TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a traction jig used for drawing and inserting a thermoplastic resin pipe such as polyethylene into an existing pipe which has been buried (degraded) in the ground for a long time, and an insertion method using the same. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, in the field of gas and water piping, piping members including a main pipe, a supply pipe branched therefrom, and a joint connecting the two pipes have high corrosion resistance, good elongation characteristics, and excellent earthquake resistance. Often formed of a thermoplastic resin (eg, polyethylene).
In the field of gas pipes using PE pipes, when replacing existing pipes that are buried underground for a long period of time and are deteriorated, insertion methods have been proposed in order to shorten the construction period and reduce construction costs (for example, Patent Document 1). At present, the insertion method under consideration for commercialization is to excavate both ends of the existing pipe, cut off the existing pipe to be rehabilitated after shutting off gas, and cut the existing pipe one size smaller (for example, for an existing pipe with a diameter of 150A). 100A) The liner tube (PE tube) folded into a U-shaped cross section is drawn in with a winch, and then the PE tube is expanded and restored to the original circular tube by heating the PE tube with steam or the like. A step of connecting to an existing pipe by butt fusion is included.
In this insertion method, a wire is hung on a traction jig and a liner pipe is drawn in with a large traction force (about 700 to 800 kg for a PE pipe with a diameter of 50 A). Therefore, various measures have been taken for the structure of the traction jig and its fixing method. Proposed.
[0003]
For example, in Patent Document 2, an inclined surface is formed in a concave portion at the distal end portion of a long pipe liner formed in a U-shaped cross section so that the side surface on the concave side gradually decreases in diameter toward the distal end of the pipe liner. The diameter expansion prevention plate is inserted, and a band is put on the outer periphery to restrain the thermal expansion at the time of heating of the tip of the pipe liner, and then the substrate is placed at the base of the bowl-shaped main body with eyebolts at the tip of the pipe liner. It has been proposed that after the provided traction jig is fused, the pipe liner is laid in the existing pipeline, and then the shape recovery and expansion are performed with the traction jig fixed. Patent Document 3 describes a fixing device in which a cutter holder, a hot plate holder, and a traction jig holder are sequentially connected to a fixing ring that grips a distal end of a long pipe liner so as to be able to advance and retreat. Have been. According to this fixing device, the end surface of the long pipe liner formed into a U-shaped cross section is cut into a smooth surface by a cutter, and the end surface is melted by a hot plate. By fixing the end, the traction jig is fixed. In addition, an insertion method using a corrugated pipe as a renewal pipe has also been studied. Patent Document 4 discloses that the corrugated pipe can be freely fitted into a concave portion on the inner peripheral surface side of a hollow corrugated pipe having an irregular shape that is continuous in the pipe longitudinal direction. A plurality of locking members divided in the circumferential direction are provided, fitted over the entire circumference of the concave portion, and a seal member that keeps the inside of the corrugated pipe airtight is provided, and the plurality of seal members are fitted into the concave portion. A towing jig configured to hold the locking member and the towed member, connect and fix all of them with a connecting member to be integrated with the corrugated pipe, and to be able to move the corrugated pipe by towing operation of the towing wire. Proposed.

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the existing pipe is bent in the middle, for example, in the case of an 8-bend simple pipe, since it is bent at a right angle at 8 places, the towing jig described in Patent Document 2 which is formed in a bowl shape and has a step, The base end portion is caught on the inner surface of the existing pipe, and cannot pass through the inside of such a simple pipe (eight-bend pipe) smoothly, and the guide member provided at the distal end of the renewal pipe has a movement resistance of the guide member in the bend section. If a larger contact resistance is generated, the renewal pipe cannot be inserted and moved any more, and the load of the tensile resistance extremely increases, and there is a problem that the fused portion on the base end surface of the towing jig is peeled off. When the number of bent portions is large, there is a problem that the movement resistance is further increased, and the traction wire or the liner tube is broken. Since the towing jig is formed in a bowl shape, such a problem cannot be solved even by covering with a metal cover. Further, according to the fixing device described in Patent Document 3, although the fixing force between the pipe liner and the traction jig increases, the frictional resistance of the fixing portion with the inner surface of the existing pipe greatly increases. If there is a bent portion, a problem that the insertion cannot be performed halfway occurs. Further, the tow jig described in Patent Document 4 requires a long time to connect the corrugated pipe and the tow jig because the number of parts of the connecting member is large, and when it is applied to an existing pipe with eight bends, it can be inserted halfway. The problem of disappearing occurs. In addition, there is a problem that the tensile resistance becomes excessive, the locking member of the concave portion of the corrugated pipe causes the concave portion of the corrugated pipe to plastically deform, and the joint between the towing jig and the corrugated pipe is broken.
[0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a traction jig that can smoothly pass through an existing pipe having a bent portion.
Another object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problem, and to quickly replace an existing pipe having a bent portion with a new thermoplastic resin pipe by using a traction jig having a simple structure. It is to provide a construction method.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a traction jig of the present invention has a traction wire having a hook portion to which traction means is locked and a free end side of which is bundled by a fixing member, and a free end side of the traction wire. A holding member made of a thermoplastic resin to be held, wherein the holding member is heat-sealed to the tip of a thermoplastic resin tube folded into a U-shaped cross section to be inserted into an existing pipeline. It is. According to this pulling jig, the flat clamping member is fixed to the free end side of the pulling wire, and the whole is formed in a flat shape, so that it can pass through the existing pipe having the bent portion smoothly. .
[0008]
In the traction jig of the present invention, it is preferable that the fixing member is made of an aluminum alloy sleeve so that the free end side can be easily bundled.
[0009]
In order to achieve the above object, the insertion method of the present invention excavates both ends of an existing pipeline, heat-fuses the traction jig to the tip of a thermoplastic resin tube folded into a U-shaped cross section, The traction wire is engaged with the hook portion of the traction jig, and the traction wire is wound up, whereby the thermoplastic resin pipe is inserted into the existing pipe, and then the thermoplastic resin pipe is heated and restored. According to this insertion method, the towing jig can be easily connected to the renewal pipe, and the towing jig can quickly pass through the existing pipe, so that the existing pipe can be updated in a short construction period.
[0010]
In the insertion method of the present invention, it is preferable to blow heated air into the thermoplastic resin pipe in order to prevent environmental pollution when restoring the renewal pipe after being inserted into the existing pipe.
[0011]

By heat-sealing, the pulling jig 5 having a flat shape as a whole is fixed to the tip of the update pipe 10.
[0013]
The insertion method using the above-mentioned traction jig will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a state before an update pipe is inserted into an existing pipe in the insertion method according to the embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 is a front view of a heating device, and FIG. 8 is an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a state after the renewal pipe is inserted into the existing pipe in the insertion method according to the embodiment, and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the existing pipe having the renewal pipe inserted. First, as shown in FIG. 6, shafts H1 and H2 are excavated at both ends of a construction section in which an existing pipeline is to be updated to expose both ends of the existing pipeline. Thereafter, the pedestal 1 for holding the drum-shaped renewal pipe 10 is installed on one of the shafts H1, and a heating device 20 for heating the renewal pipe 10 and a deformer 2 are disposed in front of the pedestal 1. The connection guide tube 3 is arranged between the deformer 2 and the existing tube 4. On the other shaft H2 side, guide rollers 7a and 7b and a winch 8 are arranged to wind up the renewal pipe 10.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 7, the heating device 20 includes a heating furnace 20 a surrounding the update pipe 10, a blowing duct 21 equipped with a heater 26, a blower 22 for supplying hot air to the inside of the heating furnace 20 a, The air conditioner includes a controller 27 for controlling the air volume and a suction duct 23 for recovering heat discharged from the heating furnace 20a. The controller 27 controls the calorific value of the heater 26 by comparing the hot air temperature before entering the heating furnace 20 detected by the temperature sensor 25 provided on the outlet side of the air supply duct 21 with a reference value, and controlling the heating value of the heater 26. It is configured to maintain the inside at a uniform temperature. According to the heating device 20, the hot air discharged from the heating furnace 20a is sucked into the suction duct 23 while being mixed with the outside air by the waste heat recovery damper 24, and is again supplied to the heating furnace 20a by the blower 22. Energy loss of the device 2 can be reduced.
[0015]
Next, the tow wire 6 is connected to the tip (hook portion) of the tow jig 5 exposed to the upright H1, and the tow wire 6 is arranged inside the existing pipe 4. By sending compressed air toward the upright H2, the tow wire 6 is pulled out of the upright H2. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 8, the tow wire 6 locked by the tow jig 5 connected to the tip of the renewal pipe 10 is connected to the winch 8 while being suspended on the guide rollers 7a and 7b, and the winch 8 is connected. By winding up, the renewal pipe 10 can be inserted into the connection guide pipe 3 and the existing pipe 4. At this time, since the traction jig 5 is inserted by being led by the plate-shaped holding member that is heat-sealed to the tip of the update pipe 10, the frictional resistance at the time of insertion is reduced, and the existing pipe 4 of the update pipe 10 is removed. Can be smoothly guided.
[0016]
In this insertion method, the renewal pipe 10 drawn out of the gantry 1 passes through the existing pipe 4 in a state of being deformed (folded) into a U-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. Therefore, after the insertion into the existing pipe is completed, the original shape is restored by the following procedure, for example. First, since both ends of the renewal pipe are welded, the portion is cut off, and then, on the drawing-in side of the renewal pipe (the anti-H1 side in FIG. 6), heated air (compressed air) is applied to the end of the guide pipe 3. A supply means is provided, and a means for pressurizing the inside of the update pipe at the time of cooling the heated update pipe is provided at the end of the update pipe on the drawer side of the update pipe (the vertical anti-H2 side in FIG. 6). Then, while supplying heated air to the renewal pipe, both ends of the renewal pipe are heated to restore the pipe end deformed when inserted through the existing pipe to a circular shape, and then the renewal pipe is heated to a temperature near the softening point of the material. After the renewed pipe is sufficiently heated, pressure is applied to the inner surface of the renewed pipe to expand the renewed pipe until it comes into contact with the inner surface of the existing pipe. For example, the softening point of high-density polyethylene used in polyethylene pipes for gas piping is in the range of 100 ° C to 120 ° C. After the renewal pipe has been restored to its original shape, cooling is performed while applying pressure to the inside of the renewal pipe. It is desirable that the above-described heating step be performed while there is residual heat when the renewal pipe is inserted.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the tow jig of the present invention, the plate-shaped member made of thermoplastic resin fixed to the free end side of the tow rope is heat-fused with the renewal pipe made of thermoplastic resin, so that the whole is formed in a flat shape. As a result, the frictional resistance with the existing pipes is reduced, and the thermoplastic resin pipes can be smoothly inserted into the existing pipes that are bent complicatedly. Can be prevented. Further, according to the insertion method of the present invention, the towing jig can be easily connected to the renewal pipe, and the towing jig can quickly pass through the existing pipe, so that the existing pipe can be renewed in a short construction period. it can.
