Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying gutter mounting structure for the game machine islands which facilitates the adjustment of the mounting positions of the individual conveying gutters and accomplish the simple removal thereof by enabling the simple and accurate mounting of the conveying gutters free from the marginal restriction being extended in the longitudinal direction of the island at the optimum positions at the upper part of the game machine island. <P>SOLUTION: A stay member 41 is mounted across a pair of lateral frames 14 making a part of a frame structure 10a at the upper part of the island and a pair of hoisting members 43 suspended parallel with each other from below the stay member 41 is disposed within the upper part of the island. A connection member 50 with which the conveying gutter 30 is fixed being carried thereon in the course thereof is detachably mounted across the hoisting members 43. 本発明は、複数の遊技機を列設して成る遊技機島において、遊技媒体を流下させる搬送樋を、各遊技機上方の島上部で島長手方向に傾斜して延びる状態に取り付け支持するための搬送樋取付構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、遊技機島内で搬送樋を固定するには、遊技機島のフレーム構造を成す島柱に取り付ける方式と、同じくフレーム構造を成す島木に取り付ける方式とがある。前者の場合、島柱はフロア上に一対ずつ対向する状態で島長手方向に並べて立設されており、それぞれ対を成す島柱間に枠状の固定金具を予め位置決めしてリベット等で固定しておき、この固定金具の枠内に、島長手方向につなげる各搬送樋の端部同士を重ね合わせたつなぎ箇所を挿入して固定していた。

後者の場合、島木は一対として前記各島柱の上端間に渡って島長手方向に延びるように組み付けられており、この島木間にステーを架け渡して、ステーには一対の吊り金具を互いに平行に垂下するように取り付けておき、各吊り金具間の適当な上下位置で、島長手方向につなげる各搬送樋の端部同士を重ね合わせたつなぎ箇所とこの両側の吊り金具とに、それぞれ一本の連結軸を貫通させて固定していた。

また、特許文献1に開示されたような搬送樋の取付構造も知られている。すなわち、島を構成する少なくとも1対の膳板ユニットが所定間隔で対向設置され、各膳板ユニット間には、両側に膳板ユニットの対向面と平行する側板を有すると共に、各側板の所定位置に横長溝部を有する搬送樋が配置され、前記各膳板ユニットの対向面には、内部溝の幅よりも狭い幅の開口溝を有する複数のレール部材が垂直に取り付けてあり、前記搬送樋は、前記内部溝と前記横長溝部に挿着して締め付けるボルトとナットを介して前記膳板ユニット間に取り付けられていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前述したような従来の搬送樋の取付構造では、前者の技術の場合、島長手方向に一対ずつ並ぶ島柱間の間隔(以下「マチ」とする。)に各搬送樋の傾斜分も含めた長さを合わせる必要があり、前記マチの相違に対応できるように、様々な長さの搬送樋を予め用意しなければならず、相当数の搬送樋の在庫を必要とするという問題があった。

また、搬送樋の取り付けに際しては、前記固定金具の枠内に、各搬送樋の端部同士を重ね合わせたつなぎ箇所を挿入して固定しなければならず、狭いスペースでの取り付け作業が面倒であり施工に多くの時間を要するという問題があり、さらに、搬送樋の保守・点検に際しては、搬送樋ないし固定金具を取り外すためにリベット等による固定を逐次外さなければならず、保守・点検後の再度の取り付けも面倒で手間がかかるという問題があった。

後者の技術の場合、前記マチに規制されることなく、予め規定された長さの搬送樋の端部同士のつなぎ箇所に合わせて、前記ステーを島長手方向に動かし位置決めしてから固定することができるが、搬送樋の取り付けに際しては、各吊り金具間に搬送樋のつなぎ箇所を仮止めするような手段はなく、適当な位置に手で保持した状態で、各吊り金具や搬送樋の両側に連結軸を貫通させて固定する作業が非常に難しく、施工にいっそう多くの時間を要し、搬送樋の保守・点検に際しても、なおさら搬送樋の取り外しや再度の取り付けが困難という問題があった。

さらに、特許文献1に開示された技術の場合であっても、前記各膳板ユニット間に搬送樋を取り付けるに際し、搬送樋をレール部材にボルト止めするときに、前記後者の技術と同様に各膳板ユニット間の適当な位置に搬送樋を仮止めするような手段はなく、適当な位置に手で保持しながらのボルト止め作業は非常に難しく、施工に多くの時間を要し、搬送樋の保守・点検に際しても、なおさら搬送樋の取り外しや再度の取り付けが困難という問題があった。

本発明は、以上のような従来技術の有する問題点に着目してなされたもので、遊技機島の島上部における最適な位置に、マチに規制されることなく搬送樋を島長手方向に傾斜して延びる状態に簡単かつ確実に取り付けることができ、取付位置を調整することも容易であり、しかも簡単に取り外すこともできる遊技機島の搬送樋取付構造を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した目的を達成するための本発明の要旨とするところは、次の各項の発明に存する。
[1]複数の遊技機(11)を列設して成る遊技機島(10)において、遊技媒体を流下させる搬送樋(30)を、各遊技機(11)上方の島上部で島長手方向に傾斜して延びる状態に取り付け支持するための搬送樋取付構造において、
前記島上部のフレーム構造(10a)の一部として島長手方向に亘り互いに平行に延びる一対の横設フレーム(14)の間に架け渡すステー部材(41)と、
前記ステー部材(41)に互いに平行に垂下する状態に取り付ける一対の吊り部材(43)と、
前記各吊り部材(43)の間に着脱可能に架設して、前記搬送樋(30)の途中を載置した状態で固定する接続部材(50)とを有し、
前記接続部材(50)の両側端に、それぞれ側方に突出する係合突起(52)を設ける一方、前記各吊り部材(43)の上下に延びる一端縁に沿って、前記係合突起(52)をそれぞれ着脱可能に掛け止める複数の被係合溝(46)を連設したことを特徴とする遊技機島(10)の搬送樋取付構造。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に基づき本発明を代表する一の実施の形態を説明する。
図1〜図9は本発明の一実施の形態を示している。
図2に示すように、本実施の形態に係る遊技機島10は、複数の遊技機11を列設して成り、背中合わせに遊技機11を組み付けるフレーム構造10aは、遊技場のフロア上に構築される。隣接する遊技機11の間の隙間には台間玉貸機12が配されている。ここで遊技機10とは、ハンドルの回転操作により遊技盤面上にパチンコ玉(遊技媒体)を打ち出して入賞を楽しむパチンコ機である。

図3〜図6に示すように、ステー部材41は溝形断面形状に形成されており、各島木14の間に架け渡される長さに設定されている。ステー部材41は、各島木14の間で島長手方向に摺動可能に架け渡されるので、島長手方向に位置調整することができ、位置決めされた後はネジ等で島木14に固定すると良い。ステー部材41の両側には、それぞれ長手方向に延びる一対の長溝42が穿設されており、各長溝42には、それぞれ吊り部材43の上端より延びるネジ軸44が貫通した状態で取り付けられている。

複数の遊技機を列設して成る遊技機島において、遊技媒体を流下させる搬送樋を、各遊技機上方の島上部で島長手方向に傾斜して延びる状態に取り付け支持するための搬送樋取付構造において、
前記島上部のフレーム構造の一部として島長手方向に亘り互いに平行に延びる一対の横設フレームの間に架け渡すステー部材と、
前記ステー部材に互いに平行に垂下する状態に取り付ける一対の吊り部材と、
前記各吊り部材の間に着脱可能に架設して、前記搬送樋の途中を載置した状態で固定する接続部材とを有し、
前記接続部材の両側端に、それぞれ側方に突出する係合突起を設ける一方、前記各吊り部材の上下に延びる一端縁に沿って、前記係合突起をそれぞれ着脱可能に掛け止める複数の被係合溝を連設したことを特徴とする遊技機島の搬送樋取付構造。
