Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle provided with a function capable of smoothly moving luggage on a carrier.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, trucks and dump trucks are examples of vehicles having a carrier, and the components of the carrier are made of steel plates, stainless plates, aluminum plates, wooden plates, and the like. For the purpose of transporting luggage, the act of loading and unloading luggage on the loading platform frequently occurs. However, depending on the load, the friction between the load and the components of the load platform is large, and the unloading operation of the load has been hindered. At present, the loading and unloading of pallets on a pallet with a forklift is carried out with a loud noise generated by friction between the pallet and the components of the pallet. In addition, when unloading luggage such as soil, surplus soil, snow, etc., a situation has occurred in which the objects do not descend smoothly due to friction with components of the luggage carrier. Efficiency is poor if all of them cannot be lowered, and trying to lower them all requires human labor, which also reduces efficiency.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to reduce the work of loading and unloading luggage to a vehicle by enabling smooth movement of luggage in a vehicle having a conventional luggage carrier. It is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle including a molded body for reducing friction with a component.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention
(1) A vehicle characterized by smoothing the movement of luggage by covering a box-shaped luggage carrier with a plastic molding.
(2) The vehicle according to (1), wherein the plastic is made of a thermoplastic resin.
(3) The vehicle according to (1) or (2), wherein the thermoplastic resin is high-density polyethylene or ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene.
(4) The vehicle according to (1), (2), or (3), wherein the molded body has a sheet shape.
(5) The vehicle according to any one of (1) to (4), wherein the luggage is guest soil, remaining soil, and snow;
It is.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The plastic used in the present invention is selected in order to reduce friction with the surface material of the luggage, but a thermoplastic resin which easily provides a function of reducing friction of the plastic is suitable. To reduce the friction of the thermoplastic resin, an oil component having lubricity can be added, or an inorganic filler for reducing the contact area by finely roughening the surface can be added.
Among the thermoplastic resins, the most versatile and cost-effective resin is polyethylene, preferably high-density polyethylene and ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene. High-density polyethylene and ultra-high-molecular polyethylene are resins with low friction without imparting a special friction reducing function.
[0006]
Although various methods of forming the molded body are possible, sheet-shaped extrusion molding is suitable in consideration of the area of the carrier. However, it is also possible to stick a block-shaped material obtained by injection molding.
There are various types of luggage. Among them, when the soil is soil, leftover soil, snow, or the like, the unloading of the luggage can be smoothly performed by the friction reducing effect.
These loads are loaded by a shovel car, but when they are unloaded, they are dumped to slide down due to the load of the load, so that they can be unloaded. Therefore, the effect of the plastic molded article is remarkable.
[0007]
【Example】
As a plastic molded body, high-density polyethylene (MI = 0.8, density 0.94) was extruded to form a sheet having a thickness of 1 mm.
This sheet was stretched to the bottom of the dump truck bed. At the same time, I prepared a dump truck with the same specifications without a seat.
To transport the snow to a certain snow festival site, to create the same size snow statue, a dump truck with seats could make 76 snow statues, but a dump truck with no seats could make 91 snow statues. I needed a minute of snow. That is, although the dump trucks without the seats were transported with great effort, the friction with the structural members of the loading platform was large, and the remaining snow could not be completely removed, so an extra number was required.
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention can provide a vehicle that enables smooth movement of luggage by reducing friction between the luggage and the luggage, thereby increasing the transportation efficiency.
