Description

【0001】

[Prior art]
In the artificial cultivation of mushrooms, generally, as shown in FIG. 11, a container 10 made of polypropylene for mushroom cultivation is filled with a culture medium 20 for mushroom cultivation. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 12, a bag 30 made of polypropylene for mushroom cultivation is filled with a culture medium 20 for mushroom cultivation. Next, the mycelium of the mushroom is cultured in the medium 20, and the fruit body of the mushroom (hereinafter, abbreviated as mushroom) is germinated from the medium. In the case of the container 10, as shown in FIG. 11, the mushroom 50 is extended through the inside of the cylindrical mouth 12 of the container to the outside of the container 10 until the mushroom becomes a size that can be harvested. In the case of the bag 30, as shown in FIG. 12, germination was performed from the culture medium 20 through the inside of a hard cylindrical mouth 32 made of plastic or the like around the opening of the bag 30. The mushroom 50 is extended to the outside of the bag 30 until the mushroom can be harvested.
When harvesting the mushrooms 50 such as hiratake mushrooms, mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, yamabushitake mushrooms, etc., the edible portion of the mushrooms 50 which is greatly extended outside the container 10 or the bag 30 is harvested. Recently, a method of scraping a mushroom 50 portion near the upper end of the cylindrical mouth 32 around the opening of the container or the opening of the bag using a cutter (not shown) has recently been adopted. Have been.
According to this harvesting method, when the harvested mushroom 50 is eaten, the edible portion of the mushroom 50 starts with the root portion of the mushroom 50 to which the stone- attached (white mass-shaped mushroom bed portion) 90 has arrived. Can be cut off with a kitchen knife or the like to eliminate the necessity of disposal. And the whole mushroom 50 can be eaten without waste.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, when mushrooms such as open mushrooms, mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, and yamabushitake are cultivated, the lower portion of the mushrooms 50 is, as shown in FIG. The perimeter spread in a fan shape or the like and grew to cover the periphery of the cylindrical mouth 12. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 12, the lower part of the mushroom 50 spreads and grows in a fan shape around the cylindrical mouth 32 around which the opening edge of the bag is wound, and grows around the cylindrical mouth 32. I covered it.
For this purpose, the edible portion of the mushroom 50 extended outward from the container 10 or the bag 30 by the recent harvesting method was wound around the cylindrical mouth 12 of the container or the opening edge of the bag. When harvesting the mushroom 50 near the upper end of the cylindrical mouth 32 by shaving with a cutter or the like, the cylindrical mouth 12 of the container or the cylindrical mouth 32 around which the periphery of the opening of the bag is wound. The lower part of the mushroom 50 covering the periphery became an obstacle. Then, the edible portion of the mushroom 50 is divided by a cutter or the like from the mushroom 50 near the upper end of the cylindrical mouth 12 of the container or the cylindrical mouth 32 around which the periphery of the opening of the bag is wound. Could not be easily and smoothly scraped off.
Specifically, when harvesting the edible portion of the mushroom 50 that has been extended to the outside of the container 10 or the bag 30 by the above-described harvesting method, the cylindrical mouth 12 of the container or the peripheral edge of the opening of the bag is wound. The lower part of the mushroom 50 covering the periphery of the hung cylindrical mouth 32 is not hurt, and the lower part of the mushroom 50 is wound around the cylindrical mouth 12 of the container or the opening periphery of the bag. Had to be lifted above the upper end of the mouth 32 by hand or the like. Then, a portion of the mushroom 50 near the upper end of the cylindrical mouth 12 of the container exposed below the lower portion of the mushroom 50 or the cylindrical mouth 32 around which the opening edge of the bag is wound must be cut with a cutter or the like. did not become.
[0004]
The present invention can solve such a problem, and the lower part of the mushroom extending outward of the container or the bag is formed around the cylindrical mouth of the container or the cylindrical mouth around the opening edge of the bag. Cap for mushroom cultivation (hereinafter referred to as a cap for cultivating mushrooms, which can be used to cover the , Called a cap).
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, a first cap of the present invention is a cap that covers a cylindrical mouth of a container for mushroom cultivation, and a ceiling of the cap that covers an upper end of the cylindrical mouth of the container. The wall is provided with a hole that germinates from the medium filled in the container, passes through the inside of the cylindrical mouth of the container, and passes through mushrooms that extend to the outside of the container.
A flange supporting the lower part of the mushroom extending outward from the container is provided around the outer periphery of the ceiling wall of the cap and extends so that the upper surface of the flange is substantially flush with the upper surface of the ceiling wall of the cap.
[0006]
In the first cap, mushrooms that germinate from the medium filled in the container, pass through the inside of the cylindrical mouth of the container, and extend to the outside of the container, hold the upper end of the cylindrical mouth of the container. It can pass through the inside of the hole provided in the ceiling wall of the covering cap. Then, the mushroom can be greatly extended to the outside of the container without being obstructed by the cap placed on the cylindrical mouth of the container.
In this case, the inner part of the lower part of the mushroom extending outward from the container is the upper surface of the ceiling wall around the hole of the cap covering the upper end of the cylindrical mouth of the container, and the cylindrical mouth of the container is Can be supported by the upper surface of the ceiling wall of the cap located above the upper end of the cap.
At the same time, the outer portion of the lower part of the mushroom extending outward from the container is a flange upper surface extending around the outside of the ceiling wall of the cap, and is located above the upper end of the cylindrical mouth of the container covered with the cap. The cap can be supported by a flange upper surface which is located substantially on the same plane as the ceiling wall upper surface.
In other words, the lower part of the mushroom extending outward from the container is substantially flush with the upper surface of the ceiling wall of the cap located above the upper end of the cylindrical mouth of the container by the upper surface of the ceiling wall and the upper surface of the flange. Position.
As a result, it is possible to prevent the lower part of the mushroom extending outwardly of the container from spreading around the periphery of the container in a fan shape or the like to cover the periphery of the cylindrical mouth of the container. Then, by sliding the blade of the cutter from the upper surface of the flange of the cap to the upper surface of the ceiling wall of the cap located substantially on the same plane as the upper surface of the cap, the mushrooms extending outward from the container are removed. The fragile umbrella can be easily and smoothly scraped from the mushroom near the hole in the ceiling wall without being hurt by lifting the umbrella by hand.
[0007]
In addition, the second cap of the present invention is a cap that covers the cylindrical mouth around which the opening edge of the bag for mushroom cultivation is wound, and is provided on the ceiling wall of the cap that covers the upper end of the cylindrical mouth. Is provided with a hole that germinates from the medium filled in the bag, passes through the inside of the cylindrical mouth around which the opening edge of the bag is wrapped, and passes the mushrooms extending outward from the bag. A flange supporting the lower part of the mushroom extending outward from the bag is extended around the outer periphery of the ceiling wall of the cap, with the upper surface of the flange positioned substantially flush with the upper surface of the ceiling wall of the cap. .
[0008]
In the second cap, mushrooms that germinate from the medium filled in the bag and extend to the outside of the bag through the inside of the cylindrical mouth around which the opening edge of the bag is wrapped, It can pass through the inside of a hole provided in the ceiling wall of the cap that covers the upper end of the cylindrical mouth. Then, the mushroom can be greatly extended to the outside of the bag without being hindered by the cap placed on the cylindrical mouth.
In that case, the inner part of the lower part of the mushroom that extends to the outside of the bag is the upper part of the ceiling wall around the hole of the cap that covers the upper end of the cylindrical mouth, and is more than the upper end of the cylindrical mouth. It can be supported by the upper surface of the ceiling wall of the cap located above.
At the same time, the outer part of the lower part of the mushroom that extends outward from the bag is a cap that is a flange upper surface extending around the outside of the ceiling wall of the cap and that is higher than the upper end of the cylindrical mouth covered with the cap. Can be supported by a flange upper surface located substantially on the same plane as the ceiling wall upper surface.
In other words, the lower part of the mushroom extending outward from the bag is positioned above the upper end of the cylindrical mouth around which the opening edge of the bag is wound by the upper surface of the ceiling wall and the upper surface of the flange. Can be supported at almost the same height as the upper surface of the ceiling wall.
As a result, it is possible to prevent the lower part of the mushroom that extends outward from the bag from spreading around the periphery of the bag in a fan shape or the like to cover the periphery of the cylindrical mouth around which the opening edge of the bag is wound. Then, by sliding a blade or the like of the cutter from the upper surface of the flange of the cap to the upper surface of the ceiling wall of the cap located on substantially the same plane as the upper surface of the flange, the mushrooms extending outside the bag are removed. The fragile umbrella can be easily and smoothly scraped from the mushroom near the hole in the ceiling wall without being hurt by lifting the umbrella by hand.
[0009]
In the first or second cap of the present invention, a hole having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical mouth of the container or the cylindrical mouth around which the opening edge of the bag is wound is formed on the ceiling wall of the cap. It is good to have a structure provided substantially in the center.
[0010]
In such a case, small mushrooms called poorly growing sprouts or lagging children that germinated from the peripheral part of the culture medium, looking into the cylindrical mouth of the container or the inside of the cylindrical mouth around the opening of the bag. Can be prevented from growing by the ceiling wall around the hole in the cap over the mushroom. Then, the well-grown mushrooms, which have germinated from the center of the culture medium, which is looked into the inside of the cylindrical mouth around which the opening of the cylindrical mouth or the bag is wound, are selected, and the cap above the mushroom is selected. Through the inside of the hole provided substantially at the center of the ceiling wall, it is possible to largely grow outside the container or bag. As a result, it is possible to cultivate high-quality mushrooms that do not include lateral children or late children.
[0011]
In the first or second cap of the present invention, a hole having a diameter equal to or close to the inner diameter of the cylindrical mouth of the container or the cylindrical mouth around which the opening edge of the bag is wound is formed by the cap. The structure may be provided substantially at the center of the ceiling wall.
[0012]
In this case, the inside of the cylindrical mouth around which the opening of the cylindrical mouth or bag of the container is wrapped becomes full, and the growth of the mushroom extending to the outside of the container or bag is determined by the first method. Alternatively, it is possible to reliably prevent the ceiling wall of the second cap from interfering.
[0013]
