本発明は、表示画面に密着して、表示画面の画像を筐体内に収納する感光材料の感光面へ形成する印刷装置によって画像を形成される表示画面を備える表示装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
本発明者は、携帯電話やデジタルカメラ等に備えられた表示画面に密着して筐体内に収納する感光材料の感光面に表示画面の画像を形成する印刷装置を提案した。

従来から、液晶画面を透過した光を利用して液晶画面の画像を感光材料の感光面に形成する印刷装置(例えば、特許文献1、又は2参照)は考案されているが、図59に示すように、従来の印刷装置100は、印刷装置100自体に備えられた液晶画面102の画像を感光材料104の感光面104Aに転写するというものだった。このため、液晶画面102の光量、色相等は常に感光材料104の感光面104Aに転写するのに適した状態に設定されていた。

これに対して、本発明者が提案した携帯型の印刷装置の場合、表示画面の光量、色相等は、目視するのに適した設定とされており、感光材料の感光面に形成するのに適した状態に設定されているわけではない。このため、感光材料の感光面に結像された画像の明るさ、色相等が適当な状態にならないという問題があった。

上述の事情に鑑み、本発明は、表示画面に密着して表示画面の画像を筐体に収納された感光材料の感光面に形成する印刷装置によって、表示画面の画像を適当な明るさ、色相等で感光材料の感光面に形成することを目的とするものである。

請求項1に記載の表示装置は、感光材料を収納する筐体と、前記筐体に形成され、表示画面に密着して前記表示画面を透過した光を前記感光材料の感光面へ入射させる入射窓と、前記入射窓と前記感光材料との間に配置され、前記感光面へ入射する光を遮断し、又は通過させる遮光手段と、を有する印刷装置によって前記感光面に結像される前記表示画面を備える表示装置であって、前記入射窓が前記表示画面に密着したことを検出する検出手段と、前記検出手段からの検出信号を受けて前記表示画面の画像の表示状態を前記感光面に結像するのに適した表示状態に切換える制御手段と、を有することを特徴とする。

以下に図面を参照しながら本発明の実施形態に係る印刷装置について説明する。

[印刷装置の概略構成]
図1、図2に示すように、印刷装置10は、携帯電話12(表示装置)に備えられた液晶画面14に密着して、液晶画面14の画像を印刷装置筐体16に収納された感光フィルムFに結像する。

図3に示すように、液晶画面14の背面には、バックライト18が備えられており、液晶画面14の画像は、バックライト18から発光されて液晶画面14を透過した光によって視認できるようになっている。

印刷装置筐体16には、感光フィルムFを複数枚重ねて収納したフィルムケース19が、感光フィルムFの感光面が液晶画面14に面するように収納され、印刷装置筐体16には液晶画面14に密着し、液晶画面14を透過した光を感光フィルムFの感光面に入射させる入射窓22が備えられている。この入射窓22は光を透過する透明な樹脂板とされている。

透過窓22と感光フィルムFとの間には、シャッタ24が設けられている。シャッタ24は、入射窓22に入射する光を通過させて液晶画面14の画像を感光フィルムFの感光面に結像させ、又は入射窓22に入射する光を遮断して感光フィルムFの感光を防止している。

[位置決め機構]
図1に示すように、液晶筐体28の液晶画面14の周辺には4個の位置決め用凹部28Aが形成されている。また、図4に示すように、印刷装置筐体16の入射窓22の周辺には、位置決め用凹部28Aに係合する4個の位置決め用凸部16Aが形成されている。これらの位置決め用凹部28Aと位置決め用凸部16Aを係合させることで、入射窓22が液晶画面14に対して位置決めされるので、液晶画面14の画像が感光フィルムFの感光面に位置がずれて結像されてしまうことはない。

[位置決め機構の変形例▲1▼]
図5に示すように、印刷装置20は、印刷装置10とは位置決め機構が異なる。汎用の携帯電話32の液晶画面14の下方には印刷装置20を位置決めするための液晶側位置決めマーク36がユーザーによって貼り付けられている。(この貼付け方法については後述する。)そして、印刷装置20の印刷装置筐体38には液晶側位置決めマーク36の周辺に密着する密着板38Aが形成されている。密着板38Aには位置決めマーク36を透視できる透視部38Bが設けられており、透視部38Bには位置決めマーク36と重なって所定の形状を構成する印刷側位置決めマーク42が形成されている。

ここで、液晶側位置決めマーク36と印刷側位置決めマーク42の形状について説明する。

図6(a)に示すように、印刷側位置決めマーク42は、略X字状の空白部42Aを形成する4つの三角形42Bで構成され、液晶側位置決めマーク36は、空白部42Aに収まる×型をしている。そして、液晶側位置決めマーク36の中心部と空白部42Aの中心部が一致した状態になると、入射窓22(図11参照)が液晶画面14に対して位置決めされたことが示され、図6(b)に示すように、液晶側位置決めマーク36の中心部が空白部42Aの中心部に対してずれた状態になると、入射窓22(図11参照)が液晶画面14に対して位置がずれていることが示される。

また、図7(a)、図7(b)に示すように、液晶側位置決めマーク37を丸状とし、印刷側位置決めマーク43を円状とし、中心に向かって出張り43Aを均等に設けたものも同様の効果が得られる。また、図8(a)、図8(b)に示すように、白三角形のマーク群39を携帯電話側、黒三角形のマーク群45を印刷装置側に設けてマーク群39とマーク群45の三つの頂点が一致するように合わせても良い。

ここで、液晶側位置決めマーク36を液晶筐体46に貼り付ける方法について説明する。

図9に示すように、液晶側位置決めマーク36(図5参照)を液晶筐体46に貼り付けるために貼付治具44を使用する。貼付治具44は、樹脂やアルミニウム等で形成された矩形状の薄板で、液晶画面14の形状、大きさとほぼ等しい孔44Aと、液晶側位置決めマーク36と同じ形状で、一回り大きくされた孔44Bが形成されている。

図10に示すように、まず、孔44Aを液晶画面14の外縁に合わせて貼付治具44を液晶画面14の周辺に密着させる。そして、液晶側位置決めマーク36を孔44Bを通して液晶筐体46に貼り付ける。これによって、液晶側位置決めマーク36を、液晶画面14を基準として液晶筐体46の所定位置に容易に貼り付けることができる。

また、図11に示すように、入射窓22の周辺には、4個のゴム板52が設けられている。このゴム板52によって入射窓22が液晶画面14に密着する際の衝撃が吸収されると共に、ゴム板52の表面の摩擦力によって印刷装置筐体38と液晶筐体46とが滑らないようになっている。このため、入射窓22が液晶画面14に対して位置がずれない。

[シャッタ]
図12、図13(a)、(b)には、図3に示すシャッタ24を詳細に示している。図12に示すように、蛇腹56が入射窓22に面して設けられている。蛇腹56には幅方向に向かって開口部が形成され、この開口部に、セルフォックレンズ(商品名)が直線状に密着配列されたレンズアレイ58が取り付けられている。このレンズアレイ58は、蛇腹56が伸縮する方向に移動可能となっている。

即ち、リードスクリュー62とガイドバー64が、レンズアレイ58の長手方向に直行する方向に延出し、レンズアレイ58の長手方向の一端部は連結具66、67によってリードスクリュー62とガイドバー64に連結されている。連結具66には雌ネジが切られており、リードスクリュー62と噛み合っている。

図13(a)に示すように、レンズアレイ58が入射窓22に面する位置から右側へ退避すると、入射窓22に入射する光は遮断され、図13(b)に示すように、レンズアレイ58が入射窓22に面してライン走査すると、入射窓22に入射する光はレンズアレイ58によって収束されて結像位置にある感光フィルムFの感光面に結像される。このように、シャッタ24に絞り機能を併せて持たせるようにしたので、絞り機構のスペースの分だけ省スペース化でき、印刷装置10を小型化できる。

ここで、レンズアレイ58の走査方法について説明する。印刷装置10では、電源73(図15参照)が投入された後、図14に示す処理ルーチンが実行され、ステップ201へ進む。

図16、図17に示すように、印刷装置21のシャッタ25には、遮光シート84が入射窓22に面して設けられている。遮光シート84は幅方向に開口され、この開口された部分に、レンズアレイ58が取り付けられている。

遮光シート84は、レンズアレイ58の長手方向に直交する方向の両端部をシャフト86によって巻き取られている。モーター68を作動させリードスクリュー62を回転させると、レンズアレイ58に押し引きされて、遮光シート84は、シャフト86から巻き出され、又は巻き取られて、レンズアレイ58は走査される。

図23に示すように、シャッタ29には、通過する光を収束可能な大きさの開口98Aが縦横に所定のピッチで形成された格子板98が、感光フィルムFの感光面に面して2枚重ねて設けられている。その内、感光フィルムFに面して配置された格子板98は、リンク機構112、引張コイルバネ114によってスライド可能とされている。

印刷装置30の測光方法について説明する。印刷装置30では、電源125(図29参照)が投入された後、図28に示す処理ルーチンが実行され、ステップ301へ進む。ステップ301では、測光部126(図29参照)によって液晶画面14を透過した光量が測光される。
