Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to an ear tag worn on an ear of an animal such as a domestic animal.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems]
Conventionally, ear tags have been widely used as a means for identifying livestock individuals, and one of them is a resin material ear tag 5 as shown in FIG. This figure is a form before being attached to livestock, and its ear tag is connected to two plates for displaying identification numbers for identifying livestock, and one of the plates 6 is used for penetrating the ear shell. The through-pin 61 is formed, and the other plate 7 has an engaging portion 71 to be engaged with the through-pin. That is, each plate has a pair of male and female.
[0003]
When the ear tag 5 is attached to the livestock, the two plates to be connected are cut off at the connecting portion 8, and the penetrating pins 61 formed on one plate 6 penetrate through the ear shell of the livestock, and are formed on the other plate 7. The plate, ie, the ear tag, is attached to the ear shell of the livestock by engaging with the attached engaging portion 71. The feature of this ear tag is that two plates on which identification numbers are displayed can be managed as one object until immediately before the ear tag is attached to livestock. That is, it is possible to prevent a mistake in mounting the plate in which the identification number is displayed by mistake when mounting the plate.
[0004]
Since the connecting portions 8 of the two plates to be connected are connected by the bridge-shaped firm connecting member 81, the plates are separated by repeatedly bending the connecting portions 8. After the separation, the connecting member remains on one of the plates in a protruding manner. If the plate is attached to livestock while the connecting member remains, the ear shell is damaged by the connecting member and the cut end, and the livestock is damaged. Since damage is inevitable, the connecting member remaining on the plate is cut off from the plate with scissors or the like, and if necessary, the cut end is smoothly processed with a file or the like. Therefore, it is extremely time-consuming to mount.
In addition, since the ear tags are worn in the open air or in a dark barn, it takes a lot of time and effort to place them, which places an environmental and safety burden on the workers from the work place. .
[0005]
【Purpose】
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and can easily separate the connection of the plates by a human hand, and does not need to process the cut after the separation. The purpose is to provide.
[0006]
[Means to solve the problem]
The gist of the present invention is an ear tag to be attached to livestock or the like, wherein the ear tag can be engaged with the male plate having a penetrating means capable of penetrating the ear shell, and the penetrating means. An engaging means is formed of a female plate, and the male plate and the female plate are connected at appropriate portions, and the connecting portion is formed to be thinner than the thickness of each plate surface. These are earmarks for livestock and other animals.
[0007]
When the ear tags of livestock and the like of the present invention are described in detail, livestock means animals such as cows and pigs. Then, the ear tag is attached to the ear shell of those livestock, and each individual is appropriately managed by the identification number printed thereon.
The material of the ear tag is not particularly limited, and may be formed of an appropriate material. However, it is preferable to use an appropriate resin material that can be integrally molded. A specific material is thermoplastic polyurethane. Further, the overall shape of the ear tag is not particularly limited, and may be formed into a desired shape.
[0008]
The penetrating means formed in the male plate has a form capable of penetrating the ear shells of livestock, and is, for example, a pin or gyri having a sharp pointed end, and at least an ear shell It suffices if it can penetrate the skin and meat easily.
[0009]
The engaging means formed on the female plate has a form capable of engaging with the penetrating means of the male plate, and has a form which can appropriately correspond to the form of the penetrating means. It is desirable to have a structure that does not separate unless it is cut. That is, a tamper-proof structure is preferable.
[0010]
The connection form of the male plate and the female plate is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to connect the male plate and the female plate in a state where they are adjacent to each other. The connecting portion is not particularly limited, and may be connected at a portion that is advantageous for molding an ear tag or the like. For example, one side of the male plate and the female plate may be used as the connection part.
[0011]
[Action]
Since the ear tags of livestock and the like of the present invention are configured as described above, when the plates are separated from the connecting portion between the male plate and the female plate, that is, when the male plate and the female plate are separated from each other, the operation is as follows. Since the thickness of the connecting portion is thin, the portion functions as a guide groove, and the thin portion can be easily separated by a human hand.
In addition, the burr remaining at the cut end due to the separation has a small thickness, so that it does not damage the skin even if it comes into contact with the skin of livestock.
[0012]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is a plan view of an ear tag according to the present invention, wherein 1 is an ear tag attached to an ear shell of a livestock or the like, and 2 is a male plate. An identification number for identifying livestock is printed on the plate surface. Reference numeral 21 denotes a pin for penetrating the ear shell formed on the male plate 2. Reference numeral 3 denotes a female plate, on which an identification number or the like for identifying livestock is printed on the plate surface, similarly to the male plate 2. Reference numeral 31 denotes a pin receiver for engaging the pin 21 of the male plate 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes a connecting portion which is thinner than the plate surfaces of the male plate 2 and the female plate 3.
[0013]
FIG. 2 is a top view of the ear tag. Once the pin 21 is fitted into the pin receiver 31, the head of the pin 21 remains in the pin receiver 31 even if the support of the pin 21 is cut, and cannot be reused.
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the connecting portion of the ear tag. The connecting portion 4 is thinner than the plate surfaces of the male plate 2 and the female plate 3, and the male plate 2 and the female plate 3 are connected in an adjacent state. Is done.
[0014]
【effect】
As described above, the ear tag of livestock or the like of the present invention is such that the male plate and the female plate are connected in an adjacent state, and the thickness of the connection portion is thin, so that the ear plate can be easily separated by a human hand. it can. Also, the burr remaining at the cut end due to the separation is thin, so that the skin of livestock is not damaged.
Therefore, the efficiency of mounting the ear tag is greatly improved, thereby greatly reducing the environmental and safety burden on the worker.
