Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition excellent in concealing performance and a sheet using the same, and more specifically, to personal requirements, or print information, a pressure-sensitive adhesive excellent in concealing performance of various information such as print information. Adhesive composition and a sheet for information carrying and the like having a peelable adhesive layer formed by applying the same to the surface of a base sheet, that is, a sheet that temporarily adheres but can easily be peeled off as necessary The present invention relates to a sheet such as a foldable sheet, a superimposed sheet, and a confidential postcard such as an information hiding sheet, a notice, and a card.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, with the revision of the Postal Law, postcard systems having confidentiality have been put to practical use and widely used. This postcard system having confidentiality can be used for various types of stacking such as folding, cutting, or superimposing different types of postcards on which personal information or various types of information such as print information and print information are described. The information is concealed, and the information is concealed, then mailed, and the recipient reads the concealed information again by peeling off the superposed surface.
[0003]
Examples of the information carrying sheet used in the postcard system include, for example, an adhesive composition comprising an adhesive base on a superposed surface of a base sheet, and a fine particle filler having incompatibility with the adhesive base. A device provided with an adhesive layer made of a material is known (for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in the case of a conventional sheet for carrying information, there is a case where privacy information and personal information, etc., which are concealed and carried, can be read out from the outside of the sheet by another person before the recipient peels off the superimposed surface and looks at it. Occurred. Therefore, various measures for preventing see-through of a sheet have been proposed.
[0004]
For example, there are a method of adding a filler (white pigment) to a base sheet such as paper to improve the opacity of the paper itself, and a method of applying and forming an opaque layer (concealing layer) on the paper (for example, Patent Documents 2 and 3). However, the concealment effect (transparent prevention effect) is not sufficient, and when light is applied from the back surface, the concealment information can be seen through.
[0005]
Therefore, a method of providing a specific color camouflage pattern on paper and carrying concealment information of the same color as the specific color and a method of attaching a concealment film to the paper have been proposed, but the former has restrictions on printing concealment information and the like. The latter involves attaching a separately prepared concealing label, etc., which complicates the processing process and raises the cost. Therefore, the original free use of a sheet carrying concealed information is limited. This is not desirable.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A first object of the present invention is to solve the conventional problem, and to make it possible to fold, cut, or superimpose postcards or the like on which concealment information is described, and to peel off in various superimposing modes. It can be glued to prevent the concealed information from being seen through, and the recipient can read the concealed information by peeling off the overlapping surface again. And to provide a novel pressure-sensitive adhesive composition capable of easily forming an adhesive layer on a superposed surface of a base sheet at a low cost similarly to a conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive composition,
A second object of the present invention is to form an adhesive layer on a superposed surface of a base sheet using such a novel pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, to provide a high concealing effect (an effect of preventing see-through) and to provide an inexpensive concealment. The purpose is to provide a sheet used for carrying information and the like.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies on a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for a sheet for carrying concealment information, and as a result, blended specific metal fine particles with a natural rubber-based aqueous emulsion type adhesive base. The inventors have found that the problem can be solved by using the adhesive composition, and have accomplished the present invention.
[0009]
That is, claim 1 of the present invention is formed by applying a predetermined pressure by applying an adhesive layer that is applied to the superimposed surface of the sheet and does not adhere in a normal state by a drying process, and the superimposed surfaces are brought into contact with each other. A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for releasably bonding the superposed surfaces to each other, characterized in that flake-like and light-impermeable metal fine particles are blended with a natural rubber-based aqueous emulsion type adhesive base. Pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having excellent hiding performance.
[0010]
Since the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention contains flaky and light-impermeable metal fine particles with respect to the natural rubber-based aqueous emulsion type adhesive base, it contains flaky and light-impermeable metal fine particles. As compared with the conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, which has not been used, the concealing effect (the effect of preventing see-through) is high, and the same as the conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, at low cost and easily on the superposed surface of the base sheet, It is possible to form an adhesive layer that can be peelably attached well without impairing the adhesive strength.
Use of a natural rubber-based aqueous emulsion-type adhesive base instead of a solvent-based one that uses an organic solvent as the adhesive base. In addition to being excellent in suitability, the solvent is water, so it is harmless to the human body, has no flammability, and does not require exposure prevention equipment or the like in the application step or the drying step.
[0011]
A second aspect of the present invention is the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to the first aspect, wherein the metal is aluminum.
[0012]
The flaky aluminum fine particles used in the present invention are inexpensive, easily available, flat flakes, light-impermeable, and lighter than those of other metals such as copper, gold, and iron. Therefore, sedimentation in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is suppressed, uniform dispersion can be maintained, and even a small amount of compounding has a high concealing effect (transparent prevention effect).
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to the first or second aspect, wherein the natural rubber-based emulsion-type adhesive base (100 parts by mass (solid content)) has a scaly / light-insensitive property. It is characterized by blending 10 to 300 parts by mass of permeable metal fine particles.
[0014]
By setting the blending amount of the flaky and light-impermeable metal fine particles in the above range, the coating suitability is good and the concealing effect (transparent preventing effect) is high.
[0015]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sheet having a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to any one of the first to third aspects on a predetermined portion of the superposed surface of the base sheet.
[0016]
The sheet of the present invention is an inexpensive sheet in which an adhesive layer is formed on the superposed surface of the base sheet using the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention, and is used for personal purposes, or for printing information, printing information, etc. Since it is excellent in concealing performance of various information (anti-transparency effect), it is a sheet for carrying information or the like, that is, a folded sheet, a laminated sheet having a double-sided surface which is temporarily adhered but can be easily peeled off as needed, for example, It can be used for confidential postcards such as information hiding sheets, notices, cards, and the like.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention does not adhere in a normal state, adheres under pressure, and forms an adhesive layer that can be peeled off when necessary. An aqueous emulsion type adhesive base is used, and flaky, light-impermeable metal fine particles are blended with the adhesive base.
[0018]
The natural rubber-based aqueous emulsion type adhesive base used in the present invention can be arbitrarily selected, for example, from those conventionally used as bases for natural rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesives. Examples of such a material include a latex containing natural rubber as a main component, a modified product thereof, for example, an acidic latex, a depolymerized latex, a vulcanized latex or a grafted natural rubber latex, and the like. Examples thereof include styrene-rich SBR latex, polystyrene emulsions, and styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsions.
Among natural rubber latexes, especially in terms of blocking resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, etc., natural rubber latex obtained by graft copolymerizing methyl methacrylate on natural rubber, and styrene and methyl methacrylate on natural rubber And natural rubber latex obtained by graft copolymerization of
[0019]
Natural rubber latex obtained by graft copolymerization of methyl methacrylate onto natural rubber, which is preferably used in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention, is, for example, 10 to 40 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate per 100 parts by weight of natural rubber. It is a copolymer obtained by graft copolymerization to a degree.
[0020]
The scaly and light-impermeable metal fine particles used in the present invention are flat flakes, have a high light reflectance, are light-impermeable, and have a considerably larger size in the plane direction than the thickness, for example, 325 mesh or a finer about 400 mesh can be used, and can be easily and uniformly mixed with the natural rubber-based aqueous emulsion type adhesive base used in the present invention. Effect) is high, and there is little possibility of impairing the adhesiveness.
[0021]
The flaky, light-opaque metal fine particles used in the present invention may be of a leafing type, a non-leafing type, or a mixture of both, and any type can be used. Among them, a non-leafing type can be preferably used because it has a higher hiding effect (an effect of preventing see-through) and has less risk of impairing adhesiveness.
[0022]
The metal may be a simple metal, a metal oxide, a metal sulfide, a metal chloride, or a mixture of two or more thereof, and is not particularly limited. Specific examples of the metal oxide include, for example, Fe 2 O 3 , PbO, Bi 2 O 3 , TiO 2 , CeO 2 , Ta 2 O 5 , ZnO, CdO, Nd 2 O 3 , Sb 2 O 3 , SiO 2 , InO 3 And the like. Specific examples of the metal sulfide include ZnS, CdS, and ZnS. Specific examples of metal chlorides include, for example, PbCl 2 Can be mentioned.
However, aluminum or aluminum oxide is preferable because it is inexpensive and easily available, and aluminum is more preferable. The flaky aluminum fine particles are light-impermeable and are lighter than those of other metals such as copper, gold and iron, so that sedimentation in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is suppressed and uniform dispersion can be maintained. Even with a small amount of compounding, the concealing effect (the effect of preventing see-through) is high. The scale-like aluminum fine particles have a considerably large size in the plane direction even if the thickness is, for example, about 0.15 μm. For example, 325 mesh or finer about 400 mesh can be used.
[0023]
The blending amount of the flaky light-impermeable metal fine particles is not particularly limited, but the flaky light-impermeable metal is based on 100 parts by mass (solid content) of the natural rubber emulsion type adhesive base. Fine particles are preferably blended in an amount of 10 to 300 parts by mass, more preferably 15 to 200 parts by mass, and particularly preferably 20 to 100 parts by mass.
[0024]
If the amount of the flaky, light-opaque metal fine particles is less than the lower limit, the concealing effect (the effect of preventing see-through) may be inferior. Since the suitability for application to the surface may be impaired, the blending amount of the flaky, light-impermeable metal fine particles is preferably within the above range.
[0025]
In the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention, in addition to the scaly and light-impermeable metal fine particles, other finely divided fillers may be blended with the natural rubber-based aqueous emulsion type adhesive base. As such a fine-grained filler, it is preferable to use a filler which has no affinity with the adhesive base or is extremely small and which is hardly dissolved in the adhesive base.
[0026]
Examples of the finely divided filler include various starch-based, fine spherical acrylic resin, fine spherical methacrylic resin, fine spherical polyethylene, silica, spherical alumina, glass powder, shirasu balloon, natural zeolite, synthetic zeolite, calcium carbonate, activated clay, and the like. Is mentioned. These fine particle fillers may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Finely divided fillers having an average particle size of 1 to 20 μm can be preferably used in the present invention.
[0027]
The natural rubber-based aqueous emulsion type adhesive base used in the pressure-sensitive adhesive bright composition of the present invention may contain, if desired, additives commonly used for adhesives, such as tackifiers, viscosity modifiers, and aging. Inhibitors, stabilizers, coloring agents and the like can be added.
[0028]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention is applied to the base sheet surface by an application means such as a gravure coater, flexo, air knife coater, bar coater, etc., and is folded in two, trifolded, cut and overlapped, or superimposed on separate bodies. It can be used suitably for postcards, spreadsheets, notices, various cards, etc., which have a double-sided surface that temporarily adheres in various superposed forms but can be easily peeled off as needed.
[0029]
Next, as the substrate sheet on which the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention is applied, in addition to ordinary paper, synthetic paper or a synthetic film of polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, vinyl chloride, or the like can also be used. . When using these synthetic films, the surface of the base sheet is preferably subjected to a surface treatment such as a mat treatment or a corona treatment. The amount of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention applied to the surface of the base sheet is from 1 to 30 g / m2 in order to maintain the adhesiveness and peelability of the adhesive layer. 2 , Preferably 3 to 20 g / m 2 , More preferably 5 to 15 g / m 2 It is better to do.
Further, the formed peelable adhesive layer is applied with a pressure roller to about 1 to 10 kg / cm. 2 , The blocking resistance can be further improved.
[0030]
Next, the configuration of the sheet of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 is a front view of the three-fold postcard according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a rear view of the postcard, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. 1, and FIG. 5 is a front view of the folded postcard according to the present invention, FIG. 6 is a rear view of the postcard, FIG. 7 is a view illustrating the state when the postcard shown in FIG. 5 is folded, and FIG. FIG. 9 is a developed view of the front surface of the partially folded postcard, FIG. 9 is a developed view of the back surface of the postcard, and FIG. 10 is a state explanatory diagram when the postcard of FIG. 8 is folded.
[0031]
First, a three-fold postcard 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is composed of a base sheet 2 having a size three times the size of a standard postcard, and is divided into three regions by folding lines 3a and 3b. On the front surface of the left section area A, a destination information print 4 such as a postal code, a destination name, and an address is printed on the entire surface of the section areas B and C of the base sheet 2 and the entire back surface of the section areas A and B. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention is applied to form a peelable adhesive layer 6. Then, a concealment information print 5 is printed on the adhesive layer 6 on the back surface of the left section area A, the front and back surfaces of the center section area B, and the surface of the right section area C. As shown in FIG. 4, the three-fold postcard 1 configured as described above is formed by folding the overlapping surface of each section into a Z shape at folding lines 3a and 3b to bring the adhesive layers into contact with each other. By pressing with a sealer, the adhesive layer 6 is activated and adhered.
[0032]
Next, the two-fold postcard 11 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 is composed of a base sheet 2 having a size twice as large as the standard postcard size, and is divided into two regions D and E by a folding line 3 at the center. Things. A destination information print 4 such as a zip code, a destination name, and an address is printed on the front surface of the left section area D, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention is applied to the entire back surface of the section areas D and E of the base sheet 2. An adhesive layer 6 that is applied and peelable is formed. Then, a concealment information print 5 is printed on the adhesive layer 6 on the back surface of the partition areas D and E. As shown in FIG. 7, the two-fold postcard 11 configured as described above is folded and pressed at the fold line 3 so that the adhesive layers on the right and left rear surfaces come into contact with each other, similarly to the above-described three-fold postcard. The adhesive layer 6 is activated and adhered.
[0033]
8 and 9 is composed of the base sheet 2 having a size 1.5 times the size of the standard postcard, and is divided into two left and right regions F and G having different sizes by the folding line 3. It is what is divided. A destination information print 4 such as a zip code, a destination name, and an address is superimposed on the front surface of the left-side partitioned area F when the entire back surface of the partitioned area G of the base sheet 2 and the partitioned area G are folded along the folding line 3. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention is applied to a part of the rear surface of the partition region F to form a peelable adhesive layer 6. Then, a concealment information print 5 is printed on the adhesive layer 6 on the back surface of the right side divided region G and on the partial back surface of the divided region F which is overlapped when the divided region G is folded at the folding line 3. As shown in FIG. 10, the partially folded postcard 21 configured as described above is folded and pressed at the folding line 3 so that the adhesive layers on the back surfaces of the left and right sections are in contact with each other, similarly to the above-described two-fold postcard. Thereby, the adhesive layer 6 is activated and adhered.
[0034]
In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the concealment information print 5 is printed on the adhesive layer 6 has been described. However, the concealment information print 5 can be directly printed on the corresponding portion of the base sheet 2. The concealment information 5 formed below the adhesive layer 6 can be read by peeling the superposed surface again. However, it is preferable to print the concealment information print 5 on the adhesive layer 6 from the viewpoint of readability.
[0035]
FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional explanatory view schematically showing a cross section of the sheet of the present invention using a leafing type as the flaky and light-opaque metal fine particles. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional explanatory view schematically showing a cross section of a sheet of the present invention using a non-leafing type.
In FIG. 11, 2 indicates a base sheet, 6 indicates an adhesive layer, and 7A indicates leafing-type flaky, light-impermeable metal fine particles in the adhesive layer 6. The leafing type is arranged so that its plane direction is substantially parallel to the base sheet 2 and, because of its large leafing effect, gathers more in the vicinity of the surface of the adhesive layer 6 and reflects light so that its concealing effect is high.
In FIG. 12, reference numeral 2 denotes a base sheet, 6 denotes an adhesive layer, and 7B denotes non-leafing scale-like and light-impermeable metal fine particles in the adhesive layer 6. The non-leafing type is arranged so that its plane direction is substantially parallel to the base sheet 2 and has a small leafing effect, so that it is uniformly and well-dispersed in the adhesive layer 6 and reflects light as shown in the drawing, so that it is concealed. The effect is high, and there is little possibility that the adhesiveness between the adhesive layers 6 is impaired.

【The invention's effect】
The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to claim 1 of the present invention is applied to a superposed surface of a sheet, forms an adhesive layer that does not adhere in a normal state by a drying process, and brings the superposed surfaces into contact with each other at a predetermined pressure. Is a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that allows the superposed surfaces to be peelably adhered to each other, and a scaly, light-impermeable metal fine particle with respect to a natural rubber-based aqueous emulsion type adhesive base. It is characterized by the fact that flake-like and light-impermeable metal fine particles are compounded, so that it is compared with the conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive composition not containing flaky and light-impermeable metal fine particles. It has a high concealing effect (anti-transparency effect) and is easily peelable and easily adhered to the superposed surface of the base sheet at a low cost similarly to the conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive composition without impairing the adhesive force. Can form an adhesive layer A marked effect say.
In addition, by using a natural rubber-based aqueous emulsion type adhesive base instead of a solvent system using an organic solvent as the adhesive base, the paint has low volatility, the coating amount can be easily adjusted, and the base sheet surface can be easily adjusted. In addition to being excellent in application suitability, it has a remarkable effect that it is harmless to the human body because the solvent is water, has no flammability, and does not require an exposure preventing device or the like in the application step and the drying step.
[0057]
A second aspect of the present invention is the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to the first aspect, wherein the metal is aluminum, and the scale-like aluminum fine particles are inexpensive, easily available, and flat. Flakes, light-impermeable, and lighter than other metals such as copper, gold, iron, etc., so that sedimentation in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is suppressed and uniform dispersion is maintained. Even if a small amount of the composition is used, a further remarkable effect that the concealing effect (transparent preventing effect) is high is exhibited.
[0058]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to the first or second aspect, wherein the natural rubber-based emulsion-type adhesive base (100 parts by mass (solid content)) has a scaly / light-insensitive property. The composition is characterized in that 10 to 300 parts by mass of the transparent metal fine particles are blended, and by setting the blending amount of the flaky and light-impermeable metal fine particles within the above range, the coating suitability is good and the concealing effect is obtained. It has a further remarkable effect of high (transparent prevention effect).
[0059]
A fourth aspect of the present invention is a sheet having a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition adhesive layer according to any one of the first to third aspects at a predetermined portion of a superposed surface of a base sheet, and is inexpensive. It is excellent in concealment performance (prevention of see-through effect) of various information such as personal information, print information, print information, etc., so that a sheet for carrying information, that is, is temporarily adhered, but if necessary, It has a remarkable effect that it can be used for a foldable sheet having a double-sided surface that can be easily peeled, a superposed sheet, for example, a postcard, a notice, a card, and the like having a confidentiality such as an information hiding sheet.
