Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a gaze guidance signpost with a retroreflective lens used for a center line of a road, separation of a sidewalk, a zebra zone, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There is Japanese Patent No. 1502493 (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-165709) as the above-mentioned gaze guidance sign post with a retroreflective lens. In this conventional technique, a retroreflective lens is mounted on a plastic holder, and the holder is welded together with the base when molding the base. The retroreflective lens can be firmly attached to the base. Not only can the heat-resistant material (inorganic glass material) be used as the material of the reflective lens, but also the retroreflective lens mounted on the holder must be mounted on the base mold and fixed by the welding molding method. However, there is a problem that productivity is poor.
[0003]
Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 3-122111 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-105114 describe manufacturing a line-of-sight guidance sign by an assembling method. In this conventional example, a retroreflective function is provided to a base portion. Can not do it. In addition, there are products on the market that have a reflective function on the base part of the gaze guide sign pillars on the market. However, this is because the reflective material is fixed to the base with screws, etc. For example, there is a danger that the reflective material easily falls off and that the screw may damage the tire.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the problems of the prior art as described above, and the retroreflective lens can be assembled to the base portion by an assembling method, and the assembly is extremely strong, so that the large-sized vehicle such as a tank lorry can be used. It is an object of the present invention to provide a gaze guidance sign post with a retroreflective lens that is not likely to fall off even when stepped on.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a signpost body having a core pedestal integrally formed at the lower end and a bolt protruding downward from the core pedestal, and an outer periphery of the core pedestal of the signpost body. A base fitted to surround the core pedestal and having an upright portion formed in the center thereof, a bottom plate abutting from the bottom surface of the core pedestal to the bottom surface of the base, and an exposed portion and an opposite surface having a larger diameter than the exposed portion. It consists of a retroreflective lens with the base united together through a step,
The fitting surface between the core pedestal and the base is formed as a tapered surface whose diameter is reduced upward, and a through hole is provided in the upright portion of the base so that only the exposed portion of the retroreflective lens can be inserted. The exposed portion of the retroreflective lens is inserted into the through hole to expose the tip from the base, and the step is brought into contact with the inner surface of the upright portion of the base. In this state, the core pedestal is inserted from below the base into the base. The base of the retroreflective lens is fitted and held between the outer surface of the core pedestal and the inner surface of the base by fitting, and the held state is screwed to the bottom plate and the bolt protruding from the core pedestal and attached to the bolt. It is characterized by the fact that it is maintained by the nuts worn.
[0006]
As described above, the line-of-sight signpost provided with a retroreflective lens according to the present invention has a signpost main body having a core pedestal integrally formed at the lower end, and a core pedestal fitted to the outer periphery of the core pedestal of the signpost main body. A surrounding base, a bottom plate abutting from the bottom of the core pedestal to the bottom of the base, and a retroreflective lens in which an exposed portion and a base having a large-diameter reflective surface are integrally connected via a step portion. A fitting surface between the core pedestal and the base is formed as a tapered surface for reducing the diameter upward, and a through hole is provided in the base so that only the exposed portion of the retroreflective lens can be inserted, and the through hole is provided. The exposed portion of the retroreflective lens is inserted into the base to expose the tip from the base, and the step is brought into contact with the inner surface of the upright portion of the base. In this state, the core pedestal is fitted into the base from below the base. Outside the core pedestal The base of the retroreflective lens is sandwiched and held between the base and the inner surface of the base, and the sandwiched holding state is maintained by tightening a nut screwed onto a bolt protruding from the core pedestal. The retroreflective lens can be mounted on the base part by an assembling method that does not use any of them. Moreover, since the mounting is extremely strong and there is no danger of falling off even when stepped on by a large vehicle, It is possible to provide a gaze guidance signpost with a retroreflective lens that can be installed on a center line that may be trampled.
[0007]
