Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wooden partition device which is installed particularly when a school building is partitioned to form a classroom.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 8 shows a cross section of a metal partitioning device that partitions a large room space. The lower end of the partitioning device is in contact with the floor, and the upper end reaches the ceiling. An adjuster (c) is placed on the floor rail (b) fixed to the floor (a), and the baseboard (d) supported at an appropriate height by the adjuster (c) is a panel (e), (E) stand up at predetermined intervals. The upper ends of the panels (e) and (e) reach the ceiling panel (f), and the ceiling rail (g) screwed to the ceiling panel (f) and a panel guide (h) attached to the ceiling rail (g). ) Supports the upper end.
[0003]
The space from the floor to the ceiling is partitioned by both panels (e) and (e), and the ceiling rail (g) is screwed to a base material (i) to which the ceiling panel (f) is attached. A stud (lu) is interposed between the adjacent panels (e) and (e), and a fastening piece provided on the panel side end is screwed to the stud (lu). An end rail (E) is attached to the wall (W) to fix an end on the panel side and close a gap formed between the wall surfaces.
[0004]
By the way, in the partitioning device of such a structure, components such as a panel (e), a stud (le), a baseboard (d), and a ceiling rail (g) are made of metal, and are generally used in offices and the like. I have. However, it is said that using such a partition device as a partition for partitioning a school classroom is not preferable for emotional education. In recent years, school buildings are made of reinforced concrete, and desks and chairs are also made of metal, which is said to impair the emotions of young children and increase anxiety and fatigue.
[0005]
Some say that this is one of the causes, such as lack of concentration on classes and inducing campus violence. On the other hand, the metal partitioning device has no function of absorbing and releasing moisture, and students cannot hurt the throat or control the influenza breeding because the humidity in the classroom is not maintained at an appropriate level. Further, the metal panel has a high reflectance of ultraviolet rays, often irritates the eyes and puts a burden on the eyes, and has various problems as compared with the old wooden school building.
[0006]
Therefore, conventionally, a wooden partition device, instead of the metal partition device, has been developed and partially used. For example, a "partition panel" according to Japanese Patent No. 2560175, a "partition panel" according to JP-A-2000-303595, a "partition panel" according to Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-34488, and a "partition panel" according to Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-23609. And a "partition panel" according to Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-24787.
[0007]
The partitioning device is configured using these partitioning panels. In the partitioning device configured using the panel, metal parts are used as other partial main components. The use of metal parts for main parts such as studs increases the strength of the partitioning device as a whole and is durable, but it is not easy to combine metal parts and wooden parts. That is, in a combination structure in which a hard metal part and a relatively soft wooden part are butt-jointed, the joint surface is likely to be loosened.
[0008]
On the other hand, the shrinkage rate according to the change in room temperature is significantly different between metal parts and wooden parts. For this reason, as the time elapses even after joining and combining with each other, a gap is generated in the joint surface or rattling occurs. Invite. Therefore, when the sliding door or the hinged door is attached to a part of the partitioning device, a smooth opening and closing operation may be hindered.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional metal partition device and the conventional wooden partition device have the above-mentioned problems. The problems to be solved by the present invention are these problems. The present invention relates to a wooden partitioning device which can relieve a student's anxiety and fatigue even a little, and which is rich in emotions. It provides a wooden partitioning device in which all components are wooden.
[0010]
[Means for solving the problem]
The partitioning device of the present invention is made of wood, and the main components such as the panel body, the stud, and the sliding door are made of wood. In the panel body, two wooden panels are fitted in parallel to each other at predetermined intervals in a wooden frame framed by the upper and lower rails and both vertical rails. The panel bodies are connected to each other via studs that stand perpendicular to the floor surface. Here, a concave groove is formed on the side surface of the vertical bar of the panel body, and the stud is fitted and connected to the concave groove so that the adjacent panel bodies do not shift in position.
[0011]
The panel body is disposed directly on the floor surface and fixed via metal fittings. The side ends of the partition are fixed via metal fittings attached to the wall surface side, and the upper end is also fixed via metal fittings. If necessary, a middle rail may be attached to the panel body, and a sliding door may be fitted in place of the above-mentioned panel. In the case of a classroom partition, the panel may be a blackboard or a bulletin board. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
