Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer container that securely protects contents from impact and also has large storage capacity.
SOLUTION: The multilayer container 1 is composed such that an inner container 3 is disposed in a container body 2 that is tightly closed by fitting a cap 4 over an opening 10. The inner container 3 includes: an inner opening 10 disposed inside the opening 10; and an inner container body 26 (23, 24, and 25) disposed further inside the container body 2 than the inner opening 10. The inner container body 26 is larger in diameter than the opening 10. The external surface of inner container body 26 has projections 27 and 28 in several areas projected to come in contact with the internal surface of the container body 2. Since the inner container body 26 bulge inside the container body 2, comparatively large capacity for storing the contents can be obtained. Further, this prevents the inner container 3 from sliding out of the container body 2.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a multi-layer container for storing contents such as tablets while protecting the contents from impact.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, in containers that store tablets, etc., the cushioning material such as a resin sheet is inserted through the opening and closed, the opening is closed with a cap, and the contents such as tablets are pressed with the cushioning material to prevent the contents from moving. And attempts to prevent cracking or chipping of the contents. However, such a general method cannot completely prevent damage to the contents such as cracking or chipping due to an impact when the container is dropped. Measures are needed. Thus, as a container having a so-called double structure, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-341779 discloses a tablet container in which an elastic inner container is suspended in an outer container. Furthermore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-10672 discloses a multilayer container for protecting contents such as cosmetics from impact.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-341779 A [Patent Document 2]
JP 2001-10672 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional multi-layer container, the outer diameter of the inner container is usually equal to or smaller than the diameter of the opening of the outer container so that the inner container can be smoothly inserted into the outer container. For this reason, in the conventional multilayer container, the outer diameter of the inner container cannot be increased, so that there is a problem that the storage volume of the contents is significantly reduced. Also, there was a concern that the inner container would fall out of the outer container when the cap was removed and opened or when the contents were taken out.
[0005]
In addition, the conventional multilayer containers each have a configuration in which the inner container is suspended in the outer container, and the inner container moves in the outer container. For this reason, the conventional multi-layered container collides with the inner surface of the outer container when it receives an impact or the posture of the container is tilted, causing the inner container suspended in the air to swing and colliding with the inner surface of the outer container. There was a risk of damage to the contents stored inside.
[0006]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a multi-layer container capable of more reliably protecting the contents from impact and having a large storage volume.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, a multi-layer container having an inner container arranged inside a container body sealed by attaching a cap to the opening, wherein the inner container is disposed inside the opening. An opening, and an inner container main body disposed inside the container main body with respect to the inner opening, wherein the inner container main body has a larger diameter than the opening; A multi-layer container is provided, wherein a plurality of protrusions are formed on an outer surface of the portion so as to be in contact with an inner surface of the container body.
[0008]
In the multilayer container of the present invention, the inner container body has a diameter larger than the opening of the container main body, and the inner container main body is swelled inside the container main body. A relatively large volume can be secured. In addition, since the inner container body is swelled inside the container body, there is no fear that the inner container comes out of the container body.
[0009]
Further, in the multilayer container of the present invention, since the projection formed on the outer surface of the inner container main body is in contact with the inner surface of the container main body, the inner container main body is supported from the inner surface of the container main body by the projection. ing. For this reason, the inner container main body is less likely to sway and move inside the container main body, and almost no impact or the like received from the outside is transmitted to the contents stored in the inner container. Also, a suitable gap can be maintained between the inner container body and the inner surface of the container body by the projection.
[0010]
The inner container body is preferably deformable. If the inner container body is deformable, the inner container body can be shrunk to a size that allows it to pass through the opening, and the inner container can be inserted into the container body. It becomes.
[0011]
It is preferable that the protrusion is formed on a peripheral surface and a bottom surface of the inner container body. By doing so, a suitable gap can be maintained between the peripheral surface and the bottom surface of the inner container body and the inner surface of the container main body, the inner container main body is stabilized inside the container main body, and damage to the contents is prevented. . In this case, the protrusion formed on the bottom surface of the inner container body does not touch the bottom surface of the container body when the contents are not put in the inner container, and the contents are put in the inner container. In this state, it may be the one that contacts the bottom surface of the container body for the first time. Preferably, the protrusion is formed at a plurality of locations on the peripheral surface of the inner container body. Further, a plurality of protrusions extending in the vertical direction may be formed on the peripheral surface of the inner container body.
Further, a concave portion extending in the vertical direction may be formed on a peripheral surface of the inner container body, and a lower portion of the inner container body may be formed as a tapered surface. Further, an air passage may be formed between the inner surface of the opening of the container body and the outer surface of the inner opening of the inner container.
[0012]
It is preferable that the material of the container body and the inner container is the same. This has the advantage that it can be discarded without separation.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the multilayer container 1 has a configuration in which an inner container 3 is arranged inside a rigid container main body 2 serving as an outer container. In this embodiment, a tablet a as a content is placed inside the inner container 3.
[0014]
In this embodiment, the container body 2 is made of polyethylene. The upper end of the container body 2 is an opening 10 having a cylindrical shape, and the cap 4 is attached to the opening 10 to seal the inside of the container body 3. The cap 4 is attached to the opening 10 using the male screw 11 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the opening 10 and the female screw 31 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the cap 4 so as to be detachable.
[0015]
In the container body 2, a trunk 13 is provided below the opening 10 via a flared shoulder 12. In this embodiment, the body 13 of the container body 2 has a substantially quadrangular prism shape. Further, a lower portion of the container body 2 (a lower portion of the body portion 13) is closed by a bottom surface 15.
[0016]
In the cap 4, a holder 33 is attached below the top plate 32. Holes 34 are provided at appropriate locations on the bottom surface of the holder 33. By storing a deodorant, a moisture absorbent, and the like inside the holder 33, the contents a of the tablet a are prevented from being deteriorated as necessary.
[0017]
Similarly to the container main body 2, the upper end of the inner container 3 also has an inner opening 20 having a cylindrical shape, and the inner opening 20 is arranged inside the opening 10 of the container main body 2. As shown in FIG. 3, a flange 21 is attached to the upper end of the inner opening 20. Below the inner edge of the flange 21, there is provided a support portion 22 that is in contact with the inner surface of the upper end of the opening 10 of the container body 2, and when the inner container 3 is arranged inside the container body 2 as shown in FIG. The lower surface of the flange 21 is in contact with the upper surface of the opening 10 of the container body 2, and the support portion 22 is in contact with the upper inner surface of the opening 10.
[0018]
When the cap 4 is attached to the opening 10 of the container body 2, the holder 33 attached to the cap 4 is inserted into the inner opening 20.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 3, in the inner container 3, an inner container main body 26 including a shoulder 23, a body 24, and a bottom surface 25 is formed below the inner opening 20. The inner opening 20 and the body 24 are connected by a flared shoulder 23. The lower surface of the inner container 3 (the lower surface of the body portion 24) is closed by the bottom surface 25.
[0020]
When the inner container 3 is arranged inside the container main body 2 as shown in FIG. 1, the inner container main body 26 composed of the shoulder 23, the body 24, and the bottom surface 25 is larger than the inner opening 20. It is arranged inside the container body 2. In this embodiment, the body 24 of the inner container 3 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and the diameter of the inner body 26 (the outer diameter of the body 24) is equal to the diameter (inner diameter) of the opening 10 of the container body 2. ).
[0021]
In the inner container 3, a plurality of rib-shaped protrusions 27 extending in the vertical direction are radially arranged on the peripheral surface of the inner container main body portion 26 (body portion 24). Further, a projection 28 protruding downward is formed on the bottom surface 25 of the inner container body 26.
[0022]
The tips of the plurality of protrusions 27 formed on the peripheral surface of the inner container main body 26 are in contact with the inner surface of the trunk 13 of the container main body 2, and the peripheral surface (the trunk 24) of the inner container main body 26 is A predetermined gap is maintained from the inner surface of the body 13 of the container body 2. Similarly, the lower end of the projection 28 formed on the bottom surface 25 of the inner container body 26 is in contact with the bottom surface 15 of the container body 2, and the bottom surface 25 of the inner container body 26 is separated from the bottom surface 15 of the container body 2. It is maintained in a lifted state with a predetermined gap. As a result, the inside of the inner container body 26 is held with a gap maintained from the inner surface of the container body 2.
[0023]
In this embodiment, the inner container 3 is also made of polyethylene similarly to the container body 2. However, while the above-mentioned container body 2 is configured to be relatively thick as a whole and has rigidity, the inner container 3 has an inner container body portion 26 comprising at least a shoulder portion 23, a body portion 24 and a bottom surface 25. Is relatively thin, and the inner container body 26 can be deformed with a small force.
[0024]
When assembling the multilayer container 1, first, the inner container body 26, which is configured to be deformable, is contracted by, for example, sucking the inside of the inner container 3 through the inner opening 20, and the opening of the container main body 2. Make it large enough to pass through 10. Then, the contracted inner container main body 26 is inserted into the container main body 2 through the opening 10.
[0025]
After the inner container 3 is inserted into the container main body 2 as described above, the inner container main body 26, which is configured to be deformable, is blown into the inner container 3 through the inner opening 20, for example. The multi-layer container 1 can be easily assembled by being expanded inside the container body 2. In this case, as shown in FIG. 1, the inner opening 20 of the inner container 3 is arranged inside the opening 10 of the container body 2, and the lower surface of the flange 21 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the opening 10 of the container body 2. The support 22 is brought into contact with the upper inner surface of the opening 10. When the inner container body 26 is inflated inside the container body 2 in this manner, the tip of the protrusion 27 on the peripheral surface of the inner container body 26 comes into contact with the inner surface of the body 13 of the container body 2 and The peripheral surface (body 24) of the main body 26 is maintained at a predetermined gap from the inner surface of the body 13 of the container body 2, and the lower end of the projection 28 on the bottom surface 25 of the inner container body 26 is at the bottom of the container body 2. 15, the bottom surface 25 of the inner container body 26 is maintained in a state of being lifted from the bottom surface 15 of the container body 2 with a predetermined gap. As a result, the inside of the inner container body 26 is held with a gap maintained from the inner surface of the container body 2.
[0026]
In the multilayer container 1 manufactured in this manner, the inner container body portion 26 swelled inside the container body 2 has a diameter larger than the opening 10 of the container body 2, so that the tablet a as the content is stored. A relatively large volume can be secured. In addition, since the inner container body 26 is swelled inside the container body 2, there is no fear that the inner container 3 comes out of the container body 2. The interior of the inner container body 26 is held while maintaining a gap from the inner surface of the container main body 2, and is supported by the protrusions 27 and 28, so that the inner container main body 26 is maintained inside the container main body 2. 26 does not move carelessly, and almost no impact or the like received from the outside of the container body 2 is transmitted to the tablet a stored in the inner container 3.
[0027]
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the lower portion of the inner container 3 (the lower portion of the body portion 24) may be configured as a substantially conical tapered surface 50 that becomes thinner downward. Further, it is preferable to form a vertically extending concave portion 51 between the plurality of rib-shaped protrusions 27 formed on the peripheral surface of the inner container body portion 26 (body portion 24). In this case, the concave portions 51 may be provided between the respective projecting portions 27, but as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the concave portions 51 may be provided at appropriate positions every several of the plurality of projecting portions 27. . Further, the concave portion 51 may be provided at only one place.
[0028]
If the concave portion 51 is formed on the peripheral surface of the inner container body portion 26 (the body portion 24) in this manner, when assembling the multilayer container 1, when the inside of the inner container 3 is sucked through the inner opening 20, The peripheral surface of the inner container main body 26 (the body 24) is bent along the concave portion 51, and the inner container main body 26 can be contracted into an elongated shape. Cheap. In addition, if the lower part of the inner container 3 (the lower part of the body part 24) is formed as a tapered surface 50 that is tapered downward, the inner container body 26 can be easily passed through the opening 10 of the container body 2. Therefore, there is an advantage that the assembly of the multilayer container 1 is further facilitated. The width (length) of the protrusion 28 formed on the bottom surface 25 of the inner container main body 26 is set so that the inner container main body 26 is not caught when the inner container main body 26 is passed through the opening 10 of the container main body 2. It is desirable that the diameter be smaller than the inner diameter of the opening 10.
[0029]
Further, in FIG. 3 and the like, an example in which the ring-shaped support portion 22 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner opening 20 of the inner container 3 has been described, but as shown in FIG. A plurality of projections 55 may be formed on the outer peripheral surface of the. If the protrusion 55 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner opening 20 of the inner container 3 as described above, when the inner container 3 is arranged inside the container main body 2, as shown in FIGS. The protrusion 55 abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the opening 10 of the container 2, so that the inner peripheral surface of the opening 10 of the container body 2 and the outer peripheral surface of the inner opening 20 of the inner container 3 in the gap between the projections 55. An air passage 56 is formed therebetween, so that the inner peripheral surface of the opening 10 and the outer peripheral surface of the inner opening 20 do not adhere to each other.
[0030]
For this reason, when the inner container 3 is inserted into the container body 2, air is blown into the inner container 3 through the inner opening 20 to expand the inner container body 26 inside the container body 2. The air remaining inside the container body 2 (air outside the inner container 3) is easily exhausted to the outside through these air passages 56. Thereby, the multilayer container 1 can be more easily assembled.
[0031]
In order to form such an air passage 56 between the inner peripheral surface of the opening 10 of the container body 2 and the outer peripheral surface of the inner opening 20 of the inner container 3, the outer periphery of the inner opening 20 of the inner container 3 is formed. Instead of the surface, a similar protrusion may be formed on the inner peripheral surface of the opening 10 of the container body 2. In addition, instead of the projection, a groove through which air can flow is formed in the inner peripheral surface of the opening 10 of the container body 2 or the outer peripheral surface of the inner opening 20 of the inner container 3, so that the groove remains inside the container main body 2. An air passage for exhausting the exhausted air to the outside may be formed.
[0032]
When the multilayer container 1 is assembled in this manner, as shown in FIG. 8, the projections 28 formed on the bottom surface 25 of the inner container 3 (the bottom surface 25 of the inner container main body 26) have the contents inside the inner container 3. In a state where the tablet a, which is an object, has not yet been inserted, the projection 28 contacts the bottom surface 15 of the container main body 2 for the first time when the tablet a is inserted in the inner container 3 without touching the bottom surface 15 of the container main body 2. May be configured.
[0033]
FIG. 1 shows a state in which the shoulder 23 of the inner container 3 is in contact with the inside of the shoulder 12 of the container body 2. However, the multilayer container 1 is assembled, or the inner container is assembled by assembling the multilayer container 1. In the state where the tablet a is put in the container 3, the shoulder 23 of the inner container 3 does not contact the inside of the shoulder 12 of the container body 2, and an appropriate gap may be formed between them. .
[0034]
Further, although the case where the body 13 of the container body 2 has a square pillar shape has been described, the shape of the container body 2 may be a cylindrical shape or an arbitrary polygonal shape. The shape and number of the protrusions 27 formed on the peripheral surface (body 24) of the inner container body 26 and the shape and number of the protrusions 28 formed on the bottom surface 25 of the inner container body 26 are arbitrary. In addition, any material can be used as long as it can hold the inside of the inner container main body 26 from the inner surface of the container main body 2 while maintaining a gap. However, as will be described later, it is preferable that the shape of the projection 28 is such that the contents such as the tablet a are not held and does not hinder the removal.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 3, for example, when a plurality of protrusions 27 are formed on the peripheral surface of the inner container body 26, the tips of all the protrusions 27 are formed on the inner surface of the body 13 of the container body 2. It does not have to be in contact with. Since the tip of a part of the plurality of protrusions 27 is in contact with the inner surface of the body 13 of the container body 2, the inside of the inner container body 26 has a gap from the inner surface of the container body 2. It suffices if it is maintained in a maintained state.
[0036]
Further, even if the volume of the container main body 2 is constant, the internal volume of the inner container main body 26 can be adjusted by changing the height of the projections 27 and 28. Therefore, even when the same container main body 2 is used, the volume can be adjusted by changing the internal volume of the inner container main body 26.
[0037]
When the wall surface of the body 24 of the inner container main body 26 is bulged like the protrusion 27 formed on the peripheral surface of the inner container main body 26, the tablet a as the content is contained in the protrusion 27. I'm afraid to get in. In this case, there is a concern that the entered tablet a is caught and cannot be removed. In order to avoid such a problem, when the protrusion 27 is formed by bulging, the width is set to a size that does not allow the content of the tablet a, or the width is set so that the tablet a is not caught. It is desirable to have a sufficient width.
[0038]
Further, the materials of the container body 2 and the inner container 3 are not limited to polyethylene as described in the embodiment, and the container body 2 and the inner container 3 can be made of various other materials. The material of the container body 2 and the inner container 3 may not be the same. For example, by using an inner container 3 that is colored in a dark color that can block light as the inner container 3 disposed inside, the inner container 3 having a light-shielding property can be obtained. A multilayer container 1 having high performance can be provided. When the material of the container body 2 and the inner container 3 are made of the same material, there is an advantage that the container can be discarded without separation.
[0039]
Further, the inner opening 20 of the inner container 3 may be thermally welded to the opening 10 of the container main body 2 in a state where the inner container 3 is inserted inside the container main body 2. Then, an air layer is formed inside the container main body 2 outside the inner container main body portion 26, and can serve as a cushion. Further, it is also possible to arrange a silica gel or the like inside the container body 2 outside the inner container body portion 26 to enhance the moisture-proof effect.
[0040]
The contents stored in the multilayer container of the present invention are not limited to tablets. For example, the present invention can be applied to a container for storing cosmetics and the like.
[0041]
