Description

【0001】

【0033】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an article transfer device in a bread bagging machine configured to feed sliced bread in units of a plurality of sheets into a bag opened by a bag opening means and pack the bags.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When breads obtained by combining sliced bread sliced to a predetermined width by a slicer into a predetermined number of units such as 1 loaf, 1.5 loaves and the like are packed in a bag by a bread bagging machine, the bread is supplied by a bagging machine. After the slice bread is fed to the conveyor with the overlapping direction of the slice bread orthogonal to the article transfer direction in the bag filling machine, the bag is pushed on the transport bed, and the bag opened by the bag opening means is opened. It is pushed into the bag from the mouth. Then, the bread reaching the bottom of the bag is further pushed and moved forward, so that the bag supported by the bag holding portion is detached, and the bread is transported along with the bag to the downstream side, and one side is opened. Of bagged products.
[0003]
As described above, the bread supplied to the bagging machine is mostly handled in a posture in which the overlapping direction is orthogonal to the article transfer direction in the bagging machine, and the bread is pushed on the transport bed. At this time, the bread is provided by arranging guide plates on both sides of the bread in the conveying path, or by supporting a slice surface of the bread by providing a side guide conveyor or the like (for example, Patent Document 1). Can be satisfactorily transferred to the bag-packing position in a stable posture without disturbing the overlapping state.
[0004]
In addition, in the bagged product in which the bread is stored, one side of the bagged product is opened, the opening of the bag is sealed by a sealing device linearly connected to the downstream side of the bagging machine, and the binding unit further connected to the downstream side. When the binding device is attached by the device, a bag-packed package in which the opening side of the bag is narrowed and bound by the binding device is obtained (for example, Patent Document 2).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the posture at the time of transferring the loaf of bread to the bagging position of the bagging machine is different from the above posture by 90 degrees, that is, when the overlapping direction of the slice bread is the same as the direction of transporting the articles, the slice surface is moved at the same time. Because they face the front and rear in the direction, even if a side guide plate or a side guide conveyor is installed as in the related art, it is difficult to stably pack the bags. That is, since the outer dimensions of each sliced bread are not uniform, the side guide plates and the side guide conveyors cannot uniformly support the side portions of the sliced bread that are individually overlapping, and the bread is pushed on the transport bed. When the bag is transported forward toward the mouth of the bag, the posture is disturbed due to the upper part of each slice pan tilting forward in the transfer direction or the like, and it is difficult to maintain the overlapping state at the time of transfer, and it is a good bag. The stuffing could not be done.
[0007]
Further, when the packaged product containing the bread is transferred to the sealing device, the rear side in the transfer direction of the bread, that is, the opening side of the bag is not supported, so that each slice bread is transferred during the transfer. The posture may be disturbed due to, for example, the upper part of the body being tilted backward in the transport direction, and it is pointed out that it is difficult to perform a good seal.
[0008]
[Object of the invention]
The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned problems inherent in the conventional technology, and has been proposed to appropriately solve the problem. An object of the present invention is to provide an article transfer device in a bread bag stuffing machine that can transfer in a stable posture even when it is transferred.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems and appropriately achieve the intended purpose, the article transfer device in the bread bag filling machine according to the present invention includes:
An article transfer device for a bread bag stuffing machine that transfers sliced bread in units of a plurality of slices, when transferring from the mouth of the bag toward the bottom side, the overlapping direction is transferred in a posture along the transfer direction,
Bag opening means for opening the bag and allowing the passage of articles when the bag is opened,
Pushing means provided with a pushing member for pushing the bread supplied from the previous step toward the bag opening means in a posture in which the overlapping direction is along the transfer direction,
Holding and transporting means comprising a support member that faces the front of the bread that is pushed by the pushing member, sandwiches and holds the bread with the pushing member, and transports the bread to the article passage entrance in the bag opening means.
The holding / transporting means starts the forward movement of the support member at a timing when the pushing member reaches a position at which the bread can be sandwiched and held by the supporting member back and forth, and a speed synchronized with the article pushing speed of the pushing member. Is set to move the support member.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an article transfer device in a bread bag stuffing machine according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings by taking a preferred embodiment.
[0011]
In the bread bagging machine (hereinafter simply referred to as a bagging machine) 10 shown in FIG. 1, an upstream side of the article transfer device 11 is disposed downstream of a slicer (not shown) for slicing a block-shaped bread at a predetermined thickness. The transport conveyors 12 are connected in a substantially orthogonal state. As shown in FIG. 2 or FIG. 8, the table 13 of the transport conveyor 12 includes a plurality of sliced breads 14 in which sliced breads are overlapped so that their slice surfaces are in contact with each other. Is placed in a posture orthogonal to the article conveying direction in the above. Then, a push rod 15, which is erected at a predetermined interval between a pair of endless chains (not shown) that run apart in a direction intersecting the article transport direction with the table 13 interposed therebetween and moves on the table 13, The bread loaf 14 is configured to be pushed toward a transfer conveyor 16 composed of a belt conveyor. A pair of guide members 17, 17 are arranged above the table 13 in a direction intersecting with the article conveying direction and separated in a direction parallel to the conveying direction. It is conveyed while being performed.
[0012]
The transfer conveyor 16 disposed on the most upstream side of the article transfer device 11 is configured to transfer the bread 14 in the same direction as the article transfer direction by the transfer conveyor 12, and the bread transferred to the transfer conveyor 16. 14 is guided by side guides 19 and 20 disposed apart from each other in a direction intersecting the article transport direction, and transported to a position where it comes into contact with a stopper 18 disposed at a predetermined position in front of the article transport direction. It is supposed to be. The one side guide 19 located on the downstream side in the article transfer direction in the article transfer device 11 is a transport excluding the article transfer path so as to allow the movement of the bread 14 from the transfer conveyor 16 to the supply conveyor 24 described later. The other side guide 20, which is provided only in a portion close to the conveyor 12 and is located on the upstream side, is set to have a shape that allows the pushing member 22 in the pushing conveyor 23 to be described later to pass.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 1, a pushing conveyor as a pushing means in which a large number of pushing members 22 are attached at predetermined intervals to an endless chain 21 which circulates and runs over an article transfer path in the article transfer apparatus 11 above the transfer conveyor 16. 23 are provided. Then, the bread 14 transferred to the transfer conveyor 16 has a posture in which the overlapping direction is along the article transfer direction (the direction in which the bread 14 is transferred from the mouth of the bag 30 toward the bottom) (the slice surface is in the transfer direction). With the pushing member 22 in a forward-backward orientation, the material is transferred to a sealing device 45 as a processing device via a bag opening means 32 described later.
[0014]
On one side of the transfer conveyor 16, that is, on the downstream side in the article transfer direction in the article transfer device 11, there is provided a supply conveyor 24 including a belt conveyor having an article transfer surface set at the same level as the article transfer surface of the transfer conveyor 16. It is arranged. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, transfer conveyors 25, 25 composed of rotary conveyors, are located above the supply conveyor 24 at positions spaced apart in the width direction intersecting the article transfer direction with the article transfer path interposed therebetween. It is arranged in a way. In each transfer conveyor 25, the belt surface of the endless belt 26 rotatably wound around a pair of pulleys separated in the article transfer direction is disposed in a posture orthogonal to the article transfer surface of the supply conveyor 24, and The endless belt 26 is provided with a plurality of support members 27 separated from each other in the running direction. Then, the front side of the bread 14 in the article transfer direction is supported by the support members 27, 27 of the pair of transfer conveyors 25, 25 facing each other in the width direction, and the bread 14 is sandwiched and held between the pushing member 22 and the pushing member 22. It is configured to be able to. In addition, even when the transfer conveyors 25 and 25 are in a rest state during the continuous operation of the pushing conveyor 23, the pushing member 22 passes through the supporting member 27 in a posture where the two supporting members 27 and 27 face each other. (See FIG. 4).
[0015]
The transfer conveyor 25 and the supply conveyor 24 are independently driven by a servomotor 28, and the moving speed of the support member 27 is set to be the same as the belt traveling speed of the supply conveyor 24, and The speed is set so as to synchronize with the article pushing speed by the pushing conveyor 23. Further, the support member 27 of each transfer conveyor 25 located on the upstream side in the article transfer direction waits at a position forward of the bread 14 from the transport conveyor 12 to the transfer conveyor 16 in the article transfer direction. So that the bread 14 functions as a side guide when the bread 14 is transferred from the transport conveyor 12 to the transfer conveyor 16. Then, with respect to the loaf of bread 14 transferred to the transfer conveyor 16, the pushing member 22 reaches the position where the loaf of bread 14 can be sandwiched and held by the supporting members 27, 27 back and forth, and the supporting members 27, 27 The drive of the transfer conveyor 25 is controlled by the servomotor 28 so as to start the forward movement. In addition, in accordance with the size of the overlapping size of the bread 14 when the slice thickness or the number of bagged units of the sliced bread 14 is changed, for example, by performing a kind setting operation or the like, the approach from the back of the bread 14 is performed. It is preferable that the timing of starting the forward movement of the support members 27 with respect to the current position of the pushing member 22 can be changed. The support member 27 moves to the article passage entrance of the bag opening means 32 described later while supporting the front side of the bread 14. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the transfer end of the supply conveyor 24 on which the bread 14 is placed and transferred is from the transfer end of the transfer conveyors 25, 25 to the lower holding member 34 close to the bag opening means 32. (Article passage entrance). In this embodiment, the holding conveyor is constituted by the supply conveyor 24 and a pair of transfer conveyors 25,25.
[0016]
Here, the position where the support members 27 and 27 can be sandwiched and held at the timing of starting the forward movement of the support members 27 and 27 is substantially the same as the overlap dimension of the bread pan 14 between the support members 27 and 27 and the push member 22. When the support members 27 and 27 and the pushing member 22 are positioned before and after sandwiching the bread 14 and transported in a holding state, the overlapping state of the bread 14 is disturbed and the transport distance is not difficult. If so, the position may be set to be larger than the overlapping dimension of the bread 14.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 6, a bag mounting table 29 is provided downstream of the supply conveyor 24, and a number of bags 30 are provided on the mounting table 29 with their mouths directed toward the upstream in the article transfer direction. In the stacked state, the mouth side is pressed by the holding claw 31, and pressure air is blown toward the mouth from above the upstream side by an air blowing means (not shown) or the like, so that the uppermost portion of the stack is placed. The bag is configured to be opened.
[0018]
Between the supply conveyor 24 and the bag mounting table 29, bag opening means 32 for opening and holding the uppermost bag 30 mounted in a stacked state on the bag mounting table 29 moves forward and backward in the article transfer direction. It is arranged as possible. The bag opening means 32 includes four holding members 33, 33, 34, 34 arranged at positions corresponding to the four corners of the bread 14, and a pair of upper holding members 33, 33 located on the upper side, and a lower part. The downstream ends of the side holding members 34, 34 are configured to be movable toward and away from each other (see FIG. 1). Then, the downstream ends of the holding members 33, 33, 34, 34 move away while the holding members 33, 33, 34, 34 in the postures in which the downstream ends are close to each other move away from each other. At the timing after being inserted into the opened bag 30, as shown in FIG. 6, the opening of the bag 30 is held in a substantially rectangular shape through which the bread 14 can pass. Further, the pushing member 22 is configured to pass between the upper holding members 33, 33, and pushes the bread 14 from the upstream side toward the bag 30 opened by the bag opening means 32. I have.
[0019]
From the end of the transfer by the transfer conveyors 25, 25 to the inside of the article passage entrance defined by the four holding members 33, 33, 34, 34 in the bag opening means 32 with the bag 30 opened. The side contact guide members 35 and 35 and the upper contact guide member 36 as contact guide means for elastically supporting the loaf of bread when the loaf of bread 14 passes therethrough are provided. That is, a plurality of (three in this embodiment) support plates 38 are disposed at predetermined intervals in the up-down direction with respect to the holder 37 on both sides in the width direction of the article transfer path in parallel with the article transfer path. A plurality (four in this embodiment) of side contact guide members 35 are disposed at predetermined intervals in the article transfer direction on the inner surface of the plate 38 on the article transfer path side. The side contact guide member 35 is made of a resin plate that can be elastically deformed without damaging the bread 14 when it comes into contact with the bread 14, and as shown in FIG. 3, the downstream end protrudes toward the article transfer path. The spacing between the projecting portions of the side contact guide members 35, 35 that are curved in the width direction and that face each other in the width direction is set to be smaller than the outer dimension of the bread 14. That is, the bread 14 passing between the contact guide members 35 on both sides is elastically supported on the front side by the guide members 35, 35 from both outer sides to prevent the overlapping state of the bread 14 from being disturbed. It is supposed to. The downstream end of the upstream side contact guide member 35 is positioned so as to partially overlap the upstream portion of the downstream side contact guide 35, and the front side of the bread pan 14 is arranged in the article transfer direction. Is configured to be continuously supported by the side contact guide member 35.
[0020]
The upper contact guide member 36 is rotatably supported at its upstream end with respect to a shaft portion 39 disposed above the article transfer path, and hangs down so as to be inclined downward toward the downstream side. The end is configured to be able to contact the upper edge of the bread 14 pushed by the pushing member 22. Further, the upper contact guide member 36 is always held in an inclined state by an elastic member such as a spring (not shown), and the upper contact portion 36 is elastically contacted with the upper edge portion of the bread pan 14 under the elasticity of the elastic member to disturb the overlapping state. Is to be prevented. The elasticity of the elastic member is set to a value that does not deform the bread 14. The upper contact guide member 36 is positioned at a position where it does not interfere with the pushing member 22.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 6, an air nozzle 40 is provided above the downstream side of the bag mounting table 29 to blow pressure air from above to the bottom side of the bag 30 mounted on the bag mounting table 29. I have. After the bag 30 is opened by the bag opening means 32, pressurized air is blown from the air nozzle 40 toward the bottom of the bag, and the air nozzle 40 presses and deforms the bottom of the bag to deform the bag opening means 32. The inner surface of the bag is brought into contact with the front portion of the bread 14 that has passed through, so that the resistance causes the bread 14 to be pushed down to the bottom of the bag without falling forward. It is set that the blowing of the pressurized air from the air nozzle 40 is stopped at the timing when the pushing of the bread 14 into the bag bottom is completed.
[0022]
On the downstream side of the bag mounting table 29 (the bag filling position where the bread 14 is pushed into the bag 30), the packed bread 14 is supplied to the first feeding conveyor of the sealing device 45 before the sealing device 45. A delivery means 41 is provided at 48 (described later). As shown in FIG. 7, the transfer means 41 includes a connection conveyor 42 including a belt conveyor for placing the bagged bread 14 and transferring the bread to the downstream side, and both sides in the width direction of the connection conveyor 42 sandwiching the article transfer path. And a pair of holding conveyors 43, 43 for elastically holding and transporting the bread 14 together with the bag 30. In each holding conveyor 43, the belt surface of the endless belt 44 rotatably wound between a pair of pulleys separated in the article transfer direction is arranged in a posture orthogonal to the article transfer surface of the connection conveyor 42, and A large number of elastic bodies made of sponge are disposed on the belt surface. Note that the article transfer speed of the connection conveyor 42 and the holding conveyors 43, 43 is set to a speed synchronized with the article pushing speed of the pushing conveyor 23, and the motors (see FIG. 1) provided in each of the conveyors 42, 43, 43, respectively. (Not shown).
[0023]
The transfer end of the transfer means 41 extends to the downstream side from the push end of the push conveyor 23, and while the packed bread 14 is transferred by the transfer means 41, the push member 22 It is configured to retreat from the mouth of the bag 30 by rotating so as to move away from the bread 14 to the upstream side in the article transfer direction with the attachment portion to the endless chain 21 as a fulcrum. Also, as shown in FIG. 1, the article transfer surface of the connection conveyor 42 on which the bread 14 is placed is set so as to be inclined downward toward the downstream side in the article transfer direction, and the pushing of the pushing conveyor 23 is released. The subsequent bread 14 is transported in a state where it is supported by the bottom of the bag, whereby the posture can be prevented from being distorted by leaning backward toward the mouth of the bag 30. It is sufficient that the transfer end portion of the transfer means 41 extends at least to the pushing end portion of the pushing conveyor 23. The sealing device 45 is provided in a state where the packed bread 14 is supported by the pushing member 22 on the rear side. May be passed to the user.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 1, the sealing device 45 connected to the downstream side of the delivery means 41 faces up and down with the transfer path of the packed bread 14 therebetween. A pair of upper and lower seals 46 and 47 for heat sealing the sides, a first feed conveyor 48 located upstream and a second feed conveyor 49 located downstream with respect to the sealing position by the seals 46 and 47. Basically, the operating mechanisms and operations of the seal bodies 46 and 47 and the double feed conveyors 48 and 49 are, for example, the mechanisms and operations described in detail in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-193203 filed by the present applicant. Can be adopted. An article guide means 50 similar to that described in detail in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-193203 is disposed above the first feed conveyor 48, and the posture and transfer of the bread 14 packed in a bag by the article guide means 50. The position is maintained constant and guided to the sealing position.
[0025]
The article transfer surface of the two conveyors 48 and 49 on which the bread 14 is placed is inclined at the same angle as the article transfer surface of the connection conveyor 42 of the transfer means 41 toward the downstream side in the article transfer direction. It is configured to prevent the bread loaf 14 being set and transferred to the sealing position from being disturbed in the overlapping state. In addition, the height position of the downstream end of the connection conveyor 42 and the upstream end of the first feed conveyor 48 is determined so that the bagged bread 14 can be smoothly delivered.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 8, an unloading conveyor 51 whose article transfer direction is orthogonal is connected to the downstream side of the second feed conveyor 49 positioned downstream of the sealing device 45, and is transferred to the unloading conveyor 51 and transferred in the transfer direction. The mouth side of the bag 30 in which the bread 14 converted by 90 ° is stored is bound by a binding device 52 disposed on one side of the conveyor 51.
[0027]
Operation of the embodiment
Next, the operation of the article transfer device according to the above-described embodiment will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 8, the bread 14 is pushed by the transport conveyor 12 and transferred to the transfer conveyor 16 in a posture in which the overlapping direction is orthogonal to the article transport direction. The bread 14 is transported to a position where it comes into contact with the stopper 18 while being guided by the side guides 19 and 20. At this time, the support members 27, 27 located on the upstream side in the article transfer direction of the transfer conveyors 25, 25 face forward in the article transfer direction of the bread 14 delivered to the transfer conveyor 16, and The sliced bread is supported by the front part where the sliced surface is facing so that the sliced bread does not fall.
[0028]
At a predetermined timing after the bread 14 reaches the transfer end of the transfer conveyor 16, the pushing member 22 of the pushing conveyor 23 moves forward in a direction orthogonal to the transfer direction of the transfer conveyor 16 and the bread 14 At the timing when the pushing member 22 comes to a position where the pushing member 22 can sandwich and hold the bread 14 back and forth between the supporting members 27 and 27, the servomotors 28 and 28 of the transfer conveyors 25 and 25 are driven to rotate. By starting the forward movement of the support members 27, 27, the bread 14 is held back and forth by the support members 27, 27 and the pushing member 22 so that the overlapping direction thereof is along the article transfer direction. The bread 14 is placed on the supply conveyor 24 while its side is guided by the stopper 18, and is transferred to the article passage entrance of the bag opening means 32. . That is, before and after the loaf of bread 14 transported in a posture in which the overlapping direction is along the article transport direction, since the supporting members 27, 27 and the pushing member 22 support the slice bread, each slice pan is located on the front side or the rear side in the article transport direction. The overlapping state is not disturbed by leaning on. Further, since the supply conveyor 25 and the transfer conveyors 25, 25 move at a speed synchronized with the pushing speed of the pushing member 22, the outer edge of the bread 14 does not rub, and the bread 14 is not damaged. Absent. In addition, since the forward movement start timing of the support member 27 in the transfer conveyor 25 driven by the servomotor 28 is configured to be variable, even when the overlap size changes according to the number of stacked breads 14 or the like, it is easy. Settings can be changed, making it easy to respond to changes in product type.
[0029]
When the support members 27, 27 of the transfer conveyors 25, 25 reach the transfer end portion, the support members 27, 27 are separated and retracted from the front side of the bread 14, and the bread 14 is continued by the pushing member 22 to open the bag opening means 32. It is pushed toward. As described above, since the transfer end of the supply conveyor 24 extends downstream from the transfer end of the transfer conveyors 25, 25, the lower surface of the bread pan 14 is moved by the supply conveyor 24 into the article passage entrance of the bag opening means 32. Is supported up to a position close to. As shown in FIG. 5, the lower surface of the bread 14 from which the support on the front side is released by the support members 27 and 27 is supported by the supply conveyor 24 until the bread reaches the article passage entrance of the bag opening means 32. In this state, the side contact guide members 35 and 35 and the upper contact guide member 36 are elastically in contact with both sides and the upper portion on the front side, so that each slice pan is prevented from tilting forward, and the overlapping state is disturbed. Without passing through the bag opening means 32. The bag opening means 32 is configured such that the downstream ends of the upper holding members 33, 33 and the lower holding members 34, 34 move away from each other while moving forward at the timing when the bread 14 arrives at the article passage entrance. At the timing after the downstream ends of the four holding members 33, 33, 34, 34 are inserted into the bag 30 opened by the pressurized air, the bag 30 is held open as shown in FIG.
[0030]
Further, at a timing after the bag 30 is opened and held by the bag opening means 32, the pressure air is supplied from the air nozzle 40 to the bottom side of the bag 30 placed on the bag placing table 29 from above the downstream side. Is sprayed, and the bag bottom side is pressed and deformed. Accordingly, the front portion of the bread 14 pushed by the pushing member 22 moves while contacting the inner surface of the compressed bag 30, and the slice bread does not tilt forward due to the resistance, and overlaps with the bag bottom. Is pushed without being disturbed.
[0031]
The packed bread 14 is continuously pushed by the pushing member 22 and the holding of the bag 30 on the bag mounting table 29 is released, so that the bread 14 is transferred from the bag mounting table 29 together with the bag 30 to the transfer means 41. It is transferred to the connection conveyor 42. The packed bread 14 placed on the connecting conveyor 42 and pushed by the pushing member 22 is transported while the outer sides thereof are elastically sandwiched by the pair of holding conveyors 43. When reaching the pushing end portion of the pushing member 22 set upstream from the carrying end of the holding conveyors 43, 43, the pushing member 22 separates from the rear side of the bread pan 14 and retreats from the mouth of the bag 30, The rear side of the bread 14 is no longer supported. However, in the article transfer device 11 of the embodiment, the article transfer surface of the connection conveyor 42 on which the bread pan 14 is placed is set to be inclined downward toward the downstream side in the article transfer direction as shown in FIG. Therefore, the bread 14 inside the bag assumes a forward leaning posture in which the front side is supported by the bag bottom, and the bread 14 is prevented from leaning backward to the bag mouth side and being disturbed.
[0032]
The packed bread 14 is delivered from the delivery means 41 to the sealing device 45, and the mouth side of the bag 30 containing the bread 14 is heat-sealed by the sealing device 45, and the bread provided on the downstream side is provided. It is bound by the binding device 52. The article transfer surfaces of the first and second feed conveyors 48 and 49 of the sealing device 45 for transferring the packed bread 14 are similar to the article transfer surfaces of the connection conveyor 42 of the transfer means 41 in the article transfer direction. Since it is inclined downward toward the downstream side, even when the sealing device 45 performs the sealing operation, the overlapping state of the bread pans 14 in the bag is not disturbed, and good sealing can be performed.
[0033]
