Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a greening system.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems]
In a greening system, it may be required that irrigation is not frequently performed and that the plant is lightweight. In such a case, if the culture medium is thinned for weight reduction, the culture medium dries early and water retention is not secured, and therefore, plants used for revegetation are limited to succulent plants such as sedum resistant to drying. As a result, there is a problem that various plants cannot be grown. In addition, in a medium that is thin and easy to dry, it is difficult to grow plants from seeds and seedlings, and it is necessary to use plants grown in mats or to lay out plants grown in trays and perform greening. There is also the problem of high costs.
[0003]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and has as its object to provide a greening system that is thin and lightweight, has excellent water retention, and can reduce irrigation.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above problem is that, on a mat having water retention, a plurality of transpiration suppression plates are installed so as to form an joint space between adjacent transpiration suppression plates, and in a joint between the transpiration suppression plates. The present invention is solved by a greening system in which a culture medium is installed such that an upper surface of the water retention mat is a bottom surface, and a plant is planted in the culture medium.
[0005]
In this greening system, even if the moisture contained in the medium material installed in the joint between the transpiration suppression plates evaporates, the moisture contained in the water retention mat is supplied to the medium material by capillary action. . And since the transpiration suppression plate is installed on this water retention mat, the transpiration of the water contained in the water retention mat is suppressed, and therefore even if the water retention mat is thin, water retention is maintained. The mat is hard to dry, so that the medium material in the joint can be supplied with water necessary for growing the plant for a long time with little irrigation. In this way, it is possible to realize a greening system that is thin and lightweight, and has excellent water retention and can reduce irrigation.
[0006]
When the transpiration suppression plate is made of foamed glass, it is useful for recycling waste glass, and even though it is a glass transpiration suppression plate, the transpiration suppression plate can be made lightweight by foaming to reduce the weight of the greening system. Can contribute.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0008]
The greening system according to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 is used for the roof of a building, for example, for light-weight rough greening. In this system, reference numeral 1 denotes a water retention mat, 2... 1 may have a root permeability or may not have it, and is made of, for example, a nonwoven fabric. Further, the transpiration suppression plate 2 is made of, for example, foamed glass, and has a plurality of square shapes in plan view. The water retention mat 1 is installed on the floor surface 3 of the roof, and the transpiration suppression plates 2 are installed on the water retention mat 1 so as to form a grid-like joint between the adjacent transpiration suppression plates 2. . In the joint, a joint space portion 4 having a predetermined depth with a bottom surface serving as the upper surface of the water retention mat 1 is formed. In the joint space portion 4 having a lattice shape in plan view, a medium material 5 such as a nonwoven fabric or soil is provided. The plant material 6 is planted in the medium material 5. The plant may be planted in the medium 5 at the seed or seedling stage.
[0009]
In the above-mentioned greening system, artificial irrigation is performed once, and if the water retention mat 1 and the culture medium 5 below the transpiration suppression plates 2 are made to contain moisture, the joint space 4 between the transpiration suppression plates 2. Even if the moisture contained in the culture medium material 5 installed therein evaporates, the moisture contained in the water retention mat 1 is supplied to the culture medium material 5 by capillary action, and the necessary moisture is supplied to the plant 6. Is done. Since the transpiration suppression plate 2 is provided on the water retention mat 1 serving as a water supply source, the evaporation of the water contained in the water retention mat 1 is suppressed, and therefore the water retention mat is thin. Even if it is hard to dry, the water necessary for growing the plant 6 is continuously supplied for a long time with a small amount of watering, and thus a greening system that can be made thin, lightweight, and excellent in water retention and less watering. Is realized. Therefore, despite such a thin and light greening system, greening can be performed not only with conventional succulent plants but also with various plants such as ivy, lawns, herbs, and the like.
[0010]
FIG. 2 (a) shows the initial stage of planting in which the plant seedlings 6a are planted in the medium 5 in the joint space 4 between the transpiration suppression plates 2... Are protected by the transpiration suppression plates 2 and are not blown off, and can grow into sukusuku in nature.
[0011]
FIG. 2B shows a state in which the joints between the transpiration suppression plates 2 are covered with the plant 6 with the growth of the plant 6, and FIG. 2C shows a case where the plant 6 is a crawling plant. The transpiration suppression plate 2... Also shows a state where the top is covered with the plant 6. In such a state, the seeds of the weeds do not germinate even if they fall on the transpiration suppression plates 2... Even if they germinate, the seeds immediately die and the growth of the weeds can be suppressed.
[0012]
Further, in the maintenance of the greening system, if the transpiration suppression plates 2 can withstand tread pressure, maintenance work can be performed while walking on the transpiration suppression plates 2. In this case, the main part of the root of the plant 6 is present in the medium 5 provided in the joint space 4 between the transpiration suppression plates 2. It doesn't die.
[0013]
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, in the above embodiment, the case where the transpiration suppression plates 2 are square in plan view is shown, but they may be rectangular, triangular, pentagonal or more polygonal. May be used, a circular shape may be used, or a combination of two or more of these planar transpiration suppression plates may be used. Further, various materials may be used as the material of the water retention mat, the transpiration suppression plate, and the medium material. Needless to say, the greening system of the present invention can be installed and used in various places, such as on a concrete surface on the ground, in addition to the floor surface on the roof.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
Since the greening system of the present invention is as described above, it is thin and lightweight, and is excellent in water retention and can reduce irrigation, so that various plants can be grown and seeds can be grown. It is also possible to grow plants from seedlings and seedlings, and it is possible to grow plants advantageously in terms of cost.
