Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a two-layer fragrance composition that fills a space such as a toilet, a room, or a car with a refreshing fragrance.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, gel-like fragrance compositions have been used to fill spaces such as toilets, rooms, and automobiles with a refreshing scent.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 1, conventionally, this gel-like fragrance composition has a fragrance component blended in the gel-
[0004]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-127743 discloses a gel-like part containing a volatile active ingredient and a gel-like region having a different content, and a gel-like part having a higher content of the volatile active ingredient. The volatile active ingredient is solubilized by the surfactant into a gel form, and when the gel part is volatilized and reduced in weight, the concentration gradient due to the difference in the volatile active ingredient content between the gel areas The volatile active ingredient is supplied from the gel-like region having the higher volatility active ingredient content to the lower gel-like region in contact therewith, and the supplied volatile active ingredient is also the volatile active ingredient content rate. A gel-like composition characterized in that it volatilizes together from the lower gel-like region is described. However, the fragrance deodorant of the invention of JP-A-10-127743 relates to a fragrance deodorant comprising two types of gels.
[0005]
A single fluid consisting of a relatively long-lasting base may be used as it is as a fragrance deodorant base. However, due to its fluidity, the contents may spill out due to tipping during use, There is a problem that the contents adhere to the sealed lid part due to vibration during transportation, and the hand gets stuck when opened.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the present invention]
This invention came to provide the gel-like fragrance deodorant which can maintain the stable fragrance intensity | strength by using a fluid together in the gel-like fragrance deodorant which is difficult to improve with a normal gel.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has a two-layer structure, the upper layer is a gel layer containing a volatile compound such as a fragrance, and the lower layer is a fluid liquid containing the same or different volatile compound as the volatile compound contained in the upper layer. Or it is related with the fragrance deodorant which consists of a fluidized bed comprised in a sol form.
[0008]
In the fragrance deodorant of the present invention, the volatile compounds contained in the upper layer and the lower layer may be the same or different. By setting it as such a composition, the fragrance deodorant composition excellent in the durable stability of fragrance intensity | strength is provided.
[0009]
In addition, the fragrance deodorant composition of the present invention is superior in stability during use and distribution because the gel suppresses the upper part of the fluid compared to the case where a single fluid is used as it is. And superior to a fluid alone base.
[0010]
Examples of the volatile compounds include natural fragrances, synthetic fragrances, and other naturally extracted fragrance components. Specifically, lavender-based scents (SUPERFLORA 75540F manufactured by Nihon Filmmenich Co., Ltd .; S-LABENDER AB2944 manufactured by Shiono Koryo Co., Ltd .;
[0011]
Insect repellents consisting of volatile insect repellents such as camphor, pyrethnoid, paradichlorobenzene, naphthalene, and diet; volatile plant extracts that are said to have repellent effects on sanitary pests and animals such as citronella, eucalyptus oil, lavender oil Repellents composed of substances; chemical substances that exert an attracting effect by volatilization in addition to natural substances such as pheromones; bactericides such as thymol, cinnamic aldehyde, citral; aldehyde groups such as cinnamic aldehyde Volatile deodorant substances such as limonene and the like can also be used.
[0012]
3-Methyl-3-methoxybutanol (Solfit manufactured by Kuraray Co., Ltd.) can also be used as a flavor retention agent.
The content of the volatile compound in the upper layer and the lower layer can be arbitrarily selected according to the desired fragrance strength, but is usually preferably 1 to 20% by weight from the viewpoint of gel stability.
[0013]
Surfactants such as polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether and polyoxyethylene lauryl ether can be used in the lower layer and the upper layer of the present invention.
The gel-like fragrance deodorant of the present invention is a combination of at least two types of gel and fluid. As the gel, natural polymer gels such as carrageenan, agar, gellan gum and gelatin, and carboxymethylcellulose Any gel that retains its shape and shrinks as the content components volatilize, such as synthetic polymer gels, such as those containing fragrances in water as a solvent, or non-metallic soap The thing which mix | blended the fragrance | flavor with the non-aqueous gel using a water-soluble solvent is mentioned. On the other hand, the fluid may be one in which a fragrance is simply blended with water as a solvent, or one in which a fragrance is blended in a system thickened by blending a water-soluble polymer or a water-insoluble polymer. As this water-soluble polymer, natural polymers such as xanthan gum, carrageenan and guar gum, synthetic polymers such as sodium polyacrylate and CMC, and methyl cellulose and ethyl cellulose can be used as water-soluble polymers. Any material may be used as long as it has fluidity and contracts as the contents are volatilized.
[0014]
As the composition of the gel and fluid thus selected, the gel is set so as to cover the fluid when not in use, and the gel weight when the gel contracts to some extent after the start of use, What is necessary is just to be comprised so that the fluid which was initially covered may be exposed to the air surface.
[0015]
FIG. 2 is a side view of the fragrance deodorant composition of the present invention before use. The gel layer is indicated at 11 and the fluidized bed is indicated at 12. In this state, the volatile compound is first emitted from the gel layer 11.
[0016]
FIG. 3 is a side view showing a state in use. Volatile compounds in the gel layer 11 are emitted and contract, and sink into the fluidized bed 12 due to their own weight and volume reduction. Therefore, the volatile compound in the fluidized bed 12 is emitted and a fresh fragrance becomes a mechanism that aromas from the newly appearing fluid.
[0017]
FIG. 4 is a side view showing a time-dependent change state of the composition of the present invention.
The shape of the container used depends on the contracted shape of the gel, but it is desirable that the shape be vertical from the opening to the bottom, or shrink in the direction toward the bottom, and the gel will not drop due to vibration during product distribution. In view of this, it is desirable to give the fluid a certain degree of viscosity.
[0018]
As for the production method, a method of filling the fluidized bed first and then filling the gelled material in the upper layer, a method of filling the fluidized bed with a very high viscosity, and filling the gelled material as it is, a container There is a method in which a filling port is provided at the bottom of the container, the opening is sealed first, the container is inverted, the gel is filled in the order of fluid, and the filling port is closed.
