本発明は、夜間の作業や歩行等において、前方に対する広範且つ充分な照明の確保と、後方又は横方に対して自分の存在を知らしめることでの安全の確保を目的とすることを特徴とする帽子又はヘルメットの照明装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来には、前方に照明を照らす場合においては、小電球を組み込んだライトを帽子のつば先端に脱着可能に挟着したクリップにて取り付ける方法が使用されている。(例えば特許文献1参照)
また、後方に対する2輪自動車の制動を知らしめる手段として、2輪自動車のブレーキ操作の信号を受信したヘルメットの受光部により、ヘルメットに設けられたストップランプやターンシグナルランプを点灯や点滅をさせる方法が使用されている。(例えば特許文献2参照)

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来の技術においては、小電球を収納した照明装置を帽子やヘルメットのキャップ部又はつばの先端部に設けていたが、小電球では前方に対する広範且つ充分な照明が得られず、又、小電球自体もさることながら消費電力による乾電池の消耗も早く、それに照明装置が露出しているためとても外見的に良いとは言えない。
又、2輪自動車のブレーキ操作の信号を受信して点灯や点滅を行なう照明装置の場合、ブレーキ操作時以外の夜間における後方や横方に対する自分の存在を知らしめる手段が無く、それに自転車や徒歩において使用出来るものではない。その為、交通手段時は勿論の事、夜間においての消防士による消火作業や警察官による事故処理作業時などの際の照明の確保及び後方・横方に対する安全の確保の為の手段が取られているとは言い難い。
本発明は、これらの問題を解決するために発明されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、本発明を後述の参照符号にて対応させると、前照灯であるLEDランプ群3aを取り付けた取り付け板7aを帽子又はヘルメットのつば部2の部材内にはめ込むか、もしくは下側面に設け、尾灯であるLEDランプ群3bを取り付けた取り付け板7bをキャップ部1の後部或いは横部に設ける。そして、取り付け板7aには充電コンセント4及びONスイッチ5とOFFスイッチ6を設け、キャップ部1の外側もしくは内側には充電式バッテリー8及びこれを収納するバッテリーポケット9を設ける。
本発明は、以上の構成からなる帽子又はヘルメットの照明装置。

以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明すると、図1は本発明の第1実施形態の斜視図で、前照灯であるLEDランプ群3aを取り付けた取り付け板7aを帽子又はヘルメットのつば部2の部材内にはめ込むか、もしくは下側面に設け、尾灯であるLEDランプ群3bを取り付けた取り付け板7bをキャップ部1の後部に設ける。そして、取り付け板7aの下側面には充電コンセント4及びONスイッチ5とOFFスイッチ6を設け、キャップ部1の外側もしくは内側に充電式バッテリー8及びこれを収納するバッテリーポケット9を設ける。

本発明は上記のような構造で、これを使用する時は帽子又はヘルメットのつば部2の部材内にはめ込むか、もしくは下側面に設けた取り付け板7aの下側面のONスイッチ5を押すことで、充電式バッテリー8の電力が点灯制御部11からの通電指示によって導出リード線10を通じてLEDランプ群3aおよびLEDランプ群3bに供給され、点灯又は点滅を行なう。又、LEDランプ群3a及び3bの点灯又は点滅を解除する場合においてはOFFスイッチ6を押すことで電力の供給が解除され、このことにより点灯又は点滅を解除する。

また、充電式バッテリー8の蓄電量が減少した場合においては、つば部2に設けた取り付け板7aの下側面の充電コンセント4より専用のアダプターを用いて充電する。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明の帽子又はヘルメットの照明装置は、LEDのランプ群を取り付けた板をつば部の部材内にはめ込むか、もしくは下側面に設けるため外観上は殆ど気にならず、それに、つば部の先端部面に沿っての自在な向きのLEDランプの設置により手元は勿論のこと左右前方と広範囲な照明を少電力にて実現出来る。又、キャップ部の後部や横部に赤色などのLEDランプを設けることで後部や横部に対する自分の存在を示すことが出来る為、夜間における通行等は勿論の事、事故処理や消火作業或いは震災時の避難や救助等において、前照灯兼後部・横部からの存在や位置確認の目印として力を発揮するものである。
