【発明の実施の形態】
図1に示されるように、本発明は一種の輝度分布の紛乱程度で電子式ディスプレイの表示品質を検査する方法を提供する。この方法に用いられる装置は以下を具えている。
撮影ユニット2,該撮影ユニットは、CCD電子顕微カメラ或いはCMOSディジタルカメラとされて検査される電子式ディスプレイ1の各エリアを撮影し、各異なるイメージパターンをデータ分析のソースとなし、その撮影した画像は図3に示されるようである。
移動撮影補助ユニット3,該移動撮影補助ユニット3はXYステージ及び移動制御の装置を具え、検査される電子式ディスプレイ1の面積が撮影ユニット2の撮影するエリア面積より大きい時、この移動撮影補助ユニット3を使用して撮影ユニット2を異なる位置に移動させて画像を取り込む。

3.撮影ユニット2の取得した画像を、画像ディジタル化ユニット4を透過してディジタル化し並びに紛乱程度検出ユニット5に伝送し、以下のプロセスにより取得した画像を処理する(図2の如し。)。
a.画像の全部或いは一部をN個の処理エリア51に区分する(図5参照)。
b.各処理エリア51中の、各画素(pixel)のグレーレベル(graylevel)を読み出す。
c.各処理エリア51中の、全ての画素グレーレベルを以下の乱度分析の公式に入れる:

【発明の効果】
総合すると、本発明の電子式ディスプレイの品質検査の方式は以下の効果を発生する。
1.自動化検査の目的を達成する。
