Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an absorbent article mainly used for sanitary napkins, vaginal sheets, incontinence pads, medical pads, toiletries, etc. The present invention relates to an absorbent article that satisfies (dry feeling), touch feeling and the like in a good balance.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as absorbent articles such as panty liners, sanitary napkins and incontinence pads, liquid-permeable backing sheets such as polyethylene sheets or polyethylene sheet-laminated nonwoven fabrics, and liquid-permeable topsheets such as nonwoven fabrics or liquid-permeable plastic sheets And an absorbent body made of cotton-like pulp or the like is interposed between them.
[0003]
In the absorbent article, a heat-fusible hydrophobic porous plastic sheet (so-called mesh sheet) is used as the liquid-permeable surface sheet in order to satisfy the dry touch feeling on the skin and enhance the absorption of bodily fluids. Many products have been provided to the market. Regarding absorbent articles using a mesh sheet, for example, the following Patent Documents 1 to 3 and the like can be mentioned.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-328060 [Patent Document 2]
JP-A-8-117277 [Patent Document 3]
JP-A-10-272152
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Certainly, in the case of an absorbent article using a mesh sheet as a surface sheet, when the body fluid is discharged, the body fluid is quickly absorbed by the hydrophilic fiber sheet or the absorbent through the highly permeable mesh sheet. Although the dry touch feeling can be obtained even after absorbing the bodily fluid, when the bodily fluid is absorbed and held as it is in the hydrophilic fiber sheet, the bodily fluid absorption rate tends to decrease at the time of subsequent bodily fluid discharge. At the same time, a return of bodily fluids occurs. In addition, there has been a problem that the dry touch feeling is gradually lost and the sticking feeling is felt. Further, in the case of a mesh sheet, there is another problem that the embossing gives a rough feeling to the skin, so that the user may feel uncomfortable.
[0006]
Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article that improves the feel of touch, prevents reverse movement after absorbing liquid, and reduces the feeling of sticking while taking advantage of the mesh sheet such as liquid absorbency and dry touch feeling. Is to do.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As an aspect of the present invention according to claim 1 to solve the above-described problem, in an absorbent article in which an absorbent is interposed between a porous plastic top sheet and a back sheet to which a predetermined pattern of embossing is provided,
The porous plastic topsheet has an embossed pattern in which a center interval between adjacent embosses is 5 to 10 mm in a first region including a bodily fluid discharge site and a region in the vicinity thereof, and in a second region other than the first region. An absorbent article characterized by having an emboss pattern in which the center interval between adjacent embosses is 0.5 to 2 mm.
[0008]
The present inventor examined the relationship between the embossed pattern formed on the mesh sheet and the liquid absorption, dry touch feeling, touch feeling, reversibility, and sticking feeling. The contact area is increased, so that the liquid absorbing property is increased and the body fluid does not remain on the surface, so that the dry touch feeling is good, but the emboss gives a rough feeling when dry, and the touch becomes worse. On the other hand, in the case of an embossed pattern with a fine pitch, the emboss gives a less rough feeling and the feel is good, and the contact area is small when sweating or when dry, so there is little sticking feeling, but after absorbing liquid, It was found that body fluid remained on the surface due to low liquid absorbing property, and a sticky feeling was felt. From another point of view, when the emboss pattern of a large pitch is excellent in various properties at the time of liquid absorption and after the liquid absorption (at the time of wet), and when the emboss pattern of a fine pitch is before the liquid absorption ( (When dry).
[0009]
Therefore, in the first aspect of the present invention, all the required functions are satisfied in a well-balanced manner by changing the emboss pattern for each part. Specifically, in the first region including the bodily fluid discharge site and its neighboring region, the emboss pattern has a center interval between the adjacent embosses of 5 to 10 mm, and is adjacent in the second region other than the first region. An emboss pattern having a center interval between the embosses of 0.5 to 2 mm or less was used. As a result, the fine embossed pattern in the second region, which has a relatively large area before liquid absorption, reduces the sticking feeling and gives a good touch, and absorbs the main body fluid at the time of liquid absorption and after the liquid absorption. Since the large embossed pattern in the first region, which is the region, exhibits liquid absorbency and dry touch feeling, an absorbent article satisfying all required functions in a well-balanced manner.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first region, the height difference in the thickness direction due to embossing is 0.5 to 3 mm, and in the second region, the height difference in the thickness direction due to embossing is 0.05 to 1 mm. Item 1. An absorbent article according to item 1 is provided.
[0011]
In the present invention according to
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect, the diameter of the embossment is 1 to 5 mm in the first region, and the diameter of the embossment is 0.5 to 2 in the second region. A sexual article is provided.
[0013]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the porous plastic surface sheet, the first region is in a range of 10 to 40% and the second region is in a range of 60 to 90% with respect to the entire exposed area of the surface sheet. An absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 3 is provided.
[0014]
As the present invention according to
[0015]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the absorbent article according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, wherein a hydrophilic fiber sheet is interposed between the porous plastic surface sheet and the absorber. By disposing the hydrophilic fiber sheet on the lower surface side of the topsheet, the absorption rate is improved.

As the processing method, a nonwoven fabric obtained by an appropriate processing method such as a spunlace method, a spun bond method, a thermal bond method, a melt blown method, a needle punch method, and an air laid method can be used. Among these processing methods, the spunlace method is excellent in flexibility and drapability, and the thermal bond method is excellent in bulk and softness.

Examples of the superabsorbent resin include, for example, a crosslinked polyacrylate, a self-crosslinked polyacrylate, a saponified acrylate-vinyl acetate copolymer crosslinked product, a crosslinked isobutylene / maleic anhydride copolymer, Examples thereof include crosslinked polysulfonates and partially crosslinked water-swellable polymers such as polyethylene oxide and polyacrylamide. Of these, acrylic acid or acrylate-based compounds having excellent water absorption and water absorption speed are preferred. In the production process of the superabsorbent resin having the water absorbing performance, the water absorbing power and the water absorbing speed can be adjusted by adjusting the crosslinking density and the crosslinking density gradient. The content of the superabsorbent resin is desirably 10 to 60%. When the content of the superabsorbent resin is less than 10%, sufficient absorption capacity cannot be provided, and when it exceeds 60%, entanglement between pulp fibers is lost, and sheet strength is reduced to cause breakage or cracking. Is more likely to occur.

【Example】
Prepare a sample sheet in which lattice embosses with different diameters and pitches are applied to a mesh sheet having a thickness of 0.449 mm, an aperture ratio of 24%, an opening area of 0.115 mm 2 , and a numerical aperture of 207 / cm 2. Then, a sticking test (dry state) is performed to evaluate the correlation between the emboss pattern and the contact area, and a sticking test (wet state) is performed to evaluate the correlation between the height difference in the thickness direction due to embossing and the reversion. Was done. In the sticking test, a cut sample of 20 × 7.5 mm was left under silicon rubber (a sphere having a radius of 10 cm, 3 kg) for 3 minutes, and then the number of seconds required to peel off when lifted to a height of 30 cm was measured. The stickiness test is a test in which 3 cc of artificial menstrual blood was injected into a napkin using each sample sheet, left for 3 minutes, and then injected 3 cc. Then, filter paper was placed under a load of 100 g to measure the amount of reversion. is there.
[0040]
In the evaluation of the sticking test, the feeling of sticking on the surface one hour after wearing was evaluated on a 7-point scale from very good (+3) to the same (0) to very bad (-3), and eight persons Were evaluated. The stickiness test was evaluated on a 7-point scale of very good (+3) to the same (0) to very bad (-3) with a feeling of stickiness after 1 hour of actual use with menstrual blood. They were asked and the evaluation values of eight people were totaled.
The results are shown in Table 1 below, and FIGS. 6 and 7 are graphed with the horizontal axis representing the emboss pitch (mm) and the vertical axis representing the test values.
[0041]
[Table 1]
[0042]
FIG. 6 is a graph in which the horizontal axis is the emboss pitch (mm) and the vertical axis is the sticking test (second). It can be seen from the figure that the curve sharply rises from the point where the emboss pitch exceeds 5 mm. There is a direct correlation between the emboss pitch and the contact area that the contact area increases as the emboss pitch increases. From the graph, increasing the contact area by increasing the emboss pitch to 5 mm or more increases the liquid absorption, It has been found that the emboss interval in the

FIG. 7 is a graph in which the horizontal axis is the emboss pitch (mm) and the vertical axis is the sticking test (g). From the figure, it can be seen that the curve sharply drops from the point where the emboss pitch exceeds 5 mm. There is a direct correlation between the embossed pitch and the height difference that the larger the embossed pitch, the smaller the constraint and the larger the height difference. From the same graph, by setting the embossed pitch to 5 mm or more, the stickiness is increased due to the increased height difference. It has been found that it is desirable to set the emboss interval in the
