【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決するため、本発明の掘削機の泥土飛散防止装置は、駆動装置1の下端部に筒状のカーテン5の上端部を取付け、筒状のカーテン5の下方位置にリーダー7に沿って上下移動自在に取り付けたカーテン開閉装置8を設け、筒状のカーテン5にガイドワイヤー9を挿通するためのリング部材10を上下方向に所定間隔を隔てて設け、リーダー7の上部から筒状のカーテン5に設けた多数のリング部材10を経由し、カーテン開閉装置8を経由してリーダー7の下部までに、カーテンの伸縮の際にカーテンを案内するようガイドワイヤー9を複数本設け、カーテン開閉装置8にガイドワイヤー9が通過するように滑車を複数個設け、カーテン開閉装置8を上方へ移動させることにより筒状のカーテン5が持ち上げられて、筒状のカーテン5が下部から開き、鋼管3が出現するように構成してなることを特徴とするものである。このような構成とすることで、鋼管に鋼矢板を密着させる作業時において筒状のカーテン5が障害になることもなく、鋼矢板打ち込みに伴う泥土の飛散を防止することができるようになる。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。図1に示すように駆動装置1の下端部に筒状のカーテン5の上端部を取付けてあり、筒状のカーテン5の下方位置にリーダー7に沿って上下移動自在に取り付けたカーテン開閉装置8を設けてあり、カーテン開閉装置8は杭打ち機に付随のウインチまたは独立したウインチで上下移動するようにしてある。筒状のカーテン5にガイドワイヤー9を挿通するためのリング部材10を上下方向に所定間隔を隔てて設けてあり、リーダー7の上部から筒状のカーテン5に設けた多数のリング部材10を経由し、カーテン開閉装置8を経由してリーダー7の下部までに、カーテンの伸縮の際にカーテンを案内するようガイドワイヤー9を複数本設けてある。図5に示すようにカーテン開閉装置8にガイドワイヤー9が通過するように滑車を複数個設けてある。カーテン開閉装置8を上方へ移動させることにより筒状のカーテン5が持ち上げられて、筒状のカーテン5が下部から開くようにしてある。図2に示すようにカーテン開閉装置8を上方へ移動することにより筒状のカーテン5が下部から開き、鋼矢板4を鋼管3に密着させる作業ができるようにしてある。筒状のカーテン5は蛇腹構造を有し、カーテン開閉装置8を上方へ移動したとき、または鋼矢板を打ち込むため駆動装置1を上下移動させたときにも作業に支障なく伸縮するようになっている。なお、図7に示すように、ガイドワイヤー9はリーダー7の上部から筒状のカーテン5に設けた多数のリング部材10を経由し、カーテン開閉装置8を経由してリーダー7の下部に設けたガイドワイヤーステー12まで直線的に設けても良い。

【発明の効果】以上のように本発明の掘削機の泥土飛散防止装置によれば、カーテン開閉装置を上方へ移動させることよって筒状のカーテンが下部から開くので、鋼矢板を鋼管に密着させる作業も可能になることから、駆動装置(モーター)にスクリューを内挿された鋼管を設けた掘削機を使用し、鋼管に鋼矢板を密着させ、掘削しながら鋼矢板を打ち込む方法においても、鋼矢板の打ち込みに伴う泥土飛散防止ができるうえに掘削時の防音効果もある。
