sinαmh,λi+sinβmh,λi=n×mh×λi ・・・ (1)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a multi-wavelength light source device that can emit light having different wavelengths, and more particularly to a multi-wavelength light source device that can further suppress the occurrence of measurement errors. Further, the present invention relates to an optical measuring device incorporating such a multi-wavelength light source device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In an optical measurement device that measures the characteristics of a measurement target using light, it is necessary to irradiate the measurement target with light of different wavelengths, and it is necessary to incorporate a multi-wavelength light source device that emits light of different wavelengths. Is done.
[0003]
For example, a spectrophotometer measures the light intensity value of transmitted light transmitted through an object to be measured and the light intensity value of transmitted light transmitted through a solution having a reference concentration for light of a specific wavelength, and compares those values. By calculating the absorbance, the chemical components of the measurement object are analyzed. In this case, a plurality of wavelengths of light are required because the wavelength of the light to be absorbed differs depending on the object to be measured.
[0004]
In addition, for example, a measurement device for clinical test that measures blood ammonia concentration, blood urea nitrogen concentration, glucose concentration, and the like, measures the color concentration in the detection layer of the reagent pad colored by blood and the change thereof by measuring the change. The concentration is being measured. In this case, since the wavelength of the light used differs depending on the measurement item, light of a plurality of wavelengths is required.
[0005]
An optical measuring device provided with such a multi-wavelength light source device is disclosed in, for example,
[0006]

[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, even in an optical measuring device provided with a multi-wavelength light source device, light given to a measuring object may cause a measurement error unless it is accurately given to a measuring position. In particular, when the object to be measured is a minute object, an object that can be obtained only in a small amount, or when it is desired to measure the state of only a specific position of the object with high accuracy, the multi-wavelength light source device or the optical measurement device and the If light is applied to a place that is not the object to be measured due to a shift in the relative position with respect to the object, a measurement error may occur, which is not preferable.
[0008]
For this reason, the light given to the measurement target must accurately reach the position to be measured of the measurement target. However, in the measurement device described in
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a multi-wavelength light source device that can further suppress the occurrence of measurement errors. An object of the present invention is to provide an optical measuring device incorporating such a multi-wavelength light source device.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present invention, a plurality of light source units each emitting light including light having a desired wavelength, and light emitted from the plurality of light source units is transmitted to the desired light source. An optical system that diffracts and condenses the light in a specific direction corresponding to the wavelength of the light, and an exit slit that selectively transmits light from the optical system, wherein the plurality of light source units are provided in each of the light source units. A multi-wavelength light source device used for an optical measurement device, wherein the light having a wavelength of is diffracted by the optical system is arranged in the direction of the exit slit. Is further provided, and the opening angle of both light beams branched by the branching portion is more restricted than that of the other light beam.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the multi-wavelength light source device according to the first aspect, the branching unit is a half mirror, and an opening is provided for at least one light beam after being split by the half mirror. Equipped with an aperture that limits the angle.
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the multi-wavelength light source device according to the first aspect, the branch portion is a mirror having an opening that is a through hole.
[0013]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the multi-wavelength light source device according to the second or third aspect, a projection of the normal to the reflecting surface of the branch portion onto a plane perpendicular to the optical axis is included in the optical system. 45 degrees with respect to the groove of the diffraction grating.
[0014]
In the fifth means according to the present invention, light of different wavelengths can be emitted, a multi-wavelength light source section that splits the light into two light beams and emits the light, and one of the emitted lights should be measured. A first light receiving unit that detects the light via the object to be measured, a second light receiving unit that detects the other emitted light, and the measurement based on an output of the first light receiving unit and an output of the second light receiving unit. An optical measurement apparatus comprising: a data processing unit that calculates a light amount or light intensity transmitted or reflected by the object, and calculates a density of a predetermined measurement item in the measurement object based on the calculated light amount or light intensity. The multi-wavelength light source unit is a multi-wavelength light source device according to any one of the first to fourth means.
[0015]
In the multi-wavelength light source device and the optical measurement device having such a configuration, the aperture angle of both light beams branched by the branching unit is more restricted than that of the other light beam. Therefore, by using the light beam having the smaller aperture angle for the measurement, even if a slight displacement occurs in the relative position in the optical axis direction between the measurement object and the multi-wavelength light source device, the influence is small, and the measurement is performed. Error is unlikely to occur.
[0016]
In particular, when the measurement object is a minute object, an object that can only be obtained in a small amount, or when it is desired to measure the state of only a specific position of the measurement object with high accuracy, light is given to a place that is not the measurement object This can reduce the possibility of occurrence of a measurement error. The other light beam can obtain a sufficient light amount by increasing the aperture angle.
[0017]

[0025]
Here, by making the entrance slit 12 a rectangular slit as described above, the amount of light applied to the exit slit 16 can be increased due to aberration of the optical system, as compared with the case where the entrance slit 12 is made circular. Since the image of the rectangular slit of the entrance slit 12 is vertically elongated, the circular slit of the exit slit 16 can be easily covered. For this reason, it is unnecessary to adjust the position of the exit slit 16 in the height direction (the groove direction of the diffraction grating 14).
[0026]
Next, the arrangement positions of the entrance slit 12 and the exit slit 16 will be described in detail. First, the arrangement direction will be described.
[0027]
As a general theory, the relationship between incident light and diffracted light in a diffraction grating will be described. In FIG. 3, between the incident light 51 incident on the

Here, in the case where the arrangement directions of the respective entrance slits 12 are arranged using the same diffraction order, if the optical system is arranged to be as compact as possible, the wavelength interval between a certain wavelength λi1 and a certain wavelength λi2 becomes closer. In this case, the incident slit 12 corresponding to the wavelength λi1 and the incident slit 12 corresponding to the wavelength λi2 may come into contact with each other and may not be arranged. For example, λi1 = λ1 = 400 nm and λi2 = λ2 = 450 nm.
[0039]
Also, in the case where the arrangement direction of each of the entrance slits 12 is arranged using the same diffraction order, if the wavelength interval between a certain wavelength λi1 and a wavelength λi1 + 1 adjacent thereto is largely separated, it corresponds to the wavelength λi1. The position of the incident slit 12 and the position of the incident slit 12 corresponding to the wavelength λi1 + 1 are greatly separated, which may hinder miniaturization. For example, λi1 = λ1 = 400 nm and λi1 + 1 = λ2 = 700 nm.

In such a case, if the arrangement direction of each entrance slit 12 is determined by different diffraction orders, the multi-wavelength

In the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the arrangement is performed using the same first diffraction order. On the other hand, the arrangement position of the exit slit 16 is determined as the intersection of a line (circular line) determined by the arrangement direction and the arrangement distance and the plane S.
