Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sanitary mask used to prevent invasion of an allergen represented by pollen, or to prevent saliva droplets or the like from being discharged to the surrounding environment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The mask in the use state is pulled to the rear side by a mounting cord provided on the left and right sides of the mask main body or a rubber cord hooked to the ear to make it adhere to the face, but the entire periphery of the mask main body cannot be brought into close contact with the face. . In many cases, the upper edges of the mask main body are separated from the cheek surface on the left and right sides of the bridge of the nose, and a triangular gap is formed between the left and right nose bars, the cheek surface, and the mask main body. When there is a gap on the left and right sides of the bridge of the nose, a part of the outside air containing allergens such as pollen is inhaled through the gap. Alternatively, a part of the expiration is discharged upward through the gap, which causes a problem such as fogging the lens of the glasses.
[0003]
In order to solve the above problems, an auxiliary cover is provided on the upper edge of the mask body, a wire is fixed along the outer edge, and the wire is bent along the bridge of the nose, so that the auxiliary cover is connected to the left and right nose bars. There has been proposed a mask that can be held in close contact with the cheek surface (see Patent Document 1). There is also a mask in which a highly viscoelastic adhesive is arranged along the inner peripheral edge of the mask main body so that the entire peripheral edge of the mask main body can be in close contact with the face via the adhesive (see Patent Document 2). As the adhesive used therefor, a highly water-containing gel such as acrylic oxide or gelatin is mentioned.
[0004]
There has also been proposed a mask that closes the left and right gaps of the nose bridge with an auxiliary piece provided separately from the mask body (see Patent Document 3). The auxiliary piece is formed of a ring-shaped sewing product having gathers formed entirely, and is sewn to the mask body. In a mask provided with an elastic piece for expanding the nasal cavity on the outer surface of the mask body, an adhesive is disposed on the inner surface of the mask body so that the elastic piece comes into close contact with the left and right nose and cheeks. Has been proposed (see Patent Document 4). As the adhesive in this mask, a double-sided adhesive tape is used. The mask of the present invention has a beak-shaped mask body, and a basic form of a mask having such a three-dimensional structure is known (see Patent Document 5).

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, several techniques have been proposed for bringing the upper edge portion of the mask body into close contact with the face or for closing the gap, but each has advantages and disadvantages. In the mask of Patent Literature 1 using a bendable shape-retaining material such as a wire, the auxiliary cover can be held in close contact with the left and right nose stalls and the cheek surface by bending the wire along the bridge of the nose. The wire may be elongated and deformed to form a gap.
[0007]
In this regard, in the mask of Patent Literature 2 in which the peripheral edge of the mask body is brought into close contact with the face using an adhesive, since a highly water-containing gel is used as an adhesive and the mask body is adhered to the face, a gap occurs during use. Never. However, there is a possibility that the cosmetic material applied to the face may adhere to the adhesive material and peel off, and the use of the mask with the makeup applied is hesitated. Since the highly water-containing gel is used as the adhesive, the slimy feel is disliked, and the adhesive is cold and easily gives a sense of incongruity at the beginning of mounting.
[0008]
The mask of Patent Literature 3 using the auxiliary piece can close the gap with the auxiliary piece. However, the production cost of the mask is unavoidably high due to the presence of the auxiliary pieces, and the appearance of the appearance is poor because the portion where the auxiliary pieces are arranged is expanded. The mask of Patent Literature 4 in which the upper edge inner surface of the mask body is closely adhered along the nose bridge using an adhesive material can prevent gaps on both sides of the nose bridge as a result, and can prevent foreign substances such as allergens from being included in the inhaled air. However, it is necessary to fix the mask body to the cheek surface with double-sided adhesive tape against the elasticity of the elastic piece that is going to return to the free state, so use double-sided adhesive tape with high strength adhesive force Inevitably, a strong discomfort is inevitably generated on the adhesive skin surface of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and when the mask is used continuously for a long time, stress is easily applied. It is difficult to select a double-sided adhesive tape that has high adhesive strength and does not cause itching or rash on the skin.
[0009]
It is an object of the present invention to make sure that the mask body is in close contact with the nose and the cheek, so that the invasion of allergens contained in the outside air can be surely prevented, and the mask body can be held in close contact with the nose and the cheek without discomfort It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a hygiene mask which is gentle to the skin without causing pain or discomfort even when the mask is used continuously for a long time. Another object of the present invention is to provide a hygiene mask which can hold the mask body in close contact with the nose and cheeks with a simpler structure and can be manufactured at lower cost than the conventional example.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The sanitary mask of the present invention includes, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, a mask main body 1 that covers an outer surface of a lower half of a face including a nose and a mouth, and mounting bodies 2 provided on both left and right sides of the mask main body 1. . The joining portion of the mask body 1 protrudes like a beak toward the front side by joining the edges adjacent to the center of the left and right blank sheets 3. The upper edge 1a of the mask main body 1 in a state of being mounted on the face is continuous from the upper part of the bridge of the nose to both cheeks through left and right nose stalls. On the inner surface of the mask main body 1 facing the nose store and the cheek surface adjacent to the nose store, an adhesive portion 13 for bringing the upper edge 1a of the mask main body 1 into close contact with the nose store and the cheek surface is provided. Features.
[0011]
A replaceable inner mask 16 can be mounted on the inner surface of the mask body 1. At the upper edge of the inner surface of the inner mask 16, an adhesive portion 13 for bringing the mask body 1 and the upper edges 1a and 16a of the inner mask 16 into close contact with the snout and the cheek surface can be provided.

[0015]
Effects of the Invention
In the present invention, an adhesive portion 13 is provided on the inner surface of the mask main body 1 whose front surface protrudes like a beak, specifically, on the inner surface of the mask main body 1 which faces the nose shop and the cheek surface adjacent to the nose shop. By pressing the adhesive portion 13 against the skin and adhering it, the upper edge 1a of the mask body 1 can be adhered along the nose and the cheek, so that the formation of a gap on the left and right sides of the bridge of the nose is eliminated and the air is included in the outside air. Allergen intrusion can be reliably prevented. Since the upper edge 1a of the mask body 1 is tightly attached to the nose or cheek surface by the adhesive portion 13 formed locally inside the mask body 1, it is necessary to adhere the mask body 1 to the skin as compared with a conventional mask. The bonding structure can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the entire mask can be reduced accordingly. Furthermore, since the place where the adhesive 13 is adhered is limited to a part of the face, the sense of discomfort caused by the adhesive 13 adhering to the skin when using the mask can be remarkably reduced. Therefore, even when the mask is used continuously for a long time, it is possible to provide a hygiene mask that is gentle on the skin without causing pain or discomfort.
[0016]
In a sanitary mask in which a replaceable inner mask 16 is attached to the inner surface of the mask body 1, if the adhesive portion 13 is provided on the upper edge of the inner surface of the inner mask 16, the adhesive portion 13 is pressed against the skin and adhered. By doing so, the upper edge 1a of the mask main body 1 and the upper edge 16a of the inner mask 16 can be closely adhered along the nose and the cheek surface, so that the generation of gaps on the left and right sides of the bridge of the nose is eliminated and the air is included in the outside air Allergen intrusion can be reliably prevented. By simply providing the adhesive portion 13 on the upper edge of the inner surface of the inner mask 16, it is possible to eliminate the formation of gaps on the left and right sides of the nose bridge, so that a sanitary mask with the inner mask 16 can be manufactured at low cost. Since the place where the adhesive 13 is adhered is limited to a part of the face, the uncomfortable feeling of the adhesive 13 at the time of using the mask can be remarkably reduced, and the mask can be used continuously for a long time without causing pain or discomfort.
[0017]
When the adhesive portion 13 is formed by applying a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive to a predetermined position, the adhesive portion 13 can be easily formed during the manufacturing process of the mask body 1 and an adhesive structure for bringing the mask body 1 into close contact with the skin. Can be formed at a minimum cost, and the hygiene mask can be manufactured at low cost. In the process of forming the adhesive portion 13, the hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive that has been melted by overheating penetrates between the fibers of the mask body 1 and solidifies, so that the adhesive portion 13 can be surely integrated with the mask body 1, The manufacturing cost of the sanitary mask can be reduced by the omission of the structure for fixing the adhesive portion 13 to 1.
[0018]
If the adhesive portion 13 is formed on the inner surface of the mask main body 1 facing the cheek surface under the eyes adjacent to the nose store or the inner surface of the inner mask 16, the mask main body 1 or the inner mask 16 which is likely to float away from the face is formed. Since the fabric surface can be effectively adhered along the nose and the cheek under the eyes by the adhesive portion 13, the amount of the adhesive constituting the adhesive portion 13 is minimized, and the adhesive portion 13 is further improved. In addition to being able to be formed at low cost, the discomfort and discomfort caused by the adhesion of the adhesive portion 13 to the skin can be further reduced by the small amount of the adhesive portion 13 used.
[0019]
According to the sanitary mask in which the second adhesive portion 17 is formed on one surface of the inner mask 16 and the adhesive portion 13 is formed on the other surface, only the inner mask 16 is adhered to the inner surface of the mask body 1 via the second adhesive portion 17. Thus, the two 1 and 16 can be easily integrated, and the inner mask 16 is prevented from shifting during use, so that the sanitary mask can always be used in an appropriate state.
[0020]
【Example】
Embodiment 1 FIGS. 1 to 4 show Embodiment 1 of a sanitary mask according to the present invention. In FIG. 2, the sanitary mask includes a mask body 1 and mounting bodies 2 provided on both left and right sides of the mask body 1. The mask body 1 is formed by joining a pair of left and right blank sheets 3 formed in a ginkgo leaf shape as shown in FIG. The blank sheet 3 is formed by cutting a breathable non-stretchable nonwoven fabric made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber into a ginkgo leaf shape, and has a vertical side edge 4 and upper and lower sides facing the side edge 4. A long curved edge 5 and an upper edge 6 and a lower edge 7 connecting the two. The upper edge 6 is formed by a gentle curved line inclined downward toward the side edge 4, and the lower edge 7 is formed by a gentle curved line inclined upward toward the side edge 4.
[0021]
The blank sheet 3 is made of a nonwoven fabric made of a single fiber such as a thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber, for example, an olefin resin fiber, a polyethylene resin fiber, or a polypropylene resin fiber, a nonwoven fabric made of a composite core-sheath fiber, or a laminated composite nonwoven fabric. Can be formed. As the composite core-sheath fiber, polyester-polyethylene core-sheath fiber, polypropylene-polyethylene core-sheath fiber and the like can be applied. As the laminated composite nonwoven fabric, a laminated nonwoven fabric of cotton and polyethylene, a laminated nonwoven fabric of rayon and polyethylene, a laminated nonwoven fabric of cotton and polypropylene, and the like can be applied.
[0022]
The two blank sheets 3 are overlapped, and the curved edges 5 of the two are welded together to be integrated. When the two integrated blank sheets 3 are expanded to the left and right, a mask main body 1 in which a joining portion (a heat welding portion) protrudes like a beak toward the front side is obtained. As shown in FIG. 2, the upper edge 1a of the mask body 1 has a mountain shape, and the lower edge 1b has a V-shape with a gentle slope.
[0023]
The mounting body 2 is formed by cutting a stretchable nonwoven fabric into a tongue-like shape, has a vertical side edge 10 on one side thereof, and has a V-shaped notch 11 on the tongue-like sheet surface. Is formed. The mounting body 2 is integrated with the mask body 1 by overlapping the side edge 10 of the mounting body 2 on the inner surface of the side edge 4 of the blank sheet 3 and heat-welding the two. As shown in FIG. 1, by covering the lower half outer surface of the face including the nose and mouth with a beak-shaped mask body 1, the notch 11 of the wearing body 2 is expanded and hooked to the ear. Thus, the mounted state of the mask body 1 can be maintained.
[0024]
In the above-mentioned mounted state, the upper edge 1a of the mask body 1 is continuous from the upper part of the bridge of the nose to both cheeks through the left and right nose bars, and the upper edge 1a of the mask body 1 on the left and right sides of the bridge of the nose from the cheek surface under the eyes. In some cases, a triangular gap may be formed between the left and right nose bars, the cheek surface, and the mask body 1. In order to eliminate this gap, adhesive portions 13 are provided on the left and right inner surfaces of the mask body 1. More specifically, a hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied near the upper edge 1a on the inner surface of the mask main body 1 facing the left and right cheek surfaces adjacent to the nose shop to form a pair of left and right adhesive portions 13. In this embodiment, the adhesive portion 13 is formed in a two-stage band shape in parallel with the upper edge 1a of the mask body 1. As shown in FIG. 4, the mask body 1 is sold in a state where the left and right blank sheets 3 are folded. In order to prevent the left and right blank sheets 3 from adhering to each other via the adhesive portion 13 in this folded state, The outer surface of the adhesive section 13 is covered with a release paper 14.
[0025]
The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive forming the adhesive portion 13 is made of an adhesive mixture based on a thermoplastic polymer and containing no solvent or water. In the first step of welding the blank sheets 3 to each other, an automatic machine is used. Since the adhesive portion 13 is formed by applying the adhesive to the adhesive layer 3, the cost of providing the adhesive portion 13 can be significantly reduced. Since a part of the applied adhesive portion 13 permeates between the fibers of the blank sheet 3, the adhesive portion 13 does not peel off from the blank sheet 3.
[0026]
As described above, after the mask main body 1 is attached to the face, the adhesive portion 13 is pressed against the cheek surface from the outer surface side of the mask main body 1 so that the upper edge 1a of the mask main body 1 is in contact with the nose as shown in FIG. By tightly contacting the shop and the cheek, it is possible to reliably prevent a gap from being formed on the left and right sides of the bridge of the nose. Therefore, the intrusion of the allergen contained in the outside air is reliably prevented. Since the upper edge 1a of the mask body 1 is adhered to the cheek surface with the locally formed adhesive portion 13, the overall cost of the mask can be reduced as compared with the conventional example, and the discomfort at the time of wearing can be reduced as compared with the conventional example. It can be significantly reduced. Therefore, even when the mask is used continuously for a long time, a hygiene mask which is gentle on the skin without causing pain or discomfort can be obtained.
[0027]
Second Embodiment FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the sanitary mask according to the present invention. There, a replaceable inner mask 16 is mounted on the inner surface of the mask body 1. The inner mask 16 is formed by cutting a gas-permeable, non-stretchable non-woven fabric made of natural fibers such as cotton, cellulosic fibers, and synthetic resin fibers into petals, and has an external shape. The mask body 1 is formed to have almost the same shape as the face of the mask body 1 expanded in a beak shape.
[0028]
Second adhesive portions 17 for fixing the inner mask 16 to the mask main body 1 are formed on the left and right sides of one side of the inner mask 16 in a vertically multi-tiered manner. Further, on the upper edge of the other surface (the side in contact with the cheek surface) of the inner mask 16, an adhesive portion 13 is formed to make the upper edges of the mask body 1 and the inner mask 16 adhere to the snout and the cheek surface. The second adhesive portion 17 is formed by applying a hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive like the adhesive portion 13. The adhesive part 13 of the latter was formed in the upper and lower two-step band shape in parallel with the upper edge 16a of the inner mask 16 like the adhesive part 13 of Example 1.
[0029]
When used, the inner mask 16 is folded in two along the inner surface of the mask main body 1, adhered and fixed via the second adhesive portion 17, and then the mask main body 1 is attached to the face, and the outer side of the mask main body 1 By pressing the adhesive portion 13 against the cheek surface, the upper edges 1a and 16a of the mask body 1 and the inner mask 16 are brought into close contact with the snout and the cheek surface to prevent a gap from being formed on the left and right sides of the bridge of the nose. The inner mask 16 can be provided in a state in which the inner mask 16 is bonded and fixed in advance along the inner surface of the mask body 1. Other components are the same as those of the first embodiment, and therefore, the same members are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted.
[0030]
The mask body 1 can be formed in a beak shape with one blank sheet 3. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6, a V-shaped cut 20 is formed in the upper center of the blank sheet 3 and the cut edges of the left and right sheet portions divided by the cut 20 are welded. Thus, the mask main body 1 whose front surface protrudes like a beak is formed.
[0031]
7 and 8 show another embodiment of the hygiene mask. In this case, similarly to the second embodiment, the inner mask 16 is bonded and fixed to the inner surface of the mask body 1 via the second adhesive portion 17, but the gap formed on the left and right of the bridge of the nose is closed using the inner mask 16. This is different from the previous embodiment. More specifically, after bonding the inner mask 16 to the inner surface of the upper edge 1a of the mask main body 1, the lower half thereof is folded upward as shown in FIG. The folded piece 16b closes a gap formed on the left and right sides of the bridge of the nose. In this case, it is preferable to use a thick and bulky nonwoven fabric for the inner mask 16. Of course, only the folded piece 16b may be formed of a thick and bulky nonwoven fabric. When the entire inner mask 16 or the folded piece 16b is formed of a semi-permeable air-permeable nonwoven fabric, the leakage of exhaled air can be prevented, and clouding of glasses due to exhaled air can be more effectively prevented. As the semipermeable nonwoven fabric, a nonwoven fabric in which a plastic film is laminated on one side or a laminated nonwoven fabric in which a plastic film is interposed between upper and lower nonwoven fabrics can be applied. When the adhesive portion 13 is provided on the upper edge of the folded piece 16b so that the folded piece 16b can be adhered to the face, the whole nose can be covered with the folded piece 16b to effectively prevent foreign matter from entering. In this case, the adhesive portion 13 is formed in the same manner as the adhesive portion described in the previous embodiment.
[0032]
The sanitary mask in this embodiment can be implemented in the following manner. A replaceable inner mask 16 is mounted and fixed on the inner surface of the mask main body 1 via a second adhesive portion 17, and a folded piece 16 b is continuously provided integrally below the inner mask 16. A sanitary mask characterized in that a folded piece formed on the left and right of the nose bridge is closed by a folded piece 16b folded upward along the inner surface of the mask. A sanitary mask in which an adhesive portion 13 is provided on an upper edge of a folded piece 16b which is folded upward along an inner surface of the inner mask 16.
[0033]
In addition to the above, the mounting body 2 can be formed of a rubber string or a string tied at the back of the head. The mask body 1 can be formed in a beak shape with one blank sheet. In that case, a V-shaped cut is formed at the upper center of the blank sheet, and the cut edges of the left and right blank sheets divided by the cut are welded together, and the front surface protrudes in a beak shape. The mask body 1 is formed. The mask body 1 may be formed of a woven cloth other than the nonwoven cloth. Like the mask main body 1, the inner mask 16 can be formed in a three-dimensional shape whose front surface protrudes like a beak.
[0034]
The adhesive portion 13 does not need to be formed in a band shape, but can be formed in an arbitrary shape such as a circle, a rectangle, and a ring as needed. The adhesive portion 13 may be formed at any position on the inner surface of the mask body 1 opposite to the nose bridge and the cheek surface except for the bridge of the nose. The closer to the upper edge 1a, the more effectively the upper edge 1a can be in close contact with the skin. If necessary, the left and right adhesive portions 16 may be continuously formed as a continuous one.
