Description

【0001】

Figure 2004339896
【0057】

The present invention comprises a futon basket body having a mesh part and a lid body having a mesh part, and a futon basket and a futon basket to be stuffed into the futon basket body and constructed on a cliff slope, a riverbank, or a shore, and the like. The present invention relates to a method of stuffing stones, and more particularly to a futon basket having improved deformation resistance during suspension and a method of stuffing the futon basket with stones.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 5, the conventional futon basket 100 includes a futon basket main body 110 and a lid 210 (not shown). The futon basket main body 110 is a box-shaped body having a bottom 120, a first surface 130, a second surface 140, a third surface 150, and a fourth surface 160, each of which has a plurality of vertical frame wires 170, A plurality of horizontal frame wires 180 are connected in a rectangular shape, and a required number of intermediate wires 190 are provided. Wires are meshed on a surface formed by the vertical frame wires 170, the horizontal frame wires 180, and the intermediate wires 190. And a mesh portion that is bridged.
[0003]
The above-mentioned futon basket 100 is stuffed into the futon basket main body 110, covered with a lid 210, and constructed on a cliff slope, a river bank, a coast, or the like. In general, such a futon basket 100 is subjected to on-site assembling and stuffing work on a flat ground or on a slope. In some cases, in the case of underwater construction, a method of suspending and sinking a large futon basket, such as an embankment mat, which is manufactured by stuffing in advance (see Non-Patent Document 1).
[0004]
In the case of on-site stone stuffing work, the workability is poor especially on sloping land, and in order to minimize as much as possible the slippage and deformation of the futon basket caused by the weight of the stuffing stone, a reinforcing frame or temporary frame is applied, And stuffing with human power. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
[0005]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of the futon basket described in Patent Literature 1, since a stone is stuffed by a machine and human power by providing a reinforcing frame or a temporary frame, the construction is difficult, and a long time is required for the construction. There is a problem that costs rise.
[0009]
Also, in the case of the futon provided with the reinforcing nets 230, 230a, 230b, 230c described in Non-Patent Document 1, providing the reinforcing nets is complicated and causes an increase in cost. In addition, the reinforcement net cannot be expected to increase the strength of the futon basket so much. Furthermore, since the reinforcing net needs to be provided before the stone claw work, there is a problem that the reinforcing net becomes a hindrance at the time of stone stuffing work, and the stone stuffing workability is poor.
[0010]
Further, providing the reinforcing wire 260 in a cross shape on the bottom portion 120, the first surface portion 130 to the fourth surface portion 160, and the cover 200 has a problem that it is difficult to realize the cost because it is expensive. .
[0011]
In the part where the inclined part enters the water, when the water depth is about 1m, divers are generally stuffed with stones and covered with a lid by the diver, but the workability is poor and the finished condition is easy to manage. is not.
[0012]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a futon basket having a strength capable of suspending construction and a method of stuffing stones into this futon basket.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The futon basket of the present invention has a bottom portion, a first surface portion to a fourth surface portion rising from the bottom portion, and a plurality of frame wires and an arbitrary number of intermediate wires, respectively, in order to solve the above problem. A futon basket comprising: a futon basket main body having a mesh portion formed by laying a wire over the frame wire and the intermediate wire; and a lid having a mesh portion covering the futon basket main body. It is characterized in that a reinforcing member is extended obliquely with respect to each surface portion between an intermediate wire on one surface of the basket body and an intermediate wire on two surfaces adjacent to the one surface.
[0014]
In addition to the reinforcing member, a second reinforcing member may be stretched between the opposing two surface portions at right angles to the opposing two surface portions.
[0015]
Further, the reinforcing member and the second reinforcing member may be a reinforcing wire.
[0016]
Further, a reinforcing wire spanned between the intermediate wire of the one surface and the intermediate wire of two surfaces adjacent to the one surface, and a second reinforcement spanned between the intermediate wires of the opposed two surfaces. The wire may be provided at a plurality of positions in the height direction of each intermediate wire.
[0017]
In addition, in order to solve the above-described problems, the method for stuffing stones into a futon basket according to the present invention has a bottom portion, a first surface portion to a fourth surface portion rising from the bottom portion, each of which includes a plurality of frame wires. A futon basket body having an arbitrary number of intermediate wires, a mesh portion formed by bridging the frame wire and the intermediate wire, and a lid having a mesh portion covering the futon basket body. A method for stuffing stones in a futon basket, wherein the step of stuffing stones by a predetermined height in the futon basket main body, and after the stone stuffing step, an intermediate wire rod on one surface of the futon basket main body, The first reinforcing wire is horizontally laid on the intermediate wire of the two surfaces adjacent to the one surface and obliquely to each of the surfaces, and the first reinforcing wire is interposed between the intermediate wires of the two opposing surfaces. 2 Reinforcing wire is horizontal and for each surface A step to bridge the angular, after passing steps over the first and second reinforcing wire is characterized by comprising a step of performing a stone filling work futon basket body.
[0018]
That is, in the futon basket of the present invention, the reinforcing member is obliquely laid over the intermediate wire on one surface of the futon basket main body and the intermediate wire on two surfaces adjacent to the one surface. In addition, since the reinforcing member increases the hanging strength of the futon basket, deformation of the futon basket during hanging can be prevented. In addition, stone stuffing work can be performed in a place with good workability outdoors or indoors, not on a bad site such as sloping land, muddy ground or underwater, so stone stuffing work can be performed efficiently, especially indoors When performing stuffing work, it is not affected by the weather. Further, at the site, the stone-stuffed futon basket can be suspended and constructed, and the workability of the futon basket can be remarkably improved, the construction time can be shortened, and the construction cost can be reduced.
[0019]
In addition, in addition to the reinforcing member, a second reinforcing member is provided between the intermediate wire rods of the two opposing surfaces at right angles to the opposing surfaces, so that the second reinforcing member is slanted to the surfaces. By the cooperative action with the passed reinforcing wire rod, the deformation of the stuffed futon basket at the time of suspension can be more reliably prevented.
[0020]
In addition, when the reinforcing member and the second reinforcing member are formed of a reinforcing wire, it is easier to manufacture than a reinforcing net, and not only can the cost of the reinforcing member be reduced, but also the reinforcing net can be It is not necessary to incorporate it into the body of the futon basket from the beginning, and it is possible to hang it in the middle of stone filling work, and the reinforcing member does not become an obstacle during stone filling work, so workability of stone filling is improved. Significantly improved.
[0021]
Further, a reinforcing wire spanned between the intermediate wire of the one surface and the intermediate wire of two surfaces adjacent to the one surface, and a second reinforcement spanned between the intermediate wires of the opposed two surfaces. When the wire is provided at a plurality of locations in the height direction of each intermediate wire, the cooperative action of the reinforcing wire spanned over a plurality of stages improves the deformation resistance during hanging of the futon basket further packed with stones. I can do it.
[0022]
In this case, the number of steps of the reinforcing wire may be appropriately set according to the height of the futon basket. Normally, in the case of the most widely used futon basket having a height dimension of about 400 mm to 600 mm, sufficient strength can be obtained by bridging over two stages.
[0023]
Further, according to the method for packing stones in the futon basket according to the present invention, after the stuffing operation is performed within the futon basket body by a predetermined height, the first and second reinforcing wires are laid over the futon basket body. Since the stuffing work is performed inside the first and second reinforcing wires, the first and second reinforcing wires are not in the way as compared with the case where the first and second reinforcing wires are laid over the predetermined position of the intermediate wire from the beginning. In addition, the work of stuffing stones can be performed efficiently. Further, the first and second reinforcing wires are easily and reliably inserted into the respective intermediate portions in comparison with the case where the first and second reinforcing wires are bridged after the entire inside of the futon basket body is packed with stones. The wire can be linearly bridged at a predetermined height of the wire, and the reinforcing effect of the reinforcing wire can be maximized.
[0024]

[0036]
The first reinforcing wire 71 and the second reinforcing wire 72 are not spread over the futon basket body 20 in the middle of performing the stuffing work, because the workability of the stuffing work is better, and thus the first reinforcing wire 71 and the second reinforcing wire 72 are not spread at the time of shipment. Or it is tentatively suspended in a state that can be easily removed.
[0037]
Next, the work of stuffing the bedding basket 10 according to the present invention and the work of bridging the first and second reinforcing wires 71 and 72 in the middle thereof will be described.
[0038]
First, the futon basket main body 20 assembled as described above is placed on a flat ground with the opening facing upward. Then, the work of stuffing stones into the futon basket main body 20 is performed. At the stage where the height of the packed stone has reached about 20 to 30% of the height of the futon basket main body 20, once the stone packing operation is stopped, the first reinforcing wire rod 71 and the second reinforcing wire 71 are stopped. The work of bridging the reinforcing wire rod 72 is performed.
[0039]
As described above, the two first reinforcing wires 71 are connected to the intermediate wire 38 of the first surface 22 and the intermediate wires 43 of the second surface 23 and the intermediate wires of the fourth surface 25 adjacent to the first surface 22. 55 and a slanted shape over each of the surface portions 22, 23 and 25. [0040]
In addition, the three second reinforcing wires 72 are formed by connecting the intermediate wires 43 and 55, the intermediate wires 44 and 56, the intermediate wires 45 and 57 of the opposing second surface portion 23 and fourth surface portion 25, respectively. Then, it is extended horizontally and at right angles to the surface portions 23 and 25.
[0041]
After this, the work of stuffing stones is performed again. When the height of the packed stone becomes approximately 60 to 70% of the height of the futon basket main body 20, the stone packing operation is stopped, and the four first reinforcing wires 71 and 3 are returned again. The work of bridging the second reinforcing wire rod 72 is performed. The intermediate wire that bridges the first reinforcing wire 71 and the second reinforcing wire 72 is the same as in the above-described case, and only differs in the bridging height position. Therefore, detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0042]
When the work of bridging the first reinforcing wire 71 and the second reinforcing wire 72 is completed, the work of packing stones is restarted, and the entire inside of the bedding basket body 20 is packed. When the filling of the futon basket body 20 is completed in this way, the lid 60 is connected to the futon basket body 20.
[0043]
The lid 60 is connected to the futon basket main body 20 by placing the lid 60 on the stuffed futon basket main body 20, and connecting the horizontal frame wire 37 of the first surface portion 22 of the futon basket main body 20 to the lid 60. , The horizontal frame wire 42 of the second surface 23 of the futon basket main body 20 and the frame wire 62 of the lid 60, the horizontal frame wire 49 of the third surface 24 of the futon basket body 20, and the frame wire 63 of the lid 60. Then, the horizontal frame wire 54 of the fourth surface portion 25 of the futon basket main body 20 and the frame wire 64 of the lid 60 are joined by winding the joining wire 59 (not shown).
[0044]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the futon basket of the present invention will be described.
[0045]
The frame wires 26 to 29 and the intermediate wires 30 to 33 of the bottom 21, the vertical frame wires 35, 36, 40, 41, 47, 48, 52, 53 of the first surface portion 22 to the fourth surface portion 25, and the horizontal frame wires 37, 42. , 49, 54 and intermediate wires 38, 43 to 45, 50, 55 to 57, a first reinforcing wire 71 and a second reinforcing wire 72, a φ6.0 mm galvanized steel wire is used. A galvanized steel wire of φ4.0 mm is used for the wire material of the mesh portions 34, 39, 46, 51, and 58 of the first surface portion 22 to the fourth surface portion 25, and a length dimension L = 2,000 mm and a width. The futon basket main body 20 having the dimension W = 1,200 mm and the height dimension H = 500 mm was manufactured.
[0046]
In addition, a φ6.0 mm galvanized steel wire is used for the frame wires 61 to 64 and the intermediate wires 65 to 68 of the lid body 60, and a φ4.0 mm galvanized steel wire is used for the mesh 68. A lid 60 having a length L = 2,000 mm and a width W = 1,200 mm was manufactured.
[0047]
The particle size of the packing stones into the bedding basket body 20 = 150 to 200 mm, the lower bridging height H1 of the first reinforcing wire 71 and the second reinforcing wire 72 = 10 to 15 mm, the first reinforcing wire 71 and The upper bridging height H2 of the second reinforcing wire 72 was set to 30 to 35 mm. The cover body 60 was connected to the futon basket main body 20 by using a bonding wire 59 made of a galvanized steel wire having a diameter of 4.0 mm on the stuffed futon basket main body 20.
[0048]
The stone-stuffed futon basket 10 was hung for 30 to 40 seconds at a hanging condition of 30% gradient and 6 points, and the presence or absence of deformation of the futon basket 10 and the amount of deformation were measured. The result was obtained.
Figure 2004339896
It was confirmed that there was no problem in practical use with this amount of deformation.
[0049]
Although the above description has been made with reference to specific embodiments and examples, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments and examples, and various modifications are possible without departing from the spirit thereof. is there.
[0050]
For example, in the above embodiment, the case where the reinforcing wires 71 and 72 are used as the first and second reinforcing members has been described, but a reinforcing net may be used for one or both of them.
[0051]
The length L, the width W, and the height H of the futon basket 10 may be arbitrarily set in consideration of a construction place, workability of stuffing, transportability, workability, and the like. Depending on the size, the thickness of the frame wire, the intermediate wire, the wire of the mesh portion, etc., the number of the intermediate wires, and the like may be appropriately set. In some cases, the shape may be not only rectangular but also square.
[0052]
Further, the size of the mesh of the mesh portion may be appropriately set according to the particle size of the packing stone. In addition, compared to the case where stones are packed locally, it is better to set the mesh of the mesh part to a smaller size, and when the futon basket is hung, the meshes will open due to the weight of the packed stones and the packing stones will leak. You will not get out.
[0053]
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the first reinforcing wire 71 and the second reinforcing wire 72 are used together has been described. However, when the bedding basket 10 is small, only the first reinforcing wire 71 is used. Is also good. Also, the case where the first reinforcing wire 71 and the second reinforcing wire 72 are used in two steps has been described. However, when the height of the futon basket 10 is small, only one step may be used. If the size is large, three or more stages may be used.
[0054]
【The invention's effect】
The futon basket of the present invention has a bottom portion, a first surface portion to a fourth surface portion rising from the bottom portion, each of which includes a plurality of frame wires, an arbitrary number of intermediate wires, and these frame wires and intermediate wires. A futon basket body having a mesh portion formed by laying a wire over the futon basket body, and a cover having a mesh portion covering the futon basket body, wherein an intermediate wire rod on one surface of the futon basket body; Since the reinforcing member is skewed to the intermediate wire between the two surfaces adjacent to the one surface, the strength of the futon basket is increased, and the hanging of the futon basket packed with stones is performed. The method can be adopted, and the workability at the site is improved. Also, assembling and stuffing work can be performed without being affected by the weather or wave conditions, thereby shortening the construction period. Furthermore, high quality control can be expected.
[0055]
Further, in addition to the reinforcing member, a second reinforcing member is laid at right angles to the opposing two surface portions between the opposing two surface portions of the intermediate wire material, so that the one surface portion of the intermediate wire member and this surface portion By cooperating with the intermediate wire rods on the two surfaces adjacent to the surface member and the reinforcing member that extends obliquely with respect to each surface, deformation during hanging of the futon basket can be more reliably prevented.
[0056]
Further, by forming the reinforcing member and the second reinforcing member with a reinforcing wire, not only can the cost of the reinforcing member be reduced as compared with the case where a reinforcing net is used, but also the bridging work can be performed in the middle of the stuffing work. Since it can be performed, the reinforcing member does not become an obstacle, and the workability of stuffing stones is remarkably improved.
[0057]
Further, a reinforcing wire spanned between the intermediate wire of the one surface and the intermediate wire of two surfaces adjacent to the one surface, and a second reinforcement spanned between the intermediate wires of the opposed two surfaces. By providing the wire at a plurality of locations in the height direction of each intermediate wire, deformation during hanging of the stuffed futon basket can be more reliably prevented.
[0058]
Further, the method for stuffing stones in the futon basket according to the present invention is such that after the stuffing work is performed in the futon basket main body by a predetermined height, an intermediate wire rod on one side of the futon basket main body, and 2 The first reinforcing wire is horizontally extended to the intermediate wire of the two surface portions, and the first reinforcing wire is obliquely extended to each of the surface portions, and the second reinforcing wire is horizontally interposed between the opposed intermediate wire materials of the two surface portions. In addition, since the work is wrapped at right angles to the two opposing surfaces and the stuffing work is performed inside the futon basket body, the reinforcing wire is not in the way during the stuffing work. Workability at the time of filling work is remarkably improved.
