Claims (10)
- コイル型枠(166)上に巻かれた少なくとも1つの極低温コイル(130)を含み、
前記コイル型枠が、ロータの磁極端部材(170)に対する前記少なくとも1つの極低温コイルの熱収縮を吸収するような方法で該磁極端部材に固定されている、
電動機/発電機(10)用ロータ(100)。 - 前記コイル型枠(166)が、前記ロータの磁極端部材(170)に滑動可能に装着された少なくとも1つのブラケット(162)によって、該磁極端部材に固定されている、請求項1記載のロータ(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのブラケット(162)が、繊維強化複合材料及びチタン合金材料の1つを含む、請求項2記載のロータ(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのブラケット(162)が、約910〜約2270Kg(約2000〜約5000lb)の範囲のコイル遠心荷重、少なくとも100g’sの衝撃荷重及び約13600〜約20300N・m(約10000〜約15000ft−lb)の範囲のトルク荷重に耐えるように構成されている、請求項2記載のロータ(100)。
- 前記コイル型枠(166)内の複数の磁極片(164)と、そのうちの少なくとも1つが隣り合う磁極片の間を通っている、前記コイル型枠内の複数のストラット(190)とをさらに含む、請求項1記載のロータ(100)。
- コイル型枠(166)上に巻かれた少なくとも1つの極低温コイル(130)を含み、前記コイル型枠がロータの磁極端部材(170)に対する前記少なくとも1つの極低温コイルの熱収縮を吸収するような方法で該磁極端部材に固定されているロータ(100)と、
ステータヨーク(230)、各々が1端で前記ステータヨークにダブテール接合されかつ隣り合う2つがその間に巻線スロット(222)を画成した複数の巻線分割板(220)、及び前記巻線スロット当たり少なくとも1つのアーマチュア巻線(229)を備えたステータ(200)と、
を含む電動機/発電機(10)。 - 前記ステータ(200)が、巻線スロット(222)当たり少なくとも1つの冷却管(310)をさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つの冷却管は、各アーマチュア巻線(229)が該少なくとも1つの冷却管(310)に熱的に結合されるように配置されている、請求項6記載の電動機/発電機(10)。
- 前記ロータ(100)が、前記少なくとも1つの極低温コイル(130)の外面上に配置された少なくとも1つの冷却管(195)をさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つの冷却管が、冷凍冷却媒体を冷却する冷凍冷却器に連結されている、請求項6記載の電動機/発電機(10)。

各々が1端で前記ステータヨークにダブテール接合されかつ隣り合う2つがその間に巻線スロット(222)を画成した複数の仕切り板(220)と、
