Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a framing fitting having a new structure, which is formed by attaching stiles at least to both sides of a panel board, and has no uneven gap exposed when visually observed from the front.
SOLUTION: The framing fitting consists of the panel board 10 and the stiles 20 attached at least to both the sides of the same in one body therewith. Each stile-side end of the panel board 10 is formed like a thin fitting projection 14 which extends from both surfaces via inward inclined surfaces 13, and each stile 20 has a fitting recess 23 formed therein, into which the fitting projection 13 of the panel board 10 is fitted, and inlet inclined surfaces 24 which are formed by chamfering both inlet sides of the fitting recess 23. Therefore a boundary line a between the fitting projection 14 and the inward inclined surface 13 of the panel board 10 is located inside the inlet inclined surface 24 of the stile 20, and in this manner the fitting projection 13 on the side edge of the panel board 10 is fitted into the fitting recess 23 in the stile 20. As a result the boundary line is hidden inside the inlet inclined surface when viewed from the front, and therefore no gap between the stile and the panel board can be seen.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a frame assembly used for interior doors in houses and other buildings.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, there are various types of fittings used for interior doors and the like. I have.
[0003]
When manufacturing this type of framed fittings, it is also common to process a single solid plate to form a mirror plate and a vertical frame in one piece. It also takes time and costs. Therefore, usually, the end plate and the vertical frame are manufactured as separate bodies, and assembled by attaching the vertical frame to both sides of the end plate (for example, see Patent Document 1).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The frame assembly fitting of the type described in the conventional technology fits the fitting projections formed on both ends of the end plate into the fitting recesses provided in the vertical frame, and integrates the fitting parts using adhesive. I am trying to do it. However, it is necessary to finish the frame-framed fitting to a predetermined width.Because the headboard is fitted and adhered to the vertical frame in a state that fits the dimensions, the convex part of the headboard extends up and down in the recess of the vertical frame. In many cases, it does not fit perfectly, and when viewed from the front (including when looking along the groove), there is a phenomenon that a gap is created between the inside of the vertical frame and the surface of the end plate As a result, the gap has a problem that the width is uneven and there is no sense of unity, and there is also a problem that the design of the fittings is restricted. It can be dealt with by painting this groove, but it will take time and cost.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fitting in which a vertical frame is attached to at least both sides of a head plate, but which is not uniform when viewed from the front. It is an object of the present invention to provide a framed fitting having a novel structure that can be visually checked so as to eliminate gaps.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a frame assembly according to the present invention is a frame assembly in which a vertical frame is integrally provided on at least both sides of a panel, and both ends of the panel are inwardly directed from both sides. A thin fitting protrusion is formed through the inclined surface, and the vertical frame has a fitting recess in which the fitting protrusion of the end plate can be fitted, and both sides of the entrance of the fitting recess are chamfered so that the entrance slope is inclined. The side edge of the end plate fits into the fitting recess of the vertical stile, with the boundary between the fitting convex portion and the inwardly inclined surface of the end plate positioned inside the entrance inclined surface of the vertical stile. The projection is fitted and fixed.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
1A and 1B show a door as an example of a frame assembly according to the present invention. FIG. 1A is a front view of the door, FIG. 1B is a side view of the door, and FIG. FIG. 2A is a cross-sectional view of a portion XX in FIG. 1A, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a portion YY in FIG.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 2, the door D shown in FIG. 1 is manufactured by integrally attaching the vertical frame 20 shown in FIG. 4 to each of the right and left sides of the end plate 10 shown in FIG. Of these, the end plate 10 is formed by attaching a surface decorative plate 12 to both outer surfaces of the end plate core material 11, and the vertical frame 20 is also formed by attaching a surface decorative plate 22 to the outer surface of the vertical frame core material 21. The surface decorative plates 12 and 22 are obtained by attaching a veneer, a decorative sheet or the like to the surface of a substrate or the like.
[0010]
The head plate core member 11 is formed of a plywood, an MDF board, or the like, and both end portions on the side of the vertical stile form thin fitting protrusions 14 via inwardly inclined surfaces 13 from both sides. That is, both end portions of the end plate core member 11 are fitting projections 14 in the vertical direction. The surface decorative material 12 is attached to both outer surfaces of the end plate core material 11 except for the tip of the fitting convex portion 14. Specifically, at the positions corresponding to the corners at both ends of the inwardly inclined surface 13, bent grooves having a substantially V-shaped cross section are provided on the inner surface side of the decorative surface plate 12 by V-cutting, and the decorative surface plate 12 is provided with these bent grooves. It is bent in a bending groove, and is adhered to the outer surface of the end plate core member 11 so as to be along with no gap.
[0011]
The vertical frame core member 21 is formed in a flat prismatic shape with a plywood or an MDF board or the like, and a fitting concave portion 23 into which the fitting convex portion 14 of the end plate 10 can be fitted is formed on the end face on the end plate side in the vertical direction. It is provided across. A surface decorative board 22 is stuck on the outer surface of the vertical frame core material 21 except for the fitting recess 23. Specifically, a bending groove having a substantially V-shaped cross section is provided on the inner surface side of the surface decorative board 22 at a position corresponding to the corner of the vertical frame core member 21 by V-cut, and the surface decorative board 22 is bent by these bending grooves. It is bent in a groove, and is adhered to the outer surface of the vertical frame core member 21 so as to be along with no gap. In this case, the both ends of the surface decorative plate 22 to be attached are also obliquely cut at an inclination of, for example, 45 degrees, so that both sides of the entrance of the fitting recess 23 are chamfered to have the entrance inclined surface 24 as shown. To
[0012]
When assembling the door D by attaching the vertical frame 20 to both sides of the end plate 10, an adhesive is appropriately applied to the fitting recess 23 of the vertical frame 20, and then the fitting convex portion 14 of the end plate 10 is fitted and fixed. . In this case, as shown in FIG. 2, in a state where the boundary line a between the fitting convex portion 14 and the inwardly inclined surface 13 in the end plate 10 is located inside the entrance inclined surface 24 of the fitting concave portion 23 in the vertical frame 20. Fix it. Here, the depth of the entrance inclined surface 24 is at most about 1 to 2 mm, but since the processing accuracy of the fitting convex portion 14 of the end plate 10 and the fitting concave portion 23 of the vertical frame 20 can be increased, the boundary line a is sufficient. Within this range.
[0013]
In the door D thus manufactured, the boundary line a is hidden inside the entrance inclined surface 24 when viewed from the front (the direction of the arrow in FIG. 2), and the vertical frame is placed on the inward inclined surface 13 of the end plate 10. 20 ends will be visible. Therefore, there is no gap between the end plate and the vertical frame.
[0014]
In the case where the fitting projection of the end plate is fitted into the fitting recess of the vertical frame and integrated, the dowel may be used for fixing. As for the vertical frame, a frame material in which the vertical frame core material is wrapped with a decorative sheet by a wrapping method may be used. Is chamfered by cutting to form an inlet inclined surface.
[0015]
As described above, the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail. However, the framed joint according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. What is possible is obvious.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
The frame-assembled fitting of the present invention is a frame-assisted fitting in which a vertical frame is integrally provided on at least both sides of the end plate, and the end plate on the side of the vertical frame is thickened through inwardly inclined surfaces from both sides. The vertical frame has a fitting recess into which the fitting projection of the end plate can be fitted, and both sides of the entrance of the fitting recess are chamfered to form an inclined entrance surface. With the boundary between the fitting protrusion and the inwardly inclined surface located inside the entrance slope of the vertical stile, the fitting protrusion at the side end of the end plate is fitted and fixed in the fitting recess of the vertical stile. When viewed from the front, the boundary line is hidden inside the entrance slope, and there is no gap between the two, so the gap may be uneven. And the product can be prevented from being varied.
[Brief description of the drawings]
