Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heat dissipation sheet suitable for reuse and a plasma display panel using the heat dissipation sheet. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a heat dissipation sheet suitable for reuse.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In some cases, about 20% to 60% of the plasma display panel (hereinafter referred to as "PDP") has a manufacturing defect. When the assembled PDP is tested and a defective portion is found, the PDP is disassembled and only the defective portion is discarded, and the other portions (good portions) are reused (repaired) as parts. In particular, there is a demand to reuse glass panel parts and aluminum panel parts.
[0003]
On the other hand, a heat radiating sheet is used for the purpose of improving the thermal conductivity between a glass panel and an aluminum panel, and a sheet having a function of bonding the glass panel and the aluminum panel with a pressure-sensitive adhesive or the like is known (Patent Document 1). 1). Further, there is known a heat dissipation sheet in which a heat dissipation base material having open cells is impregnated with a heat dissipation gel and a heat dissipation grease (Patent Document 2).
[0004]
When these heat radiating sheets are firmly bonded to a glass panel and an aluminum panel (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "glass panel etc.") with a pressure-sensitive adhesive or the like, the heat radiating sheet portion is cut with a thin wire to repair the PDP. After separating the glass panel and the aluminum panel, the heat radiation sheet attached to the glass panel or the like must be removed.
[0005]
As a method of removing the heat radiation sheet adhered to the glass panel or the like, a method of simply peeling the heat radiation sheet or a method of heating and softening the pressure-sensitive adhesive and then peeling it off the glass panel or the like has been known.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the heat dissipation sheet adhered to the glass panel or the like is pulled, the heat dissipation sheet is torn, and a part of the heat dissipation sheet remains on the glass panel or the like. In particular, when a heat radiating sheet having open cells as in
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances described above, and provides a heat radiation sheet that can be easily peeled off when reusing a heat radiation sheet firmly bonded to a glass panel and an aluminum panel. And a method for manufacturing such a heat dissipation sheet.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the invention of the present application, the object of the invention is a heat dissipation sheet comprising a heat dissipation layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is achieved by a heat dissipation sheet reinforced with fibers. You.
[0011]
In addition, the above-mentioned fiber is made of non-woven fabric or woven fabric, or the heat dissipation layer is made by impregnating a heat dissipation gel or heat dissipation grease into a heat dissipation base material having open cells, or the heat dissipation layer is impregnated with silicone in urethane foam. Preferably, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, or a heat-radiating agent and a flame retardant are added to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
[0012]
Further, in the invention of the PDP, the above-described heat radiation sheet is tightly sandwiched between the glass panel of the PDP and the heat radiation plate, and the glass panel and the heat radiation plate are fixed by the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the heat radiation sheet. Is achieved by: The heat radiating plate is generally used such as an aluminum panel.
[0013]
If the adhesive layer such as acrylic adhesive is reinforced with fibers such as nonwoven fabric, the heat dissipation sheet remaining from the glass panel or aluminum panel can be easily peeled off and the repair work can be simplified.
[0014]
On the other hand, in the invention of the method for producing a PDP, a step of coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive on a release-treated film to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a step of dropping fibers into the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to produce a fiber-reinforced pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet Forming a heat-releasing gel or heat-dissipating grease on the fiber-reinforced pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet; laminating a heat-dissipating base material on the heat-dissipating gel or heat-dissipating grease; Forming a first sheet by the step of impregnating and heating and curing and bonding after the impregnation, and forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer by coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the release-treated film; Forming a fiber-reinforced pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet by dropping fibers on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; Forming a second sheet by the step of coating, the step of pressing and impregnating the heat-dissipating substrate surface of the first sheet, and laminating so as to impregnate the heat-dissipating gel or heat-dissipating grease of the second sheet; Heating and curing and bonding the pressure impregnated sheet.

[0024]
【Example】
Hereinafter, specific examples of the present invention will be described. The heat radiation layer was made of heat radiation silicone impregnated urethane foam, the reinforcing fiber was made of non-woven fabric, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer was made of an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive.
[0025]
1. The composition of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is as follows.
SK Dyne 1717 (manufactured by Soken Chemical) 100 parts Aluminum hydroxide 90 parts
2. An acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive having the above composition was coated on a polyester film that had been release-treated with silicone, and a nonwoven fabric (Asahi Kasei Spunbond Eltas E1012) was dropped from above and heated and dried to prepare a nonwoven fabric-reinforced acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet.
[0027]
3. Heat-dissipating silicone (SE4440: manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Silicone) is coated to a thickness of 0.5 mm on the nonwoven fabric reinforced acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet prepared in 2 above, and a 2-mm-thick urethane foam is laminated. Was impregnated. Thereafter, the adhesive was cured by heating.
[0028]
4. Heat-dissipating silicone (SE4440: manufactured by Toray Downing Silicone) is coated to a thickness of 0.5 mm on the nonwoven fabric reinforced acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet prepared in 2 above, and the sheet prepared in 3 above is laminated with the urethane foam surface and impregnated with pressure. Then, the mixture was heated to be cured and adhered.
[0029]
The tensile strength of the heat radiating sheet reinforced by the nonwoven fabric was 8.6 kg / cm 2 , whereas the tensile strength of the heat radiating sheet not reinforced was 3.9 kg / cm 2 .
[0030]
FIG. 5A shows the repairability of the heat dissipation sheet reinforced with the nonwoven fabric, and FIG. 5B shows the repairability of the heat dissipation sheet not reinforced with the nonwoven fabric. The heat dissipation sheet reinforced with nonwoven fabric can be easily peeled off, while the heat dissipation sheet not reinforced with nonwoven fabric cannot be easily peeled off, and fragments such as heat dissipation layers remain attached to the glass panel etc. Remaining.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
Since the adhesive layer such as acrylic adhesive is reinforced with fibers such as non-woven fabric, the heat radiation sheet can be easily peeled off and removed from the glass panel or aluminum panel, thereby simplifying the repair work. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a heat dissipation sheet having high adhesiveness and easy reuse.
[0032]
In particular, even when the heat dissipating base material having open cells is firmly adhered to the glass panel or aluminum panel, the heat dissipating sheet does not remain on the glass panel when peeled off, so that the adhesiveness, reusability, and heat dissipating property are high. A heat dissipation sheet can be provided.
[0033]
Further, in the present invention, since the adhesive layer portion directly in contact with the glass panel or the aluminum panel is reinforced, not only does the heat radiation layer adhere to the glass panel or the aluminum panel, but also the adhesive does not remain.
[0034]
Furthermore, the heat-dissipating sheet with the reinforced pressure-sensitive adhesive layer improves the tensile strength by reinforcing the adhesive layer, so that a heat-dissipating sheet with excellent adhesiveness, reusability, heat dissipation, and adhesive strength is provided. Can be.
