Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a coin hopper that divides and discharges coins one by one.
In particular, the present invention relates to a fraud prevention device for a coin hopper that prevents fraud by inserting an appliance from a coin outlet.
It should be noted that the term “coin” used in this specification includes not only coins, which are currencies, but also substitute coins such as medals and tokens of game machines or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The present applicant has proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-177933 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-366999) a technique for preventing illegal acquisition of coins by inserting an instrument into a coin outlet of a coin hopper.
In this technology, a shutter device is arranged at a coin outlet of a coin hopper, and the shutter device is configured to move in conjunction with the operation of a coin sending device. When the coin hopper does not eject a coin, the shutter causes the coin to move. The outlet is closed.
When the fixing pin is inserted into the oblong hole formed in the shutter and the shutter is moved in the longitudinal direction, the shutter slides laterally by the fixing pin and the oblong hole, thereby closing the coin outlet. Is disclosed in that embodiment.
[0003]
In this embodiment, when the shutter closes the outlet, its position is held by the oblong hole and the fixing pin, so that the instrument is forcibly inserted between the end face of the shutter and the wall of the outlet. As a result, there is a concern that fraud is performed as in the past.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above-mentioned concerns, the present invention prevents the shutter for closing the outlet from being forcibly moved, so that it is impossible to insert a device from the outlet and establish a state where the count sensor is detecting coins. By doing so, it is an object to prevent the fraud.
A second object is to provide the fraud prevention device at a low cost by using a simple structure.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the hopper of the present invention is configured as follows.
A delivery device operated by a motor, a count sensor arranged in a coin passage from the delivery device to the outlet, a selectively movable to a closed position and an open position of the outlet, and a part of the guide device. A shutter configured to engage with a part of the guide device, to guide the shutter to the closed position and the release position, and to include the other portion of the guide device having a holding portion that holds the shutter in the closed position; And a moving device that selectively moves to the closed position and the open position in conjunction with turning on and off of the coin hopper.
[0006]
According to this configuration, when the coin hopper is stopped, the shutter is moved in the longitudinal direction by the moving device.
Thus, the other portion (slide pin) of the guide device is guided by a part (cam groove) of the guide device inclined with respect to the coin path, and the shutter integrated with the other portion (slide pin) of the guide device is opened. The outlet is closed by sliding in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
In this closed state, the other part (slide pin) of the guide device is located in the holding portion of a part (cam groove) of the guide device. , The shutter cannot be moved.
[0007]
On the other hand, when a coin is to be thrown out, the moving device operates to slide the shutter in the horizontal direction, thereby opening the throw-out opening.
Therefore, when the hopper has not thrown out coins, the shutter cannot be slid, so that a device cannot be inserted from the throw-out port.
Therefore, the coin cannot be obtained illegally.
[0008]
When the hopper is throwing out coins, it is extremely difficult to insert the tool into the outlet because the coins are being vigorously thrown out from the outlet.
This prevents fraud completely because the outlet cannot be inserted into the outlet since the outlet is closed for substantially the entire period.
[0009]
The present invention is characterized in that a pair of cam grooves, which are part of the guide device, are formed in a guide board, and a pair of slide pins of the shutter, which is another part of the guide device, are slidably located in the cam grooves. The cam groove preferably has a holding portion parallel to the inclined portion inclined with respect to the coin path.
According to this configuration, since the pair of cam grooves formed on the guide board and the slide pin inserted into the pair of cam grooves are simple, they can be manufactured at low cost.
