Claims (10)
- ガスタービンエンジン(10)のノズル支持体(32)であって、該ノズル支持体が環状であり、プレナム(42)と一体形の噴射器(44)とを備えた少なくとも1つのガス噴射器アセンブリ(40)を含み、前記プレナムが外面(48)と内面(50)とを含み、前記プレナム内面が前記プレナム内に空洞(52)を画成し、前記噴射器が、入口(72)と出口(74)と該入口及び出口間で延びる通路(70)とを含みかつ前記プレナム外面に対して斜めになった噴射角度(θ)で配向されている、ノズル支持体(32)。
- 前記噴射器通路(70)が、噴射器(44)から吐出された流体流内に渦流を誘発するように構成されている、請求項1記載のノズル支持体(32)。
- 前記プレナム(42)が、内面(50)及び外面(48)間で測定した、約0.200インチよりも小さい厚さ(T1)を有する、請求項1記載のノズル支持体(32)。
- 前記噴射器噴射角度(θ)が、前記プレナム外面(48)に対して測定して約50度〜70度である、請求項1記載のノズル支持体(32)。
- 前記噴射器通路(70)が機械加工法によって形成されている、請求項1記載のノズル支持体(32)。
- 前記噴射器通路(70)が放電加工法によって形成されている、請求項1記載のノズル支持体(32)。
- 前記ノズル支持体が鋳造法によって形成されている、請求項1記載のノズル支持体(32)。
- 前記噴射器通路(70)の断面直径(D1)は、噴射器入口(72)と噴射器出口(74)との間で変化させることができる、請求項1記載のノズル支持体(32)。
- 環状のノズル支持体(32)を含むガスタービンエンジン(10)であって、前記ノズル支持体が複数の周方向に間隔をおいて配置されたガス噴射器アセンブリ(40)を含み、前記ガス噴射器アセンブリの各々がプレナム(42)と該プレナムと単体構造に形成された噴射器(44)とを含み、前記プレナムが外面(48)と内面(50)とを含み、前記プレナム内面が前記プレナム内に空洞(52)を画成し、前記噴射器が、入口(72)と出口(74)と該入口及び出口間で延びる通路(70)とを含みかつ前記プレナム外面に対して測定して斜めになった噴射角度(θ)で該プレナム外面から延びている、ガスタービンエンジン(10)。
- 前記ガス噴射アセンブリ(40)噴射器の各々が、該噴射器(70)から吐出された流体流内に渦流を誘発する、請求項9記載のガスタービンエンジン(10)。
