本発明は、蒸気輸送管や蒸気使用機器等の蒸気配管系に発生する復水を常時開口しているオリフィスから自動的に排出するオリフィストラップに関し、特に、配管の一対のフランジ間に挟んで固定される構造のウエハー型オリフィストラップに関する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来のものでは、配管の一対のフランジ間をシールするための一対のガスケットを必要とする問題があった。従って、本発明の技術的課題は、配管の一対のフランジ間を単一のガスケットでシールできるウエハー型オリフィストラップを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の技術的課題を解決するために講じた本発明の技術的手段は、外部の連結部材によって配管の一対のフランジ間に挟んで固定される環状のガスケット本体と、複数のオリフィスを有しガスケット本体の内周に気密に配置されたオリフィス板と、連通孔を有しオリフィス板の所望数のオリフィスに連通孔を対面させてオリフィス板に取り付けられる仕切部材と、を具備することを特徴とするウエハー型オリフィストラップにある。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明のウエハー型オリフィストラップは、配管の一対のフランジ間をシールするガスケット本体の内周に、複数のオリフィスを有するオリフィス板を気密に配置し、連通孔を有する仕切部材を、連通孔をオリフィス板の所望数のオリフィスに対面させてオリフィス板に取り付けるものであるので、配管の一対のフランジ間を単一のガスケット本体でシールすることができる。

【実施例】
上記の技術的手段の具体例を示す実施例を説明する（図１乃至図４参照）。本発明のウエハー型オリフィストラップ１のオリフィス板２は、うず巻形ガスケット３内に形成される。うず巻形ガスケット３は、配管４，５のフランジ６，７の間に配置され、ボルト８とナット９からなる連結手段によって挟持される。

うず巻形ガスケット３は、フープ材とフィラー材とを重ね合わせてうず巻き状に巻回して構成したガスケット本体１０と、ガスケット本体１０の外周に気密に配置した外輪１１と、ガスケット本体１０の内周に気密に配置したオリフィス板２とよりなる。ガスケット本体１０のフープ材には主としてステンレスが用いられ、フィラー材にはアスベスト、黒鉛、ＰＴＦＥ、無機紙などが用いられ、外輪１１とオリフィス板２には一般に炭素鋼、ステンレスが用いられる。

オリフィス板２は、下部の円周上に５個のオリフィス１２ａ，１２ｂ，１２ｃ，１２ｄ，１２ｅを有する。オリフィス板２の右側面に円板形状の仕切部材１３を止めネジ１４で取り付ける。仕切部材１３は、扇形状の連通孔１５を有し、連通孔１５を所望の数のオリフィスに対面させてオリフィス板２に取り付けることにより、１乃至５個のオリフィスを開口させることができる。図示の状態は、仕切部材１３がオリフィス１２ａ，１２ｂ，１２ｃ，１２ｄ，１２ｅの全てを開口した状態を示している。上流側である配管４側から流入してきた復水は、オリフィス１２ａ，１２ｂ，１２ｃ，１２ｄ，１２ｅから下流側である配管５側へ流下する。

【発明の効果】
本発明は下記の特有の効果を生じる。
上記のように本発明によれば、配管の一対のフランジ間をシールするガスケット本体の内周に、複数のオリフィスを有するオリフィス板を気密に配置し、連通孔を有する仕切部材を、連通孔をオリフィス板の所望数のオリフィスに対面させてオリフィス板に取り付けることにより、配管の一対のフランジ間を単一のガスケット本体でシールすることができるという優れた効果を生じる。
