【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wooden door having a head plate and a wooden door manufactured by the method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Wooden doors with a mirror plate are often used for interior doors, storage doors, kitchen doors, etc. because they provide a calm and beautiful atmosphere.
FIG. 6 shows a method of manufacturing a conventional product, in which a head plate 1 ', a vertical frame 2' and a horizontal frame 3 'shown in FIG. A are prepared, and respective vertical frames 2', The horizontal frame 3 'is assembled around the end plate 1' as shown in FIG.
[0003]
[Patent Document]
JP-A-10-61337
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As shown in FIG. 6, a conventional wooden door provided with a mirror plate is obtained by cutting each of the mirror plate 1 ′, the vertical frame 2 ′, and the horizontal frame 3 ′ and processing them into parts having required dimensions. Since the overall finishing is performed after the entire assembly, a large number of working steps (15 or more steps) are required, resulting in poor productivity and high cost. The present invention seeks to solve such a problem.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, a rectangular laminated panel having a vertical grain on the surface is produced, and a frame border is engraved with a fixed width around the laminated panel, thereby forming an end plate-equivalent product inward. At the same time, the upper and lower sides of the frame border are formed on the same plane as the engraving surface, and a horizontal frame made to the same thin and thick dimension as the engraving depth is bonded to the part. A method of manufacturing a wooden door, and a wooden door manufactured by the method. At this time, the laminated panel has an odd number of layers such as three layers or five layers, and the engraving is performed by an NC router or the like.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a single-layer board 1 of a laminated panel used in the present invention, which is obtained by cutting thinned wood, solid wood, and the like into a fixed width and the same length, and making a plurality of these wood grains identical. , Which are joined in the width direction to form a plate of a certain size. FIG. 2 shows an example of manufacturing a laminated panel, in which three single-layer boards 1 are prepared (FIG. A). The grain of the layer plate is an example in which the three members are integrated in a horizontal state by using an adhesive to form a three-layer laminated panel 2. (Figure B)
[0007]
Next, FIG. 3 is an explanatory view of a state in which the surface a of the laminated panel 2 is subjected to NC processing for numerically controlling a rotating cone, and an engraving is formed around the periphery of the laminated panel 2 with a fixed width. In other words, by providing left and right engravings 3a and 3b and upper and lower engravings 3c and 3d, vertical frames 6a and 6b are formed on the left and right sides of the plate surface, and a mirror plate 4 is formed in the center of the inside. It is.
According to the present invention, the upper and lower sides of the engravings 3c and 3d are formed on the same engraved surfaces m and n up to the edges, respectively. For example, a further concave groove p is formed.
[0008]
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the horizontal frame 5, which is disposed between the upper and lower edges of the above-mentioned upper and lower engravings 3c and 3d. The thickness t is a dimension that is the same plane as the mirror plate or vertical frame attached to the engraved surface m, n or the groove p by using an adhesive, that is, the same plane a including the mirror plate or vertical frame is formed. Is made. The thickness t is usually as thin as about 5 mm.
[0009]
As described above, the vertical frames 6a and 6b according to the present invention are formed with the end plates 4 inside at the time of forming the engravings 3a and 3b having a fixed width dimension s at the inner portions from both right and left ends of the panel surface. Therefore, the operation can be performed quickly and efficiently by the simultaneous operation of the NC router.
By the way, in the present invention, the thickness t of the horizontal frames 5c and 5d may be relatively thin, and the thickness t of the horizontal frames 6a and 6b may be the same as the vertical frames 6a and 6b. At the top and bottom of the vertical stairs 6a and 6b, the same depth of the engravings 3c and 3d communicating with the engravings 3a and 3b are formed. It becomes something.
[0010]
Thus, according to the present invention, the work of mounting the horizontal frames 5c and 5d can be performed relatively easily, and the vertical frames 6a and 6b and the horizontal frames 5c can be integrated into the central inner surface of the surface of the laminated panel 2. , 5d to form an end frame 4 which is framed. When attaching the horizontal frames 5c and 5d in the above, a concave groove p is formed on the bonding surface thereof, and a projection k is formed on the back side of the horizontal frame so as to fit into the concave groove p. The use of such a material is excellent in that firm and immovable fastening of the horizontal frames 5c and 5d, which does not cause displacement in the vertical direction, is achieved. FIG. 5 is a product diagram, in which A is a front perspective view and B is a rear perspective view.
[0011]
The back side of the laminated panel manufactured as described above is formed as a single flat plate, so that there is no step or the like that occurs when the end plate is assembled with the vertical frame or the horizontal frame as in the conventional product shown in FIG. For example, in the case of an opening and closing door such as a cupboard in a kitchen, a kitchen knife stab can be attached to the back side without hindrance, and it is very convenient to use. I can do it.
[0012]
In the above-described embodiment, the description has been made of the case where the three-layer laminated panel is used. This is because a vertical grain is always formed on the front and back surfaces of the door. That is, if the grain is described, the three layers are vertical, horizontal and vertical, and the fifth layer is vertical, horizontal and vertical. It is formed of vertical, horizontal, and vertical grain layers. By the way, the wall thickness of doors of daily furniture is generally about 2 cm to 3 cm, and thus the wall thickness of the single layer plate 1 in the present invention is about 5 mm. It is used for up to 7 layers.
[0013]
Further, it is possible to use the vertical and horizontal sides in the above-described embodiment in reverse, that is, there is no problem in implementing the above-described embodiment in which the horizontal frame is replaced with the vertical frame. Further, the present invention is not limited to a flat plate on the back side of the door, but includes the same processing as the front side and is within the scope of the present invention.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention creates a single-layer board having the same grain direction as described above, and forms this into a laminated panel in which a vertical grain is formed on the front and rear faces, and a single-layer board on the front face By engraving the edge of the frame with a fixed width around the edge in the above, a head plate equivalent product is formed inward, and the upper and lower sides are engraved to the upper and lower edges. The thickness of the horizontal frame corresponding to the engraving is adhered to the space between the vertical frames on the left and right sides, and the engraving operation in the above is performed very quickly and efficiently by using the NC router. You can do it well.
Further, since the horizontal frame has a wall thickness approximately equal to the depth of engraving, it is easy to process, lightweight, easy to handle, and excellent in adhesiveness.
[0015]
The product of the present invention is not different from the conventional product at all in appearance, and in particular, the production process can be drastically reduced to less than half of the conventional product. Thus, the integrated structure of the same laminated panel as a whole makes it possible to make the product strong and durable.
