口紅やスティックファンデーション等の棒状化粧品を収納する繰り出し容器は、複数の部材を組合せて構成されているが、各構成部分は分離し難い状態で組付けられているので、分別廃棄し難い、と云う不満があった。

また、繰り出し容器の内、内筒体の収納筒部および受皿体を、棒状化粧品の成形型の一部として利用するものにあっては、化粧料の成形の失敗により、繰り出し容器全体を廃棄しなければならず、部品の再利用が難しい、と云う不満があった。
