Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mounting structure of a back mechanism component such as a supply gutter for guiding a pachinko ball to a ball dispensing device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, a pachinko machine is provided with a number of back mechanism components such as a ball tank on the back side. And, the pachinko balls of the ball tank are provided adjacent to each other so as to be guided to a ball payout device via a supply gutter. Conventionally, the supply gutter has been fixed to the rear surface of the mechanism plate exclusively with screws. For this reason, installation is troublesome and the work efficiency is remarkably reduced. Therefore, the applicant has filed an application in which the screw fixing operation is eliminated (for example, see Patent Document 1).

[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-7-308441
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, although the above-mentioned application has the effect of eliminating the screw, if the locking piece is released by mistake, the supply gutter may come off at a stretch, and the supply gutter must be positioned and mounted again.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such problems of the related art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure in which a supply gutter does not accidentally come off.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is to solve the above problem, and the invention according to claim 1 is a mounting structure for mounting a supply gutter for guiding a pachinko ball to a ball dispensing device to a substrate, wherein the supply gutter is attached to a surface of the substrate. An engaging means that is brought into contact with and slides in a predetermined direction and engages, and the supply gutter is locked in a temporary fixing state and a positioning fixed state in accordance with the sliding, and the engaging state by the engaging means is changed. A backstop means for preventing the supply gutter from sliding in the disengagement direction. The term “sliding” as used herein includes not only linear movement in all directions such as up and down, left and right, front and back, and oblique directions, but also movement in an arc with one end or an intermediate portion as a fulcrum.
[0007]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the engaging means slides on an engaging piece provided on one of the supply gutter or the substrate and a supply gutter provided on the other. And an engaging portion with which the engaging piece engages.
[0008]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the present invention, the reverse blocking means is provided with an elastic locking piece provided on one of the supply gutter or the substrate and the elastic locking piece provided on the other. The piece is constituted by a locking portion that is releasably locked by an elastic force. The elasticity may be imparted by the material itself as the elasticity imparting means, or a bias in the locking direction may be imparted via an elastic member such as a spring or a spring.
[0009]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the third aspect of the present invention, the first engaging portion for locking the supply gutter to the locking portion at the temporary fixing position, and the engaging portion at a position for positioning and fixing the supply gutter. The elastic engagement piece is provided with a second engagement portion that is engaged with the stop portion.
[0010]

And a second locking portion for stopping.
[0011]
According to the above invention, the supply gutter can be easily and securely attached with one touch without using a screw, by simply sliding the supply gutter in the predetermined direction and engaging the engagement means, and the erroneous removal can be achieved. There is no.
[0012]
In a state in which a ball discharging device provided adjacent to the downstream end of the supply gutter is mounted, it is preferable that the ball discharging device is not detachable by the supply gutter. For example, the ball dispensing device is attached by sliding downward, and the supply gutter is attached so as to prevent the ball dispensing device from moving in the direction in which the ball dispensing device is disengaged (upward). The movement is blocked and cannot be removed, and the supply gutter serves as a removal preventing means of the ball discharging device. Further, a detachment preventing piece or the like for preventing the ball dispensing device from moving in the detaching direction with the supply gutter fixed may be separately provided. It is preferable that the ball dispensing device can be detached in a state where the supply gutter is temporarily stopped.
[0013]
Alternatively, the supply gutter may be divided into a plurality of parts, and in a state where one of the divided supply gutters is mounted, the supply gutter previously mounted may not be detached by an adjacent supply gutter.

And provided. Also, a detachment mechanism in which the back mechanism parts are adjacent to each other, and when one of the back mechanism parts is fixed by the attachment structure, the back mechanism parts are prevented from moving in the direction in which the other back mechanism parts come off. Preferably, blocking means are provided. The “back mechanism component” here is a component such as a ball tank, a supply gutter, or a ball dispensing device that is detachably provided on the back side of a pachinko machine.
[0015]

The main flow path 34 is arranged side by side in a widened manner so that a position higher than the bottom wall 33 of the main flow path 34 becomes a support surface via the formed step, and has a step of approximately one pachinko ball at the junction. As shown in FIG. 4, a ball escape portion 37 is provided at the end corner of the sub-flow path 35 by stepped shelves 36a and 36b. The step of each of the shelves 36a and 36b of the ball escape portion 36 is about 6 mm for supporting the ball center of the pachinko ball, and the lower shelf 36a is a width that does not support the pachinko ball due to the arc-shaped surface, and the upper shelf is The portion 36b is gently inclined downward to the sub flow path 35 side. The flow velocity of the sub flow path 35 can also be suppressed by setting the starting point of the lowermost shelf 36a to a corner. The main flow path 34 has a start width of about 20 mm, and has a passage width that allows the pachinko balls to flow down in a zigzag manner at random, and gradually narrows the downstream side to have a passage width of about 12 mm. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the constriction portion has a bottom portion formed into a gentle arc shape at the bottom through a break point, and the arc-shaped passage portion has an upstream gradient set to be larger than a downstream gradient. The ball speed is instantaneously increased to prevent clogging of the ball. Then, the pachinko ball flows down from the end of the arc-shaped passage portion so as to be discharged to a supply passage 10a of the bent gutter 10 described later. Reference numeral 40 denotes a ball leveling lid fixed to the end of the inclined gutter 9, and reference numeral 41 denotes a detection sensor for detecting the presence or absence of a pachinko ball. An attachment piece 42 is provided at the upstream end of the inclined gutter 9, and an engagement hole 43 is opened in the attachment piece 42. A hook-like projection 46 is formed on the downstream end wall of the sub-flow path 35 so that a locking member 45 that prevents the inclined gutter 9 from bending is locked.
[0019]
On the other hand, the mounting portion 50 of the ball tank 7 is formed in a concave shape on the upper rear surface of the mechanism plate 5 as shown in FIG. When the ball tank 7 is mounted on the mechanism plate 5, the mounting portion 50 fits and positions the rear half of the ball tank 7 and positions both sides 23, 24 and a part of the bottom 20 and the upper end of the rear wall 19. Has a function to support. Further, mounting fixing portions 51 and 52 of the ball tank 7 are formed so as to protrude so as to be located on the side of the mounting portion 50. One (the right side in the figure) mounting and fixing portion 52 is provided in a bag shape with one side open and has a through hole 53 on the front surface that matches the through hole 27. The other mounting fixing portion 51 also serves as a mounting portion of the inclined gutter 7, and a plate-shaped portion of the mechanism plate 5 is formed by a separately formed mounting member 55 so as to prevent the ball tank 7 and the inclined gutter 9 from bending. 5 cm. As shown in FIG. 6, the attachment member 55 is provided with a downward L-shaped hook piece 57 that is engaged with an engagement portion 56 formed on the attachment fixing portion 51 on the rear surface of the main body of the attachment member 55. A curved elastic locking piece 58 that locks to a lower end of the attachment fixing portion 51 is formed at a lower portion. The mounting member 55 has recesses 59, 59 for receiving the mounting piece 25 of the ball tank 7 and the mounting piece 42 of the inclined gutter 9, and the engaging holes 28, 43 are engaged with the recesses 59. An outward L-shaped engaging piece 60 is provided. When the hook member 57 faces the opening 51a of the mounting and fixing portion 51 and collides with the front surface of the mounting and fixing portion 51, the elastic locking piece 58 bends, and the mounting member 55 is bent in this state. When it is pushed down, the hook piece 57 is locked to the locking portion 56, and the elastic locking piece 58 is elastically restored and locked to the lower surface of the mounting and fixing portion 51, so that the mounting member 55 is fixed to the mounting and fixing portion 51. It is fixed. Although the lower surface of the arm portion extends from the main body portion of the mounting member 55 so as to be substantially 90 ° in the drawing and the hook piece 57 is suspended from the arm portion, the lower surface of the arm portion is the mounting member. It is preferable that the hook 55 be provided at an acute angle downward from the body of the main body 55 and the hook 57 be provided in the vertical direction, so that the hook 55 can be prevented from coming off under the load applied to the mounting member 55. Further, the upper surfaces of the attachment fixing portion 51 and the attachment member 55 are preferably inclined downward to the rear surface side (upward right direction in FIG. 6) so that they do not stay even if the pachinko balls are placed, and more preferably, the attachment fixing portion. It is preferable that the upper surfaces of the mounting member 55 and the mounting member 55 are inclined downward toward the ball tank 7 so that the pachinko balls enter the ball tank 7. In order to guide the ball tank 7 more reliably, the guide piece may be extended so as to reach the ball tank 7 from the mounting fixing part 51 or the mounting member 55.
[0020]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, an opening 63 is provided at the downstream side of the inclined gutter 9 so that the insertion piece 62 provided at the end of the rear wall 31 of the inclined gutter 9 can be inserted and locked. In the vicinity of the bag-shaped mounting and fixing portion 52, an engagement hole 64 for locking one end of a locking member 45 for preventing the slant gutter 9 from bending is provided. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, the locking member 45 has a base portion 65 fitted into the attachment fixing portion 52 and an insertion piece 66 inserted through the through hole 27. A U-shaped engaging portion 67 that engages with the projection 46 is formed, and a hook piece 68 that engages with the engaging hole 64 is formed at the other end.
[0021]
The mounting and fixing portion 51 having a predetermined height may be provided upright on the mechanism plate 5 without providing the mounting member 55. However, since there is a height as shown in the embodiment, the mechanism plate 5 It is preferable to form them separately for molding and storage. Further, by providing the mounting member 55 with the locking piece 60 for locking the ball tank 7 and the inclined gutter 9, even if the locking piece 60 is damaged, only the mounting member 55 needs to be replaced. 5 can be eliminated without having to replace the entirety.
[0022]
The mounting of the ball tank 7 and the inclined gutter 9 having the above configuration is performed as follows. First, the locking piece 60 of the mounting and fixing portion 51 is made to face the engaging hole 43 of the attaching piece 42 of the inclined gutter 9, and the insertion piece 62 is made to face the opening 63 to abut the mechanism plate 5. When the inclined gutter 9 is slid to the downstream side from this state, the downstream insertion piece 62 is locked at the end of the opening 63 as shown in FIG. Engage. Next, as shown by the chain line in FIG. 3, the engaging hole 28 of the mounting piece 25 of the ball tank 7 faces the locking piece 60 of the mounting fixing part 51, and the ball tank 7 is stored in the mounting part 50. Then, when sliding to the right in this state, the mounting piece 26 is received by the bag-shaped mounting and fixing portion 52, and the locking piece 60 is engaged with the engaging hole 28. At this time, the side wall 32 of the inclined gutter 9 is pressed by the holding piece 29a to prevent the inclined gutter 9 from moving in the pull-out direction, and the holding piece 29b prevents the inclined gutter 9 from bending toward the front side. In this state, the hook 68 of the locking member 45 is engaged with the engaging hole 64, and the base 65 is put on the mounting fixing portion 52, and the insertion piece 66 is inserted through the through hole 53 into the through hole of the mounting piece 26. 27, and the hook 67 at the tip is engaged with the hook-shaped projection 46. Accordingly, the ball tank 7 and the inclined gutter 9 are prevented from moving in the direction in which the ball tank 7 and the inclined gutter 9 are separated from each other, so that the ball tank 7 and the inclined gutter 9 can be attached without screwing, and the inclined gutter 9 can be prevented from bending. At this time, since the mounting direction of the ball tank 7 and the mounting direction of the mounting member 55 are different from each other in the up-down direction with respect to the left-right direction, naturally, the load is not applied in the mounting direction of the mounting member 55 in a normal state. Even if the ball tank 7 is lifted upward while holding the ball tank 7 when transporting the mechanism plate 5, the ball tank 7 fits into the concave mounting portion 50 and is regulated upward by the rear wall 19. Even when the mounting member 55 is detached in the upward direction, it is not lifted upward, so that the mounting member 55 does not come off and the ball tank 7 is securely held.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the bent gutter 10 has a gently curved upstream side and is continuously bent downstream via a linear portion. The supply passage 10a having one side open in a U-shape is integrally formed on a back frame 89, and the open side is closed with a front frame 90. , The locking holes 90a of the front frame 90 are locked to the locking claws 89a of the back frame 89 and assembled. The locking hole 90a has elasticity by providing a slit on the periphery. The width of the curved gutter 10 is gradually reduced from about 20 mm to 12 mm from upstream to downstream. A thin iron plate 92 is provided along a groove 91 provided along the inner side wall of the supply passage 10a to prevent abrasion due to the downflow of the pachinko balls and to play a role in removing static electricity. Further, an opening 93 is provided in the front frame body 90 for adjusting and confirming the fitting state of the iron plate 92 while also removing dust, and a flange portion of the back frame body 89 is provided with an engagement means for mounting the bent gutter 10. , A plurality of engaging pieces 94 are provided, and the flange itself is an engaging piece 94a on the downstream side. An engagement piece 94 located on the upper surface of the bent gutter 10 is provided through an opening 96 through which an engagement portion 95 described later penetrates. Note that the engagement pieces 94 are different in length to shift the timing of engagement with the engagement portion 95. Further, the bent gutter 10 is prevented from moving in the pull-out direction by being locked at a temporary fixing position where the engaging means is partially engaged and at a position where the engaging means is further engaged and positioned and fixed. Reverse blocking means is provided. First locking means for locking the bent gutter 10 to the mechanism plate 5 at a temporary fixing position, and second locking for locking the bending gutter 10 to a position fixed to the mechanism plate 5 as the reverse movement preventing means. Means are provided. As the first locking means, a temporary locking piece 97 having elasticity in the front-rear direction crossing the mechanism plate 5 is provided on the back frame 89. The temporary locking piece 97 has an upwardly inclined locking claw 97a on the back surface, and is provided with an operation portion 97b for bending a finger at the tip. Further, as a second locking means, an abbreviation having a distal end serving as a locking portion 98a, which is bent downward and imparted elasticity, so as to be bent and locked to the front frame body 90 along the plate surface of the mechanism plate 5. A fixed locking piece 98 is provided. The amount of bending of the temporary locking piece 97 and the fixed locking piece 98 is regulated by the restricting piece 99, respectively, and the elasticity of the temporary locking piece 97 and the fixed locking piece 98 is lost due to excessive bending. I try to prevent it. Note that, in this embodiment, the elastic provision directions of the temporary locking pieces 97 and the fixed locking pieces 98 are different, but the elastic provision directions may be the same direction.
[0024]
On the other hand, the attachment portion S1 of the bent gutter 10 is provided with a bag-shaped engagement receiving portion 95 having an open top as an engagement portion for receiving and engaging the engagement piece 94 from above, and the engagement piece 94a Is provided with an engaging portion 100 having an L-shaped cross section. A claw-shaped temporary locking portion 101 and a step-shaped fixed locking portion 102 are provided as locked portions where the temporary locking pieces 97 and the fixed locking pieces 98 are locked. When the locking portion 98a of the fixed locking piece 98 is locked to the stepped portion, the rib wall 102a that regulates and supports the fixed locking piece 98 main body follows the fixed locking piece 98 main body. It is provided as follows. The attachment portion S1 of the bent gutter 10 is provided with a guide rib 103 projecting so as to be able to abut on the outer peripheral edge of the bent gutter 10 and regulating the engaging direction of the bent gutter 10.
[0025]
Next, the configuration of the ball payout device 11 will be described with reference to FIGS. The ball dispensing device 11 controls the ball passage 71 that communicates with the supply passage 10a of the bent trough 10 in the box frame-shaped case body 70, and controls and supports the earliest pachinko ball facing the ball passage 71 so that the ball pachinko ball loads the ball. The dispensing rotator 72 is configured to include a rotating dispensing rotator 72 and control means 73 for controlling the rotation of the dispensing rotator 72. On one side of the case body 70, an attachment piece 73 for attaching the ball dispensing device 11 to the mechanism plate 5 is protruded, and a regulating rib 74 is formed. The attachment piece 73 has a U shape and is strong. In addition, a cut groove-shaped locking groove 61 is formed on the side wall on the side of the mechanism plate 5 so as to be positioned vertically.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 11, the ball passage 71 includes an inflow passage 71 a communicating with the supply passage 10 a of the bent gutter 10, a transfer passage 71 b for transferring the pachinko balls supported by the payout rotating body 72, and It is composed of a discharge passage 71c that is dispensed out of the support of the rotating body 72 and a ball passage 71d. The inflow passage portion 71a is gently curved so as to apply a rotational force to the payout rotating body 72.
[0027]
Reference numeral 75 denotes a sensor for detecting the pachinko ball paid out to the discharge passage portion 71c. The sensor 75 is an optical sensor including a light emitting portion and a light receiving portion, and is located at a position shifted from the center line of the discharge passage portion 71c. They are arranged so that their optical axes intersect. The pachinko ball released from the restraint by the payout rotating body 72 is arranged so as to detect the pachinko ball by blocking the optical axis.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 11, the payout rotating body 72 is a sprocket type having a plurality of (five in the present embodiment) irregularities 76 and 77 as irregularities on the outer periphery. The pachinko ball is supported by the concave and convex teeth 76 and 77, and the pachinko ball is allowed to flow down by its own weight by receiving the concave tooth 76 and supporting the pachinko ball with the weight of the pachinko ball exerting a rotational torque on the payout rotating body 72. Thus, the motor is driven to rotate in the forward direction. The pachinko ball supported by the convex teeth 77 is quickly received in the concave teeth 76 as a tom shape in which the distance from the rotation center 78 of the payout rotating body 72 gradually decreases from the vertex of the convex teeth 77 to the back surface. Therefore, it is possible to cope with the payout by the high-speed rotation.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 11, the control means 73 is provided on an upright wall 79 as a control projecting body which is located on the axial side of the payout rotating body 72 and radially projects at the same pitch as the uneven teeth 76, 77. And an operating body 81 that moves back and forth between the upright walls 79, 79 by the operation of a solenoid 80 as an electric drive source to control the rotation stop of the payout rotating body 72. The operating body 81 is formed with a belt-shaped restricting portion 81a that contacts the rear surface of the upright wall 79 and restricts the payout rotating body 72 to a fixed position.
[0030]
The ball dispensing device 11 is provided with a ball removing device 82. The ball removing device 82 includes a switching valve 83 for switching between a discharge passage portion 71c and a ball removing passage portion 71d, and an operating member 84 for operating the switching valve 83. The operating member 84 includes a plunger for the solenoid 80. An operation section 85 for forcibly operating the operation section 80a is provided. The switching valve 83 is rotatably supported so as to be positioned below the payout rotating body 72 and to switch between the discharge passage portion 71c and the ball removing passage portion 71d, and a shaft formed at one end of the switching valve 83. The pin 83a is loosely fitted in the long hole 84a formed in the operating member 84, and the switching member 83 is rotated by sliding the operating member 84. Reference numerals 86a and 86b denote positioning projections for regulating the normal position and the ball-pulling position of the operating member 84. When the operating member 84 is operated and moved upward as shown by the chain line in FIG. 11, the switching valve 83 is rotated and the operating section 85 is moved upward by the connection between the elongated hole 84a and the shaft pin 83a. The operating part 85 forcibly raises the plunger 80a of the solenoid 80 to operate the operating body 81 to release the engagement with the upright wall 79, and to set the dispensing rotary body 72 to the free state to load the ball. The pachinko ball is discharged to the discharge passage portion 71c by rotating the pachinko ball, and the pachinko ball is guided to the ball discharge passage portion 71d switched by the switching valve 83 to remove the ball. At this time, the operating member 84 is positioned by the positioning protrusion 86b, and maintains the ball removing state. As described above, when the operating member 84 is operated, the switching valve 83 is switched, and the plunger 80a of the solenoid 80 can be forcibly moved upward, so that the ball can be manually removed. There is no need to energize and excite.
[0031]
On the other hand, the mounting portion S2 of the ball dispensing device 11 provided on the mechanism plate 5 is provided with a holding piece 88 erected so as to sandwich the ball dispensing device 11 so as to substantially face each other. An engagement recess 87 into which the mounting piece 73 is fitted from above is formed in the holding piece 88 (upper right side). The regulating rib 74 is supported at an end of the holding piece 88. Further, a hook-shaped locking piece 69 that locks in the locking groove 61 is provided in the vicinity of the holding piece 88 on the other side (left side in the figure).
[0032]
Next, attachment of the bent gutter 10 and the ball dispensing device 11 will be described. First, the mounting of the ball dispensing device 11 is such that the mounting piece 73 is positioned above the engaging portion 87 of the mechanism plate 5 and the locking groove 69 is positioned above the locking piece 69 as shown in FIG. As described above, the side surface of the case body 70 is brought into contact with the attachment portion S1, and is slid downward in this state. Then, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 13, the locking piece 69 is engaged with the locking groove 61, the mounting piece 73 is engaged with the engaging portion 87, and the case piece 70 is held by the holding piece 88. The ball dispensing device 11 is attached to the mounting portion S1 without being restricted except for the upward movement for releasing the engagement.
[0033]
Next, in order to mount the bent gutter 10, the bent gutter 10 is exposed with the engagement pieces 94, 94a positioned above the engagement receiving portions 95 and the engagement portions 100 as shown in FIG. At this time, as shown in FIG. 14A, the temporary fixing piece 97 of the first locking means is pressed against the temporary fixing part 101 and is pressed and bent by elasticity. When the bent gutter 10 is slid downward along the guide rib 103 in this state, a part of the engagement piece 94 is fitted into the engagement receiving portion 95 as shown in FIGS. Then, as shown in FIG. 14B, the temporary locking piece 97 is released from the pressing of the temporary locking portion 101, the temporary locking piece 97 is elastically restored, and the locking claw 97a is temporarily fixed. The bent gutter 10 is stopped by the locking portion 101 to prevent the bent gutter 10 from moving upward, so that the bent gutter 10 is in a temporarily fixed state in which the bent gutter 10 is not unnecessarily removed. At this time, the fixed locking piece 98 is bent as a result of contact with the fixed locking portion 102 as shown in FIG. Then, when the bent gutter 10 is further slid downward, the engagement piece 94 is completely received and engaged with the engagement receiving portion 95 as shown in FIG. At the same time, the fixed locking piece 98 of the second locking means comes down in contact with the fixed locking portion 102 while flexing and resiliently engages with the step portion of the fixed locking portion 102, thereby bending. The gutter 10 is prevented from moving upward and is positioned and fixed at a predetermined position. Then, the bending gutter 10 is mounted without screws, and the accuracy of the mounting position is maintained, and the bent gutter 10 is mounted without rattling or displacement. At the same time, the ball dispensing device 11 is prevented from moving upward by the bent gutter 10 and cannot be removed. The locking means is constituted by the elastic locking pieces 97, 98 and the locking portions 101, 102, so that the elastic locking pieces 97, 98 are locked when they are resiliently locked to the locking portions 101, 102. A sound is generated and the locked state can be confirmed by hearing (ear).
[0034]
In order to remove the ball dispensing device 11 attached as described above from the mechanism plate 5, first, the fixed locking piece 98 of the second locking means of the bent gutter 10 is operated against the elasticity, and the fixed locking portion is operated. When the bent gutter 10 is moved up along the guide rib 103 in this state, the temporary locking piece 97 of the first locking means is temporarily locked as shown in FIG. The upward movement is prevented by stopping against the stop locking portion 101. At this time, as shown in FIG. 15 (a), the engagement piece 94 is still in the temporarily fixed state received in the engagement receiving portion 95, and the bent gutter 10 does not come off and cannot be removed from the mechanism plate 5. . Further, since the bent gutter 10 that has prevented the upward movement of the ball discharging device 11 has moved upward, the locking position of the ball discharging device 11 is located between the upper end of the ball discharging device 11 and the lower end of the bent gutter 10. A gap having a moving distance from the position to the release position is generated. When the ball dispensing device 11 in which the upward movement of the ball dispensing device 11 is free is pushed upward in the gap, the engagement between the mounting piece 73 and the engaging portion 87 is released, and the locking piece is released. 69 is disengaged from the locking groove 61, and the ball dispensing device 11 can be easily removed from the mechanism plate 5.
[0035]
Next, in order to remove the bent gutter 10, in a state in which the engagement of the second locking means 98 and 102 shown in FIG. To release the engagement with the temporary locking portion 101 and move the bent gutter 10 upward, as shown by the chain line in FIG. It can be removed by releasing the engagement. In addition, it is needless to say that only the bent gutter 10 can be removed without removing the ball dispensing device 11 as necessary.
[0036]
As described above, since the bent gutter 10 has a temporary fixing state in which the first locking means is locked, even if the bent gutter 10 is vigorously moved upward in a state in which the engagement of the second locking means is released. Since the locking means is locked, it does not come off carelessly, and there is no need to reattach. In particular, since the second locking means for releasing the positioning and fixing state and the first locking means for releasing the temporary fixing state are provided at different positions at different positions, it is possible to release the temporary fixing state by mistake. There is no.
[0037]
In the embodiment, it is preferable to provide ball stopping means for preventing the pachinko balls in the supply passage 10a from spilling when the bending gutter 10 is temporarily stopped and the ball dispensing device 11 is removed. For example, a ball stop valve that protrudes into the supply passage 10a at the lower end of the bent gutter 10 or a ball that faces the lower end of the bent gutter 10 due to its own weight or elasticity when the bent gutter 10 is temporarily moved to the mechanism plate 5 It is conceivable to provide a stop piece or a ball stop member. Further, the ball stop between the curved gutter 10 and the inclined gutter 9 can be performed at the upstream end of the curved gutter 10.
[0038]
Further, when the reverse locking means is provided at the first locking means and the second locking means at a plurality of locations, the installation location is determined so that it is possible to determine which of the locking means is temporarily released or released. In response to the above, it is preferable to display a number or a letter indicating the operation order on the surface of the mechanism plate 5 or the supply gutter 10 so as to prevent an erroneous operation.
[0039]
In the above-described embodiment, the bent gutter 10 is attached by sliding in the vertical direction. However, the direction of the bent gutter 10 is not limited. You may make it slide in an arc shape as a fulcrum. For example, as shown in FIG. 16, the mounting of the ball dispensing device 11 is performed by sliding left and right, and the bent gutter 10 is rotatably slid about the center as a fulcrum. Specifically, a hollow shaft cylindrical portion 105 is formed in the center of the back surface of the bent gutter 10, and a holding piece 106 as a blocking means for preventing removal of the ball discharging device 11 is provided at the downstream end in a direction in which the ball discharging device 11 is removed. Is provided so as to press the side. On the other hand, a cylindrical shaft portion 107 is provided at the attachment portion S1 of the bent gutter 10 at a position corresponding to the hollow shaft tube portion 105, and an inverted L-shape as an engagement means for holding the front and side surfaces of the bent gutter 10 is provided. Are provided. A slit is formed in the attachment part S1 of the mechanism plate 5 to provide elasticity, and a temporary fixing part 109 for locking in a temporary fixing state and a fixed locking part 110 for positioning and fixing the bent gutter 10 are provided. . The claw locking portion 109 and the fixed locking portion 110 always have front claw portions 109a and 110a protruding from the surface of the mechanism plate 5, and when they are released from the pressing of the bent gutter 10, they elastically return to be bent. Lock to 10 sidewalls. The positioning and holding piece 108 is preferably provided in a position corresponding to the locking hole 90a to which the bent gutter 10 is to be assembled, and the positioning and holding piece 108 can prevent the bending in the assembly releasing direction. The assembly is more robust.
[0040]
The ball dispensing device 11 of this embodiment is attached by sliding the ball dispensing device 11 laterally and engaging the mounting piece 73 with the engaging portion 87. Next, when attaching the bent gutter 10, the hollow shaft tube portion 105 of the bent gutter 10 is moved so as to press the temporary fixing portion 109 at the position shown by the dashed line in FIG. It is positioned by being inserted through the cylindrical shaft portion 107 and slid so as to rotate in the counterclockwise direction in the figure as shown by the arrow in the figure. Then, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 16 (a), the front surface of the bent gutter 10 is locked so as to enter the lower surface of the positioning holding piece 108, and is prevented from moving to the front side. 109 is released from the pressing of the bent gutter 10, the tip claw portion 109a is elastically restored, and the bending gutter 10 is prevented from returning, and is brought into a temporarily fixed state. When the bent gutter 10 is further slid to the position indicated by the solid line in FIG. 16 (b) while pressing the fixed locking portion 110, the fixed locking portion 110 is released from the pressing of the bent gutter 10 and the tip claw portion is released. The elastic member 110a is elastically restored, is locked on the side of the bent gutter 10, and is completely held and fixed by the holding piece 108. At this time, the side of the ball discharging device 11 is pressed by the pressing piece 106 to prevent the ball discharging device 11 from moving in the removal direction. Note that the pivot position of the bent gutter 10 can be arbitrarily changed, may be the upstream end, and the rotation direction is not particularly limited. Further, the mounting direction of the ball dispensing device 11 is not limited, and may be the front-back direction. At this time, the bending gutter 10 may be provided with a removal preventing unit for preventing the movement in the front-rear direction. . Further, as the ball stopping means provided in this embodiment, when the bent gutter 10 moves from the solid line position of FIG. 16 (b) to the temporarily fixed state of the solid line position of FIG. A ball retaining wall that is positioned and supports the pachinko ball in the supply passage 10a and stops the ball may be provided upright on the mechanism plate 5. At this time, naturally, a height that does not interfere with the pressing piece 106 and the ball retaining wall is selected. The ball stop between the bent gutter 10 and the inclined gutter 9 can be performed at the upstream end of the bent gutter 10 as shown by the solid line in FIG.
[0041]
FIGS. 17 and 18 show another embodiment. The difference from the above embodiment is that a detachment preventing means is provided so that the inclined gutter 9 cannot be removed by attaching the bent gutter 10. The components will be described with the same reference numerals. In this embodiment, a pressing piece 111 for pressing the front wall 30 of the inclined gutter 9 is provided at a connection portion of the bent gutter 10 with the inclined gutter 9 as a removal preventing means, and a bent portion is provided at an end of the front wall 30 of the inclined gutter 9. A locking rib 112 in the sliding direction of the gutter 10 is provided. The pressing piece 111 has a U-shaped locking groove 113 formed on the back surface to be hooked on the locking rib 112, and interferes with the inclined gutter 9 in the temporarily fixed state of the bent gutter 10 shown in FIG. Never. Further, the bent gutter 10 is slid so as to press the front wall 30 of the inclined gutter 9 in a state where the second locking means shown in FIG. 17 (b) is locked, and as shown in FIG. The stop groove 113 is locked to the locking rib 112 to reliably prevent the inclined gutter 9 from being pulled out in the removing direction (left direction in the drawing) and to prevent the inclined gutter 9 from bending. The same effect can be obtained by providing a locking rib on the pressing piece 111 and forming a locking groove 113 at the end of the front wall 30 of the inclined gutter 9. In this embodiment, the inclined gutter 9 is detached to the left. However, the inclined gutter 9 may be removed in the forward direction, and when detached upward, the inclination gutter 9 is prevented from moving upward. What is necessary is just to provide a piece. Preferably, the directions of removal of the bent gutter 10 and the inclined gutter 9 are made different, so that a more reliable stopping ability is obtained.
[0042]
Further, the engaging means is an engaging piece provided on the bent gutter 10 and an engaging receiving part provided on the mechanism plate 5, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and it is possible to provide the engaging means in a reverse manner so as to face each other. The opened engagement receiving portion may be engaged with the upward engagement piece. Further, the engaging means may be a protrusion having a head and a retaining hole, and various methods of sliding engagement are conceivable.
[0043]
Although the first locking means and the second locking means are provided on the supply gutter 8 side as locking pieces with elasticity as the reverse movement preventing means, the locking portion is provided by providing a slit or the like in the mechanism plate 5. You may make it give elasticity. Further, the bias in the locking direction is applied to one of the locking portion and the locked portion to be engaged as the back-stopping device by the elasticity of the material itself. The bias in the locking direction may be applied via an elastic member such as a spring. At this time, another member may be provided rotatably or slidably, and may be urged in the locking direction via an elastic member. Alternatively, the center of gravity may be positioned in the direction in which one of the reverse blocking means is locked so as to be rotatable and locked by its own weight.
[0044]
Further, as the reverse movement preventing means, the first locking means for locking the temporary fixing position and the second locking means for locking the fixed position are provided at different places. It is also possible to provide a plurality of engaging portions or locking portions on one side as shown in FIGS. 19 and 20. FIG. 19 shows an elastic locking of a first engaging portion 116a that locks at a temporary fixing position of the bent gutter 10 to a locking portion 115 provided on the substrate 5 side and a second engaging portion 116b that locks at a fixed position. It is provided on the piece 117. Then, by sliding the bent gutter 10 as shown in FIG. 19A, the first engaging portion 116a is locked by the locking portion 115, and the backward movement of the bent gutter 10 in the removal direction is prevented. As a result, the second engaging portion 116b is locked to the locking portion 115 and fixed in position by sliding the bent gutter 10 as shown in FIG. The fixed release of the bent gutter 10 is performed by bending the elastic locking piece 117 against the urging force to release the engagement between the second engaging portion 116b and the locking portion 115 and moving the elastic locking piece 117 upward. The mating portion 116a collides with the locking portion 115 to be in the temporary fixing state shown in FIG. 19A, and does not come off at a stretch. FIG. 20 shows a downward staircase composed of a first locking portion 115a for locking the locking portion provided on the substrate 5 side at the temporary fixing position and a second locking portion 115b for locking at the position for positioning and fixing. The elastic locking piece 117 is locked to prevent the bent gutter 10 from moving in the pull-out direction. Then, by sliding the bent gutter 10 as shown in FIG. 20A, the engaging portion 116 of the elastic locking piece 117 is locked to the first locking portion 115a, and the withdrawing direction of the bent gutter 10 is removed. 20 (b), the engaging portion 116 of the elastic locking piece 117 is locked by the second locking as shown in FIG. It is locked to the part 115b and fixed in position. To release the fixing of the bent gutter 10, the elastic locking piece 117 is bent against the bias to release the engagement between the engaging portion 116 and the second locking portion 115 b and move upward. The first stop portion 115a comes into contact with the first locking portion 115a to be in a temporary fixing state shown in FIG. 20A, and does not come off at once.
[0045]
In the embodiment, the mounting structure of the bent gutter 10 as the supply gutter 8 of the back mechanism component has been described, but the mounting structure of the inclined gutter 9 may of course be used. Further, the present invention is not limited to the supply gutter 8, but may be a mounting structure for a back mechanism component such as the ball dispensing device 11. At this time, it is preferable to add a function of blocking means for preventing removal of the adjacent back mechanism component when the back mechanism component is mounted by the mounting structure of the back mechanism component of the present invention.
[0046]
Further, in the embodiment, the bent gutter 10 is attached to the mechanism plate 5 using the substrate as the mechanism plate 5. For example, a payout unit is configured by the bent gutter 10 and the ball payout device 11, and the base of the payout unit is formed. The plate may be used as the substrate on which the bent gutter 10 is mounted. Further, the ball tank 7 and the supply gutter 8 may be directly provided with the substrate as the front frame 2.
[0047]
In the embodiment, the supply gutter is a single supply gutter, but it goes without saying that a supply gutter provided with multiple supply gutters may be used.
[0048]
Further, the ball payout device 11 is not limited to the embodiment. For example, instead of the payout rotating body 72, the tip of the ball is sharpened like a beak and a rotating body that supports the earliest pachinko ball is provided in the ball passage 71. It may be provided so that it can move forward and backward. It is preferable that the ball dispensing device is provided with a rotation regulating body which is positioned above the rotating body and is rotated by a ball load in a vertical plane so as to be freely rotatable. It is good to lead to the moving body. The ball passage 71 is preferably formed to be bent in a direction to promote the rotation of the rotation restricting body, and the position immediately above the rotating body is such that the pachinko ball fed in such that the rotation restricting body is wound by the ball load is not bitten. It is preferable to provide it slightly inclined in the rotation direction.
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the supply gutter mounting structure of the present invention, in addition to the engagement means for slidingly attaching the supply gutter, the locking means for locking the supply gutter in the temporarily fixed state and the positioning fixed state is provided. Therefore, the supply gutter can be securely attached to the mechanism plate with a single touch, and the supply gutter does not come off unnecessarily. Further, there is no danger of defective products due to forgetting to close screws or improper tightening or tightening, unlike conventional screwing, and has a beneficial effect such as a reduction in assembly cost and an improvement in quality.
