることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上のとおりに構成したから,コンクリートスラブに載置固定するバンド基板に上記排水ヘッダーの管本体を固定するように設置した円形バンドを備える一方,バンド基板をコンクリートスラブの傾斜や凹凸を吸収して水平として排水ヘッダーを支持し得るように,該バンド基板に高さ調整用ボルトを設置したものとし,排水ヘッダーの管本体を安定して固定し確保し得るように,円形バンドを同一方向に開口した複数とし,該円形バンドで管本体をその横枝管を挟んだ複数箇所で受入固定したものとし,壁際に近接した位置における良好な作業性を確保し得るように,上記バンド基板のコンクリートスラブの固定作業,その高さ調整用ボルト操作,円形バンドの受入支持及びその固定作業を上から下に向けた作業によるものとする目的で,バンド基板にその固定用の下向き固定金具を挿通する金具孔を配置し,高さ調整用ボルトをバンド基板に下向きに螺装し,円形バンドを上下に2分割してその一端をヒンジ連結してこれを上下方向に開閉自在として開放状態で排水ヘッダーの載置を可能し,また2分割した他端に相互に重合し下位側にナットを備えた上下の締着突片を配置して該締着突片を該ナットに対するボルト操作によって締着固定するものとし,これらによって簡易な構造により壁際に近接配置されるのが通常である排水ヘッダーを簡易且つ確実に床面固定するとともに固定の安定性と作業性を確保し得るようにした排水ヘッダー用サポートバンドを提供することができる。
