Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely reduce a cost in the case of a small-scale construction, to decrease a labor such as the preparatory plans of a material and a machine and to provide constant quality to a user in the case of the construction in a rainy weather in an extent that an adhesion with an existing road surface is not hindered.
SOLUTION: In a simple asphalt curve, the lower section of this product is previously coated sufficiently with an emulsion in the case of a combination by using the emulsion, properties in which a working is facilitated by an overheating is utilized on the properties of asphalt and the existing road surface is coated with the emulsion in addition to the overheating and the execution of works is conducted quickly. When an adhesive having a cutoff effect is used, the adhesive is applied uniformly, and the execution of works is conducted. When an asphalt emulsion is used in the combination of the mutual products, both side faces are flattened so as to be fast stuck. When a curve section is constructed, the other side face is cut in conformity with the angle of one connecting face. The side face is coated sufficiently with the asphalt emulsion and the side faces are combined. When the adhesion is used, small irregularities are formed to the combined side faces, the side faces are heated properly and the trouble is solved by burying nails or the like having lengths of approximately 3 cm. The use of this product at the place of severe traffic vibrations is not recommended to traffic vibrations (the uneven place of the like having severe stepped sections).
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a small-scale structure and asukab which serve as drainage facilities in road construction.
[0002]
2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional technique, there is a technique generally called askab. (For example, see Non-Patent Document 1.) (For example, see Non-Patent Document 2.) There is also a concrete product having a similar shape and construction method, which is generally called a sidewalk boundary block or a curbstone. (Hereinafter, curbstones.) (See Non-Patent Document 3) Hereinafter, asukab will be described with reference to FIG. 2, and curbstones will be described with reference to FIG.

[Non-Patent Document 3] Standard Design Drawings for Small Structures, Chugoku Regional Construction Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism 60p-65p
[0004]
The conventional ascav is a method of supplying asphalt mixture to a construction machine called ascover by a human power or a machine such as a back hood, and constructing and manufacturing a continuous asbestos on site. Was. Regardless of the amount of construction, it costs a certain amount of cost when constructing asukab, does not produce density in rainy weather, lowers the temperature of the mixture, and seriously damages the quality. It is easy to be influenced. There is also a curbstone in concrete products of the same shape and construction method. It is said that the curb of a concrete product cannot be constructed by anyone who can only construct it by skilled workers. Furthermore, a method is generally used in which the joints are joined with cement mortar called joints, but it takes as much time as installation.
[0005]
The most important feature of this product is that Asukab is shipped from the factory as a product, and is constructed by a user. Furthermore, unlike concrete products, anyone can easily and quickly construct.
[0006]
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In the prior art Asukab described with reference to FIG. 2, on-site construction was indispensable in order to manufacture 1. This product (Fig. 1) is manufactured and shipped with dimensions suitable for applications of 700 mm or less. The road surface is heated in advance, and an asphalt emulsion or an adhesive having a water-stopping effect is applied to the road surface or a connection portion between the products and bonded. If cracks or skin separation occurs at the connection between products due to traffic vibration, etc., use a metal fitting such as a nail or a spike to prevent slippage as shown in 3 in Fig. 1 (to the extent that asphalt does not disperse due to heat). If the connection between these products shifts, the asphalt can be easily processed by heating, so heat the connection so that the asphalt does not disperse due to heat. And flatten it with a trowel. As a result of the above, in small-scale construction, the cost that can be cut, such as the number of machines and the number of people, is reduced. A certain level of quality was achieved irrespective of the conditions described above. (Conventional construction methods cannot be used in rainy weather, so work may be suspended.) Furthermore, the curb described in FIG. 3 requires work by skilled workers, but this product was constructed by auxiliary workers. However, the quality of the curb was not changed from that of skilled workers. Was.
[0007]
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 is an explanatory view when this product is constructed.
[0008]
As described above, in the case of small-scale construction, the cost is greatly reduced, labor for setting up materials and machines is reduced, and construction in rainy weather is not impaired for adhesion to the existing road surface. Then, a certain quality can be provided to the user. In addition, even those who are not engaged in this job at all can ensure the same quality as skilled workers.
