Abstract
Description
【0001】

3. Another scanning mechanism according to the present invention is the scanning mechanism according to paragraph 1 or 2, wherein the scanning mechanism has only one second z scanner, and the second z scanner has a shape surrounding the first z scanner. have.
[0013]
4. Another scanning mechanism according to the present invention is the scanning mechanism according to item 3, wherein the second z scanner is a tube scanner, and can be displaced not only along the z axis but also along the x axis and the y axis.
[0014]
In this scanning mechanism, the first z-scanner is displaced along the x-axis or y-axis in accordance with the displacement of the first z-scanner along the x-axis or y-axis due to expansion and contraction. Undesired vibrations along the x-axis and the y-axis of the scanner holder caused by the expansion and contraction of the scanner are also attenuated, and ideally eliminated.
[0015]
5. Another scanning mechanism of the present invention is the scanning mechanism according to paragraph 1 or 2, wherein the scanning mechanism has a plurality of second z-scanners, the second z-scanners being located at the center of the first z-scanner. They are equally spaced angularly around an axis.
[0016]
In this scanning mechanism, the plurality of second z-scanners are unequally expanded and contracted in accordance with the displacement of the first z-scanner along the x-axis and the y-axis due to the expansion and contraction, thereby expanding and contracting the first z-scanner. Thus, unwanted vibrations along the x-axis and the y-axis of the scanner holder caused by the above can be attenuated and ideally eliminated.
[0017]
6. Another scanning mechanism according to the present invention is the scanning mechanism according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, further comprising a weight held by the second z scanner.
[0018]
In this scanning mechanism, since the second z-scanner holds the weight, a change in the momentum caused when the second z-scanner expands and contracts is increased accordingly. Therefore, the length of the second z-scanner can be shortened accordingly.
[0019]
