TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure for assembling a guide shoe for an elevator using hydraulic or pneumatic pressure at home, which is installed in a house mainly used by the elderly and the sick.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as illustrated in FIG. 8, a flange portion 22 is formed at a lower end in a housing 21 of a guide 20 having a U-shaped cross section, and a guide rail insertion portion formed of an anti-vibration rubber 23 and a guide shoe 24 is formed in the flange portion 22. The guide rail insertion portion 25 is inserted into a guide rail (not shown) formed in a hoistway, and the guide 20 is movable up and down. At this time, the upper end of the guide rail insertion portion 25 was screwed with a bolt 27 via a plate 26 so that the guide rail insertion portion 25 did not fall off. (For example, Patent Document 1 is known.)
[0003]
9 and 10, the guide 20 comprises a block-shaped guide rail insertion portion 25 having a U-shaped cross section and a holding plate (plate) 26, and the inner wall surface of the guide rail insertion portion 25 prevents wear. For this purpose, two independent plate-shaped shoes 24, 24 are inserted.
[0004]
However, in the case of the guide 20 as disclosed in Patent Document 1, the flange 21 is required in the shape of the housing 21 and the design is complicated, and the guide rail insertion portion 25 is a shoe assembly including the vibration-proof rubber 23 and the guide shoe 24. Since the metal portion is exposed at the upper end of the shoe, rattling and noise tend to occur when the guide 20 moves up and down, and the structure of the shoe 24 is complicated.
[0005]
9 and 10, the guide 20 is composed of the guide shoe 24 and the holding plate 26, and there is a gap between the height of the guide shoe 24 and the holding plate 26. When the elevator moves up and down, the guide shoe 24 moves up and down, and rattling and noise are likely to be generated. To prevent this noise, the guide shoe 24 is formed to have a long dimension so that it is bent inward and comes into contact with the guide rail. There is a problem in that the guide shoe 24 is easily worn out, the life of the guide shoe 24 is shortened, and the guide shoe 24 must be frequently replaced.

JP-A-2001-261259 (pages 1 to 3, FIGS. 1 to 3)
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems. Even if there is a gap between the guide shoe and the holding plate, rattle and noise are hardly generated, the life of the guide shoe is long, and replacement is easy. The present invention provides a structure for assembling a guide shoe of a simple elevator.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The assembling structure of the guide shoe of an elevator according to claim 1 of the present invention is a slide of a guide rail erected in an elevator elevating space and a guide body slidably attached to the guide rail on an outer surface of a car. An inner wall surface of a slide groove of the guide body in an assembly structure of an elevator guide shoe including a guide in which a guide shoe is provided in a groove and upper and lower ends of the guide body are fixed by a holding plate so as to be slidable. And a semi-through mounting hole formed on the back surface of the plate-like guide shoe is fitted to the guide pin.
[0009]
Therefore, even if there is a gap between the height of the guide shoe and the holding plate, rattling and noise are generated by fitting the guide pin with the semi-through mounting hole formed on the back surface of the plate-shaped guide shoe. It is a structure for assembling guide shoes of an elevator, which is difficult to replace, has a long life of the guide shoes, and is easy to replace.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an assembling structure for an elevator guide shoe, wherein the guide shoe according to the first aspect is formed in a plate shape on an inner wall surface of a slide groove having a U-shaped cross section, and is provided on the plate body. A guide shoe having a semi-penetrating mounting hole is fitted to a guide pin independently of each other.
[0011]
Therefore, if one type of guide shoe having a length, thickness, and height is formed, it can be mounted on any of the three surfaces, and only one type of guide shoe is required, which is economical. Also, the guide shoe of the elevator can be easily replaced.
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided an elevator guide shoe assembling structure, wherein the guide shoe according to the first aspect is formed in a U-shape on an inner wall surface of a slide groove having a U-shaped cross section, and is provided in the U-shape. The semi-penetrating mounting hole is provided so that the guide shoe formed on the rear surface is fitted to the guide pin.
[0013]
Therefore, by using the guide shoe having the U-shaped cross section, the guide shoe can be inserted with one guide shoe, and the replacement is easy without rattling.
[0014]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided an assembling structure of a guide shoe for an elevator, wherein the height of the guide shoe according to any one of the first to third aspects is shorter than the height of a slide groove of the guide body. The upper and lower ends of the main body are fixed with a holding plate.
[0015]
Therefore, since the height of the guide shoe is shorter than the height of the slide groove of the guide body, the lid can be easily covered with the holding plate.
[0016]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the guide shoe assembling structure of the elevator is characterized in that the material of the guide shoe according to any one of the first to fourth aspects is made of a synthetic resin.
[0017]
Therefore, it is possible to raise and lower the elevator smoothly without generating frictional force on the guide shoe, and the wear on the guide rail is small.
[0018]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, an elevator guide shoe assembly structure according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view schematically showing a guide shoe, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a main part showing the shape of the guide shoe, and FIG. 3 is a vertical sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. FIG. 4 is a plan view of the assembly shoe of FIG. 1 viewed from the slide groove portion direction. FIG. 5 is a longitudinal sectional view of a guide shoe according to another embodiment. FIG. FIG. 7 is a schematic perspective view showing a mounting state of the guide shoe and the guide rail.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, the structure for assembling the guide shoe of the elevator according to the present invention includes the guide rails 1, 1 standing upright facing the lift space of the elevator and sliding on the guide rails 1, 1. A guide shoe 5 is mounted in a slide groove 4 of a guide body 3 made of a metal such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, or the like, which is movably fixed to the outer surface of the car 2 and has a substantially U-shaped cross section. The upper and lower end portions of the guide body 3 are fixed to holding plates 6a and 6b made of metal such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel or the like and made of synthetic resin, and the guide 7 is slidable.
[0020]
A guide pin 8 protrudes from the inner wall surface of the slide groove 4 of the guide body 3, and a semi-through mounting hole 9 formed on the back surface of the plate-like guide shoe 5 is fitted to the guide pin.
[0021]
At this time, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the plate-shaped guide shoe 5 is made of an abrasion-resistant synthetic resin such as an acrylic resin, a polypropylene resin, a polyester resin, and a polycarbonate. In one embodiment, three identical guide shoes 5 are prepared, and semi-penetrating mounting holes 9 provided on the back surface of the guide shoes 5 are formed on three inner wall surfaces of the slide groove 4 of the guide body 3. The guide pins 8 are fitted independently.
[0022]
If the guide shoe 5 having one type of length, thickness, and height is formed in this manner, it can be attached to any of the three surfaces of the slide groove portion 4 as shown in FIG. Is economical because only one type is required. Further, even if the guide shoe 5 is worn, the guide shoe of the elevator can be easily replaced.
[0023]
Further, the height of the guide shoe 5 is shorter than the height of the slide groove 4 of the guide body 3, and the upper and lower ends of the guide body 3 are fixed with the bolts 10 with the holding plates 6a and 6b. This operation makes it easy to open and close the holding plates 6a and 6b, and the guide shoe 5 can be easily replaced.
[0024]
Even if the height of the guide shoe 5 is shorter than the height of the slide groove portion 4 of the guide body 3, the guide pin 8 and the semi-through mounting hole 9 formed on the back surface of the guide shoe 5 fit. Since it is worn, there is no rattling noise caused by the vertical movement of the guide shoe 5 even when the elevator shoe is moved up and down.
[0025]
The shape of the guide pin 8 and the mounting hole 9 of the guide shoe 5 may be round, triangular, quadrangular, or polygonal, as long as they can be fixed in a fitted state.
[0026]
FIG. 5 shows a guide shoe 5 according to a different embodiment, in which a vibration-proof plate 11 made of rubber or the like is fitted to a semi-through mounting hole 9 formed on the back surface, and an inner surface of the vibration-proof plate 11 is resistant. Abrasive synthetic resin or the like is fixed with an adhesive or the like. With this two-layer structure, when the guide 7 moves up and down along the guide rails 1 and 1 as the elevator moves up and down, vibration is absorbed by the vibration isolating plate 11 fixed to the guide shoe 5. So the sound is quiet.
[0027]
FIG. 6 shows a guide shoe 5 according to a further different embodiment, which is formed in advance in a U-shape in cross section and has a semi-through mounting hole 9 provided in three surfaces on the back surface side. A plurality of the mounting holes 9 may be provided. The mounting holes 9 may be formed in a shape corresponding to the guide pins 8. With such a shape, one guide shoe 5 can be inserted into the slide groove 4 of the guide main body 3, so that there is no backlash and the replacement is easy.
[0028]
