Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a side sunshade that covers a window glass on the side of an automobile from the inside of the vehicle and blocks sunlight that enters into the interior of the automobile, and more particularly to a side sunshade that is transmitted to an occupant even when the side sunshade is incorporated into a door from the side. It concerns low energy side sunshades.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[Patent Literature 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-58367
Sunlight enters from the front, rear, and side windows of the automobile, and particularly when the incident direct sunlight hits an occupant in the vehicle, the occupant is uncomfortable. To prevent this, high-end passenger cars are often provided with a sunshade on the rear window and the side window of the rear seat. Of these sunshades, those with side windows on the rear seat were housed inside the door in a state where a light-shielding screen was wound in a roll shape, and the screen was provided through the upper surface of the door trim as shown in FIG. It is common to pull out from the screen draw-out hole.
[0004]
Such an automobile side sunshade is composed of a light-shielding screen and a winding mechanism for winding the light-shielding screen. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-58367 discloses a curtain covering a window glass from the inside of the vehicle, and a window glass. A main body case disposed in a space between a door body or an inner panel of a vehicle body located below a window to be closed and a trim material covering an inner side surface of the inner panel; and There is disclosed a side sunshade of an automobile having a curtain winding means for allowing a curtain to be pulled out from a main body case and winding the curtain in a roll shape in the main body case.
[0005]
Side sunshades include those having a case such as that shown in JP-A-8-58367 and those without a case. The winding mechanism winds the screen by power of a spring or the like. In a so-called casingless type having no case, a winding core for winding the screen is indispensable, and a steel pipe has been conventionally used as the winding core. When a so-called side collision occurs in which the side sunshade is incorporated into the door from the side, the occupant collides with the door trim due to inertial force. And the energy of the collision may be transmitted to the occupant as it is.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems and to provide a side sunshade with low energy transmitted to an occupant even when the side sunshade is incorporated into a door from the side.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A side sunshade of the present invention made to solve the above-mentioned problem is a side sunshade comprising a screen covering a window glass from the inside of a vehicle, and a core housed inside a door and winding the screen, At a plurality of locations in the longitudinal direction of the winding core, buckling inducing portions having low strength in a bending direction for absorbing the energy of a collision at the time of a side collision by buckling are provided. Here, the core may be formed from a synthetic resin pipe, and the core may be provided with a thin-walled portion as a buckling inducer, and the core may be formed from a metal or synthetic resin pipe. The core may be formed with a circumferential cut as a buckling inducer.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0014]
On the other hand, in the case where the core is made of a conventional steel pipe that does not easily deform, the load on the occupant increases until a large load causing deformation of the core is reached as shown by the broken line in FIG. Although the load is reduced during the deformation of the core, the load increases again after the deformation of the core is completed. As described above, in the conventional side sunshade using the core, even when the door trim is deformed or broken, the core is stretched, and a large load is applied to the occupant.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the present invention provides a buckling inducing portion having a low strength in the bending direction such as a thin portion or a notch at a plurality of locations in the longitudinal direction of the winding core for winding the screen. The buckle has the advantage that it buckles when it receives a load equal to or more than a certain value without being stretched in the door trim, and the door trim is deformed or broken, thereby reducing the energy transmitted to the occupant. Therefore, the present invention greatly contributes to the industry as a solution to the problem of the conventional side sunshade.
