Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gel-like aroma / deodorant, which is capable of releasing an aroma component and / or a deodorant component over a long period of time.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, gel-like fragrance / deodorants have been frequently used from the viewpoint of safety and ease of handling. This gel-like aroma / deodorant is usually composed of a gelling agent, water as a carrier, a medium such as a solvent, a surfactant, a composition of an aroma component, and the like.・ It is solidified.
[0003]
However, in general, in the gel-like aroma and deodorant, the gel shrinks with the volatilization of volatile components such as an aroma component, a medium and a deodorant component. A hard film composed of a non-volatile component such as an agent or a surfactant is formed.
[0004]
Therefore, the gel-like aroma and deodorant, even though a considerable amount of aroma components still remain in the gel, volatilization of volatile components gradually becomes difficult due to progress of gel shrinkage and film formation, Since the finally remaining fragrance component is confined inside the gel as it is, there has been a problem that a considerable amount of the fragrance component is not used effectively.
[0005]
Therefore, a gel-like fragrance / deodorant for releasing a fragrance component over a long period of time has been disclosed. (See

[0007]
[Patent Document 2]
JP 2000-70352 A (paragraphs 0008 and 0011)
[0008]
In the gel composition described in JP-A-10-127743, a gel region containing a volatile active ingredient has a gel region having a different content coexisting with the gel-like portion containing the volatile active ingredient, and the content of the volatile active ingredient is higher. In the gel-like region, the volatile active ingredient is solubilized by a surfactant to be made into a gel, and when the gel-like part is volatilized and the weight is reduced, the difference in the content of the volatile active ingredient between the gel-like regions is caused by the height difference. Due to the concentration gradient, the volatile active ingredient is supplied from the gel region having a higher content of the volatile active component to the lower gel region in contact with the same, and the supplied volatile active component is also a volatile active component. It is designed to volatilize together from the gel region having the lower component content.
[0009]
Further, the gel-like fragrance / deodorant described in JP-A-2000-70352 has a first gel-like portion containing an aromatic component and a second gel containing a higher-concentration fragrance component than the first gel-like portion. Comprising a third gel-like portion containing a volatile active ingredient other than the fragrance component, and interposing a second gel-like portion between the first gel-like portion and the third gel-like portion having a layered structure. In the gel-like aroma / deodorant formed integrally, at least one of the first gel-like part and the third gel-like part is blended with powder, and the gel-like part blended with the powder becomes porous at the end of use. Is formed so that the aroma component in the second gel-like portion is smoothly vaporized through the porous portion of the massive residue portion.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a gel-like aroma / deodorant capable of releasing an aroma component and / or a deodorant component over a long period of time while maintaining the intensity and quality of the scent even more than the above technology. .
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventor of the present invention focused on the strength and quality of the scent (freshness, etc.) and conducted further intensive studies to release the fragrance component and / or deodorant component over a long period of time while maintaining the strength and quality of the scent. The present invention has led to the invention of a possible gel-like aroma and deodorant. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention according to
[0012]
As a mode of covering the first gel layer non-contact portion with the second gel layer, the surface of the first gel layer non-contact portion may be brought into contact with the covering member so as not to contact the outside air. Covering members include, but are not limited to, containers and other gel layers. By covering the first gel layer non-contact portion in this way, the entire surface of the second gel layer is in contact with the first gel layer or the covering member and does not come into contact with the outside air. Aroma components, media, deodorant components, etc.) cannot be volatilized. On the other hand, when the first gel layer is brought into contact with the outside air, volatile components can be volatilized, and the shrinkage of the first gel layer can be promoted.
[0013]
The laminating direction of the first gel layer and the second gel layer may be any direction such as up and down, left and right, and diagonal, and the positional relationship between the two is not limited. In the case where the first gel layer and the second gel layer are stacked in the vertical direction, if the upper layer is a first gel layer and the lower layer is a second gel layer, the first layer of the upper layer is formed. The gel layer is lightened by first releasing the volatile component and shrinking, but the second gel layer does not change its weight until the first gel layer contact portion is exposed. Preferred from the viewpoint of gravity. Further, the upper layer may be a second gel layer, and the lower layer may be a first gel layer. In this case, when the first gel layer contracts, the gravity of the first gel layer itself is also applied, so that there is an advantage that separation from the second gel layer is enhanced. Further, a two-layer structure of a first gel layer and a second gel layer may be used, but if both are adjacent to each other, another layer may be laminated, or the first gel layer and the second gel layer may be alternately arranged. It is good also as a structure of three or more layers laminated.
[0014]
The first gel layer and the second gel layer may have a composite structure such as a multilayer structure as long as the contraction of the first gel layer is greater than that of the second gel layer as a whole. I do not care. For example, the first gel layer only needs to have a larger shrinkage property than the second gel layer as a whole, and a part thereof may have a non-shrinkable part (including a layer). That is, even if there is a non-contractible portion in a part of the first gel layer, if the non-contractible portion contracts as a whole due to the contraction of another contractile portion, the first gel layer and the The two gel layers can be separated from each other.
[0015]
According to the above configuration, immediately after the start of use, the first gel layer whose surface is exposed to the air starts volatilization of volatile components, causing a scent of a certain level or more in the external air and / or deodorizing. It is effective. At this time, as described above, since the entire second gel layer is in contact with the first gel layer and the covering member, volatilization of volatile components cannot be started. When the first gel layer shrinks due to the volatilization of the volatile component, the contact surface between the first gel layer and the second gel layer is peeled off, and the first gel layer contact portion of the second gel layer is exposed. . Only at this time, the second gel layer can start volatilization of volatile components. Therefore, from the middle stage to the late stage of use when the volatility of the volatile component of the first gel layer is reduced, the second gel layer volatilizes the volatile component, so that the aromatic component and / or the deodorant component are volatilized for a long period of time. It is possible to maintain the strength of the scent, the quality of the scent and / or the deodorizing effect.
[0016]
As in the invention according to
[0017]
Examples of gels that can be produced under non-heating conditions include aqueous gels such as hydroxyalkylcellulose gels such as carboxymethylcellulose gels, sodium alginate gels, and gels containing a water-absorbing resin.Oily gels include octylic acid Examples thereof include aluminum gel, but are not limited thereto, and these may be used alone or in combination. The aluminum octylate gel can be produced by mixing a premix of aluminum octylate as a gel base material and isoparaffin as a solvent with a liquefied polyolefin as a cross-linking agent.
[0018]
The material of the first gel layer may be any gel having shrinkage, and examples thereof include an aqueous gel and a gel containing a water-absorbing resin, but are not limited thereto. The aqueous gel may be anything generally referred to as an aqueous gel, and as the gelling agent, carrageenan, roast bean gum, polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxyalkylcellulose, hydroxyalkylcellulose such as hydroxypropylcellulose, agar, Examples include, but are not limited to, amino acids such as guar gum, gum arabic, gelatin, pectin, starches, polyacrylamide, polyacrylic acid or amine salts and alkali salts thereof, gellan gum, sodium alginate, polyurethane and the like. . These gelling agents can be used alone or in combination. Examples of the water-absorbing resin include, but are not limited to, acrylic resin, crosslinked product of salt of alternating polymer of isobutylene and maleic anhydride, and crosslinked product of starch / acrylate graft copolymer. It is not done. These water-absorbing resins can be used alone or in combination.
[0019]
The material of the second gel layer may be any material as long as it has a lower contractility than the first gel layer, and the presence or absence of the contraction is not limited. However, it is preferable to use an oil-based gel as in the fourth aspect of the present invention. The oil-based gel may be any gel generally referred to as an oil-based gel. Examples of the gelling agent include aluminum octylate (for example, aluminum 2-ethylhexanoate) and a thermoplastic polyamide resin (for example, ESTER-TERMINATEDO POLYAMIDES). (ETPA), 1,2-hydroxystearic acid, metal soaps of 1,2-hydroxystearic acid, silicon gel, limonene gel, higher fatty acid soaps (eg, sodium stearate, etc.), dibenzylidene sorbitol, amino acid gel Examples of the agent include, but are not limited to, amides, esters, and amine salts of n-acylamino acids. These may be used alone or in combination.
[0020]
An oily gel can contain a large amount of a fragrance with a smaller gel volume than an aqueous gel, so that it can give a firm scent even if its volume and surface area are small. Therefore, compactness can be achieved, the selectivity of the design of the container and the like is improved, and it is not bulky and does not hinder use. Further, since the oily gel hardly shrinks even when the aromatic component is volatilized, the surface area is not reduced, and the volatilization amount of the volatile component is almost constant and is suitable.
[0021]
Still further, as in the invention according to
[0022]
Further, as in the invention according to claim 6, in the present gel-like aroma / deodorant, a support is erected on a bottom surface of a container having an upper surface opening filled with a second gel layer, and the first support is provided on the support. The gel layer is retained. Although the form of the support is not particularly limited, for example, a rod-shaped support may be erected on the bottom of the container, and the first gel layer may be fixed therearound. Since the first gel layer shrinks along the support when shrinking, the releasability between the first gel layer and the second gel layer is enhanced, and the aromatic volatilization ability of the second gel layer can be enhanced.
[0023]
The shape of the support is not limited, but it is preferable that the support is formed in a rod having a smaller cross-sectional area in a direction in which the first gel layer is separated from the second gel layer, that is, a substantially triangular pyramid shape. If formed in this way, when the first gel layer contracts, it tends to contract in the direction away from the second gel layer, and the releasability between the first gel layer and the second gel layer is further increased. .
[0024]
Further, as in the invention according to claim 7, as a means for enhancing the releasability between the first gel layer and the second gel layer, a porous powder may be blended in the first gel layer. By blending the porous powder in the first gel layer, the interface separation between the first gel layer and the second gel layer is easily caused, and the first gel layer contact portion of the second gel layer is reliably exposed. Can be. The form in which the porous powder is blended into the first gel layer may be blended into the entire first gel layer, or may be blended only on the side of the first gel layer that is in contact with the second gel layer. Good. Further, the first gel layer may be two layers, and the layer in contact with the second gel layer may be mixed with the porous powder only in the layer on the contact side. Examples of the porous powder include, but are not limited to, activated carbon, alumina, ceramic, florite, silica gel, porous calcium silicate, gypsum, and the like.
[0025]
On the other hand, as the fragrance / deodorant component that can be added to the composition of the present invention, for example, a wide range of natural and synthetic fragrances can be used. Examples of such fragrances include, for example, lemon oil, orange oil, bergamot oil, ylang-ylang oil, patchouli oil, citronella oil, lemongrass oil, boad rose oil, clove oil, eucalyptus oil, cedar oil, sandalwood oil, petit bar Oil, geranium oil, peppermint oil, rose oil, jasmine oil and the like, and also natural source plant essential oils such as limonene, geraniol, citronellol and linalool separated from these natural essential oils and their isolated flavors; musk, civet, Natural source animal flavors such as ambergris and castorium; vanillin, menthol, cinnamic aldehyde, heliotropin, linalool, geraniol, citronellol, citral, menthol, myrcene, myrsenol, anisaldehyde, cineole, ionone, Synthetic fragrances such as Nene, limonene, camphene, cis-3-hexenol, benzyl alcohol, α-amylcinnamic alcohol, eugenol, linalyl acetate, benzyl acetate, etc .; Compounded fragrances containing at least two of these various essential oils or fragrances And various flavor components. In addition, as a solvent of the fragrance, for example, dipropylene glycol, propylene glycol, benzyl benzoate, 3-methyl-3-methoxy-1-butanol, isoparaffin, normal paraffin and the like can be used.
[0026]
In addition, a surfactant (emulsifier, solubilizing agent, etc.), an ultraviolet absorber, a pH adjuster, a preservative / disinfectant (orthophenyl phonol, benzoic acid, salicylic acid, etc.) as far as the invention is not hindered. , Isopropylmethylphenol, etc.), antibacterial agents, insect repellents (paradichlorobenzene, naphthalene, camphor, etc.), attractants (acetoxyphenylbutanone, methyleugenol, etc.), repellents, pigments, salts, crosslinking agents, etc. it can.

The initial use (immediately after use), the middle use (after 15 days after use), and the late use (after 30 days after use) of each gel-like aroma / deodorant prepared as described above, 7 Human panelists (5 males and 2 females) were allowed to judge the evaluation of fragrance intensity and palatability and their comprehensive evaluation by the absolute judgment method of sensory test. Table 6 shows the evaluation of the intensity of the scent, Table 7 shows the evaluation of the palatability of the scent, and Table 8 shows the comprehensive evaluation thereof. The evaluation of the taste of the fragrance is a judgment as the quality of the scent, and the comprehensive evaluation is a comprehensive judgment as a gel-like fragrance / deodorant combining the intensity and the taste of the scent. The seven panelists all have a normal sense of smell and have at least two years of experience in developing an aromatic deodorant.
[0047]
The sensory test method will be described. First, air in a 1000 L stainless steel functional box is ventilated until it feels odorless (usually for 20 to 30 minutes), and then a gel-like aromatic / deodorant is arranged in the functional box. Then, after standing at room temperature (about 25 ° C.) for 20 minutes, the nose is approached from the small window in front of the box, the strength of the scent, the taste, and the overall evaluation are determined, and the average of the results of the seven persons is obtained. In addition, each judgment (scoring) is performed based on the criteria described below each table.

【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the gel-like aroma / deodorant according to the present invention immediately starts to use, the first gel layer whose surface is exposed to the air starts volatilization of volatile components, Only when the first gel layer contact portion is exposed due to the volatilization shrinkage of the first gel layer, the second gel layer starts volatilization of volatile components, so that the aromatic volatilization ability of the first gel layer is reduced. Even in the middle to late stages of use, high fragrance volatilization can be achieved while maintaining the intensity and quality of the fragrance.
[0053]
In addition, since the first gel layer and / or the second gel layer are manufactured under non-heating conditions, there is no thermal deterioration of the fragrance, and a large amount of a fragrance component having a fresh feeling can be incorporated. Therefore, when the first gel layer contact portion of the second gel layer is exposed, freshly opened fresh scent is restored, so that high fragrance can be maintained until the latter stage.
[0054]
Further, since the oily gel is used in the second gel layer, a large amount of fragrance can be contained with a small gel volume, and the oily gel hardly shrinks even if the fragrance is volatilized, so that the surface area is reduced. However, the amount of aromatic volatilization is almost constant and suitable.
[0055]
In addition, the consumption state is difficult to understand because the oily gel alone hardly shrinks. However, if the oily gel is combined with the first gel layer having high shrinkage, the contraction state of the first gel layer is observed, so that the oil gel can be used. There is also an effect that the wear state can be easily determined.
