Abstract
Description
【0001】
着脱可能な記録媒体として、FD107のほか、CD−ROM(CD−R、CD−RW)、MO、DVD(Digital VersatileDisk)、メモリーカードなどであってもよい。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an e-mail transmission method for transmitting an e-mail, an e-mail transmission program, and an e-mail transmission device, and more particularly, to setting a destination of an e-mail to be transmitted.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when transmitting an e-mail, it has been possible to transmit the same content to a plurality of destinations at the same time by performing broadcast transmission. In broadcast transmission, if a plurality of destinations are specified, only one message needs to be transmitted, so that efficient transmission processing can be performed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described broadcast transmission according to the conventional technique, it is necessary to individually input a transmission destination to be transmitted, which not only complicates the input operation but also causes a transmission failure due to omission of input. There were problems such as forgetting to send an e-mail to the right person.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an e-mail transmission method, an e-mail transmission program, and an e-mail transmission device capable of easily and efficiently performing broadcast transmission in order to solve the above-described problem of the related art. .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, an electronic mail transmission method, an electronic mail transmission program, and an electronic mail transmission device according to the present invention display folders arranged for each predetermined e-mail address and display the displayed folders. An instruction for selecting a folder is received, and an e-mail is transmitted to an e-mail address stored in the folder selected by the received instruction for selection.
[0006]
The folder may have a plurality of folders in a hierarchical structure. Further, a list may be displayed of at least one of the mail address stored in the folder selected by the received selection instruction and information on the destination name of the mail address.
[0007]
In addition, an instruction for selecting information on the displayed e-mail address or the destination name of the e-mail address is individually received, and the e-mail addresses stored in the folder except for the e-mail address selected by the received selection instruction are received. It is good to send mail to the address.
[0008]
Further, a new folder may be generated based on the mail addresses other than the mail address selected by the received selection instruction among the mail addresses stored in the folder.
[0009]
According to the present invention, by selecting a displayed folder, an e-mail address under the folder can be set as a transmission destination without selecting an individual e-mail address.
[0010]
