Abstract

本発明は、宅外等から建物、その他の物の施錠状態を監視する施錠監視装置およびその方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般の住宅、またはその他の建造物の施錠状態を確認する装置およびその方法は、市販の電気錠や施錠センサの施解錠情報を用いた方法がよく知られている。図6(A)はこの従来技術を示しているものであり、図において建造物21のドア22に設けた施錠装置23の施錠センサ1はドア22の施錠状態を検出し、施錠センサ1に接続した専用線17を用いて情報送信装置18に送信し、情報送信装置18は施錠状態を建造物21の所有者または管理者の所有する宅外の携帯電話等の携帯情報端末7へと施錠状態の情報を送信して監視を行うものである。

この従来の技術では、施錠センサ1と情報送信装置18の間を専用線17で接続する必要があり、既築の建造物21に設置する際には専用線17を隠す工事等の専門業者による施工が必要となる問題があった。

上記従来の技術の問題点に鑑み、本発明が解決しようとする課題は、専門業者等に頼ることなく、宅外等から施錠装置を設けた物の施錠状態を監視するシステムを設置できる施錠監視装置およびその方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明の請求項1に記載の電灯線通信を用いた施錠監視装置は、施錠状態を検出する施錠センサと、電灯線を通信媒体として前記施錠センサの検出した施錠状態を通信する電灯線通信手段と、前記電灯線通信手段の送信する情報を受信するホームゲートウェイと、前記ホームゲートウェイから一般通信回線を用いて情報を収集するセンタサーバと、前記センタサーバから前記一般回線を用いて送信される前記施錠状態を受信する携帯通信手段を備えたものである。
