<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an openable door with smoke insulation performance, which ensures high smoke insulating performance by maintaining the sealing performance of a rubber packing with respect to the door, prevents exposure of the rubber packing even under normal conditions, i.e. when door main bodies are opened, exhibits good appearance, and protects the rubber packing from being excessively pressed at the time of rotation of the door main bodies. <P>SOLUTION: The openable door is formed of the axially supported door main bodies 4a, 4b, and a door frame 3 enclosing the openable door main bodies 4a, 4b when closed. 建築基準法改正により、エレベーターの遮炎性能・遮煙性能に関する建設省告示第1111号では、エレベーターの乗場戸は、エレベーター昇降路に「遮煙性能のある防火戸」として認められていたが平成14年5月31日をもって失効することから、同6月1日付け建物については、新たに遮炎性能および遮煙性能を有する防火設備で区画することが義務付けられた。

エレベーターの乗場戸は、構造的に「遮煙性能が期待できない」ため、エレベーター乗場戸の外側に防火区画を設ける必要があり、そこで遮煙性能を満たした、防火設備(シャター・ドア等)を設置することになる。

なお、新たに法改正された点における防火区画対応であり、現時点ではこれに対する特許文献等は存在しない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記のごとくエレベーター乗場戸の外側に防火区画を設けるのに、図5に示すように、エレベーターホール1の開口2に扉枠3および開き扉である扉本体4a、4bによる遮煙扉を設けることが提案される。図中5は扉枠3を支持する方立てである。

これら扉枠3および扉本体4a、4bは、遮煙性能を持たせるために、扉枠3は軸支される扉本体4a、4bに対して、閉じた扉本体4a、4bと並行する間口部3aを形成して断面略L字形とし、この間口部3aの内側に扉本体4a、4bに当接するゴムパッキング6を設けた。このゴムパッキング6はチューブ状のものである。
