Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a door for disaster prevention,
More specifically, the present invention relates to a disaster prevention door having excellent earthquake resistance and fire resistance. 2. Description of the Related Art Since a normal door is housed in a frame composed of four frames, when a horizontal force is applied to a structure due to an earthquake or the like, the frame is deformed due to interlayer displacement of the building, and the door is closed. There is a fear that it cannot be opened. In fact, the Miyagiken-oki earthquake in 1978 caused damage due to the door not opening, and various seismic doors have been proposed since then. [0003] The aseismic door is designed so that it can be unlocked and opened even if interlayer displacement occurs. Examples of the aseismic doors that have been proposed include, for example, a door, a door-end side frame, and upper and lower frames. Some have a large clearance and deformable strike, some have a large clearance between the door and the frame, and have taper around the door and the frame, or some have a door with a sneaking door. . SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0004] The present invention has been made from a completely new viewpoint based on such a conventional earthquake-resistant door. It is an object of the present invention to provide a door for disaster prevention which has good security and security. [0005] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the technical means adopted by the present invention is a hinged door having a door edge side vertical edge, a door edge side vertical edge, an upper edge, and a lower edge. In, the doorside vertical
The edge of the frame with the outer side protruding forward from the wall of the opening
It extends outward and the upper edge of the door is the upper edge of the frame.
At the same time, the protruding portion is formed at least at the door edge side vertical edge and the upper edge of the door, and the protruding portion extends in the anticipated direction of the door, and when the door is closed, the protruding portion is formed. Even if the frame deforms the peripheral surface of the frame of the opening due to interlayer displacement of the building.
It is characterized in that it is covered with a clearance that allows the door to be opened . According to the present invention, the door deforms the peripheral surface of the opening frame by the interlayer displacement of the building via the projecting piece.
Even so , since the opening frame is covered with a clearance that allows the door to be opened , the opening frame is less affected by deformation of the opening frame as compared with a normal door. The experiment was conducted with the clearance on the vertical edge side of the door side being 10 mm and the clearance on the upper edge side being 20 mm.
It was found that the door can be opened and closed with the same opening force as usual even with a deformation of about 1/60 of the interlayer displacement which is a large deformation of the building assumed at the time of the earthquake disaster. Further, since the door covers the opening frame with the projecting piece, the door is an imposition door, but when the door is closed, there is a linear through gap between the opening and the door that is harmful to fire protection. No fire occurs, and the configuration is such that the requirements for class A fire doors are satisfied. Moreover, since the protruding portion of the door closes the gap between the opening and the door, it is possible to secure security even though it is an imposition door. The protruding pieces may be provided on at least the vertical edge and the upper edge on the door end side, and may be provided on the lower edge or the vertical edge on the door end side. FIG. 1 (a) is a schematic front view and a plan view of a disaster prevention door. A rectangular door 1 has a vertical edge 2 at a door end, a vertical edge 3 at a door end side, It has an upper edge 4 and a lower edge 5, and the opening 6 is opened and closed by opening and closing the door 1 with the door edge side vertical edge 3 as a hanging side. FIG. 1B is a side view of the disaster prevention door, and FIG.
Is a plan view of a door for disaster prevention, and the door 1 of the door for disaster prevention is a so-called imposition door. On the hanging side of the door, a hanging vertical member 7 is mounted on the door bottom frame of the opening, and the door bottom side of the door 1 is rotatably provided on the vertical member 7 via the hinge 8. . A frame 9 is provided around the periphery of the opening 6.
The outer surface located on the side of the door projects forward by a predetermined distance from the surface 10 of the wall body provided with the opening. As is clear from FIGS. 1B and 1C,
Door end side vertical edge 2 has an outer side surface forward than wall surface 10 of opening 6
The upper edge of the door 1 is formed so as to extend outside the protruding frame 9.
4 is formed so as to extend above the upper edge of the frame 9.
At the same time, projecting pieces 11, 11 are formed on the opening side surfaces of the vertical edge 2 and the upper edge 4 on the door end side in the direction in which the door can be seen. The protruding piece portion 11 is continuous along the length direction of the side of the vertical edge 2 and the upper edge 4 on the door end side, and covers the opening frame 9 when the door is closed. In the embodiment, the projection 1 is provided on the edge of the door 1. However, it is sufficient that the projection 11 is provided near the peripheral edge of the door. The projecting piece may be extended from. [0011] During door closing, a predetermined clearance C between the circumferential surface of the protrusion portion 11 and the opening frame 9, Sunawa
Even if the frame 9 is deformed due to the interlayer displacement of the building, the door 1
The clearance which can open is formed . The clearance C1 on the upper edge side of the door is slightly larger than the clearance C2 on the front side of the door. However, when the building is displaced between layers, the vertical displacement is larger than the horizontal displacement. It is because of that. In the example, the clearance C1 on the upper edge side of the door is set to about 20 mm, the clearance C2 on the front side of the door is set to about 10 mm,
The door 1 can be opened and closed with the same opening force at normal times even at the interlayer displacement 1/60, which is a large deformation of the building assumed at the time of the earthquake disaster. When the door is closed, the projection 1 provided on the door 1
1 overlaps with the frame 9 of the opening in a jagged shape,
There is no linear through-gap between the door 1 and the opening frame 9, which can effectively prevent the spread of flames. Even though it is an imposition door, it satisfies the requirement of "Class A fire door". Is what you do. Further, the projecting piece 11 of the door 1 is
Because it is designed to close the gap with the door, it is possible to secure security even though it is an imposition door. In the embodiment, the projecting piece is not provided on the lower edge 5 of the door.
It is considered that providing a projecting portion at least on the door upper edge 4 and the door edge side edge 2 is considered to be sufficient for fire prevention performance. Of course, a projecting portion is formed on the door lower edge 5. You may. An airtight material 12 is provided on the surface of the opening frame 9 facing the door.
When the opening is closed, the found surface of the door 1 comes into contact with the airtight material 12 to press the airtight material 12. In addition, the disaster prevention door according to the embodiment is a hanging vertical member 7.
And the door 1, it is possible to construct a disaster prevention door by using a hinge using an existing frame. FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the disaster prevention door. The basic structure is the same as that of FIG. 1, and the same members are denoted by the same reference numerals. In this embodiment, a protruding piece 11 extending in the direction in which the door is projected is also formed on the surface of the door 1 on the opening side of the door edge 5 of the door 1, and the door 1 has a door edge vertical edge 2 and a door edge vertical. At three sides of the edge 3 and the upper edge 4, it overlaps with the frame 9 to cover it. The door 1 is opened and closed by a pivot hinge 8a provided separately, with the vertical edge side of the door bottom as a pivot point. According to the present invention, there is provided a door of a hinged door having a vertical edge on the side of a door , a vertical edge on a side of a door , an upper edge, and a lower edge.
Outside of the frame with the outside surface protruding forward from the wall of the mouth
And the upper edge of the door is higher than the upper edge of the frame.
At the same time, the projecting portion is formed at least at the vertical edge and the upper edge of the door at the door- end side, and the projecting portion extends in the direction in which the door can be seen. When the door is closed, the projecting portion is opened. Even if the peripheral surface of the frame body is deformed due to the interlayer displacement of the building, the door opens.
Since it is characterized in that it is covered with a clearance that allows release , it has the following advantageous effects. (1) Since the door is designed to cover the frame with a predetermined clearance between the door and the peripheral surface of the frame, even if the frame is deformed due to interlayer displacement, the door is normally opened with the same opening force. Can be opened and closed. (2) Since the door covers the opening frame through the protruding piece, there is no linear through-gap which is harmful to the fire prevention function even though it is an imposition door. It has the requirements for fire doors. (3) Since the door covers the opening frame through the projecting portion, the projecting portion closes the gap between the opening and the door, while being an imposition door, ensuring security. Can be. (4) Since the disaster prevention door according to the present invention can be constructed simply by preparing a hanging member and a door, the disaster prevention door of the present application can be installed using an existing frame.
