Abstract

図１１に示すように、例えば携帯用便器の蓋（１１Ａ）は蝶着部（１７Ａ）において相互蝶着されている前半部（１２Ａ）と後半部（１３Ａ）とからなり、該後半部（１３Ａ）は枢着部（１８Ａ）によって便座（３Ａ）と共に便器（１Ａ）本体後端部に枢着されている。便器（１Ａ）使用時には二つ折りに畳んで便器（１Ａ）上面後端部に立ち上り状態とする構成のものが提供されている（例えば特許文献１参照）。このような構成の便器は、便器に腰を下ろした使用者の背中が蓋（１１Ａ）の裏面に接触せず清潔に用を足すことが出来る。またこの種の便器には上面後端にコの字形の背もたれが取付けられているものも多い。この場合には上記折畳んだ蓋（１１Ａ）は立ち上がり状態で斜め後方に傾斜して、背もたれの内側に入り込み、背もたれと干渉しないと云う利点がある。

従来この種の折畳み式蓋（１１Ａ）は前半部（１２Ａ）の上面後縁付近に前縁面に指掛け部（１５Ａ）を凹陥させた凹部（１４Ａ）が形成されており、図１２に示すように便器（１Ａ）を使用する時に手Ｈの指Ｆを該凹部（１４Ａ）の指掛け部（１５Ａ）に掛けて矢印イ方向へ引上げることにより該蓋（１１Ａ）を折畳みつゝ開く。

更に従来、図１３に示すように蓋（１１Ａ）の前縁部に手掛けバンド（１５Ｂ）が取り付けられているものも提供されている。該蓋（１１Ａ）は便器（１Ａ）を使用する時には該手掛けバンド（１５Ｂ）に手Ｈの指Ｆを掛けて矢印イ方向へ引上げつゝ折畳む。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
図１１、図１２に示す従来例では、上記蓋（１１Ａ）を折畳みつゝ開く場合の動作は、手の親指とその他の指とで指掛け部（１５Ａ）を掴んで手の甲側に引上げつゝ手を返しながら親指で該指掛け部（１５Ａ）を外側から押して蓋（１１Ａ）を折畳むことになるので逆手になり、また指掛け部（１５Ａ）から指が滑り易いので余分な力がかゝり、手指の不自由な人にとっては困難な動作になっている。
更に折畳んだ蓋（１１Ａ）を開きつゝ閉じる場合には、該凹部（１４Ａ）の指掛け部（１５Ａ）に指Ｆを掛けて矢印ロ方向に引張るのであるが、該凹部（１４Ａ）の指掛け部（１５Ａ）の位置が蝶着部（１７Ａ）近くにあるから引張る力が有効に作用せず、やはり手指の不自由な人にとっては労力がかゝり困難な動作となっている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
